It was silent that night . Most of the light in the corridor has been turned off . The patients were on their bed, sleeping . Only a few nurses could be seen chatting with their voice lowered at their station .
Lin Mingyue smiled at the nurses before she stepped into one of the wards .

It was a room with two patients . Mingyue glanced towards the patient on the bed and saw that he was asleep . Then she headed towards the bed just at the end of the room .
Mingyue's step halted once she reached the bed . The unknown man was still unconscious on the hospital bed . Her gaze moved towards the machine and sighed in relief seeing that everything looked alright .
Then, she picked up the clipboard at the end of the bed and studied the report . Everything was good so far . They were now waiting for the man to wake up . He was expected to wake up in the morning soon .

Mingyue walked closer to him, and her eyes fell on his face . His sleeping visage looks very peaceful . She didn't know why, but there was something familiar about this man . It feels like she knows him . Like she had seen his face before .

Mingyue closed her eyes and shook her head feeling like a fool . "What are you thinking, Mingyue!"
Because she had her eyes closed, she failed to see the slight movement from his eyes and fingers…
