Survival Game Chapter 27 part1

The 7 to 8 players that were chasing after Xia Mo were now lying on the ground. Although they only suffer minor wounds, but they were motionless as though they were dead. However, it was unclear if they were still alive. Their target had disappeared.

Those players that were chasing after Chang Feng and Yiyan Wannian earlier were now vigilantly checking their surroundings for Xia Mo. There were 5 to 6 players who even ended up fighting with one another as they were arguing over their share of the rewards. All of them did not notice the situation of the players that were on the ground.

"Hey, all of you should stop fighting! Where is the girl now?" one of the players were shocked by the scene of players that were immobile on the ground and shouting to the group of players who were in a heated argument.

But these players were turning a deaf ear to the situation. They were too engrossed in their thirst for the equipment and weapons.

Chang Feng was stunned by what happened, and immediately turned around and pulled away his companion, Yiyan Wannian, who was also astounded, to a nearby bush. The latter was staring at the players on the ground and his inner organs seemed to be trembling. He took a deep breath and asked," How did Liu Huo achieve that?"

Chang Feng wanted to know the answer. However, he also had no idea.

Far away from them, they heard a sharp scream that pierced the silent forest. They saw the throat of a player being pierced by a dark black needle and he was trying to cover his neck. Blood was streaming through the fingers. Chang Feng wanted to shout out to warn the rest, but suddenly he saw the pale white face of the strangled player. The latter stifled up and then dropped to the ground.

After the sound of the body landed on the ground, all the players turned around to look at the source of the commotion. Some players started to have an unpleasant expression on their face and some even went up to the "corpses" to check what happened. A few moments later, they head a sharp metallic sound and saw another needle stuck in the neck of another player. The poison spread quickly and that player landed on the ground before he could even react.

Another needle flew out and attacked the next player.

The remaining 2 players were confused where the attack was coming from and even retreated a few steps. They looked around and started to shout while running towards the direction of another group of players who were still fighting with each other," Where is she? Where is she?"

Their mournful shouts finally calmed down the players that were arguing over the rewards. However, these players were still alert and held the weapons tighter in their hands, as they were afraid that these 2 players were also coming over to "claim" their fair share.

One of these greedy players who was closest to the 2 players swung his sword at one of them without any hesitation. He continued piercing his target until his target was dead. The last player who was just close behind, turned around and started to run for his life. Of course, the rest of the players in that group chased after him and their eyes were filled with killing intent.

Chang Feng noticed a shadow falling to the ground and the movements were extremely light like a morning dew without any sound.

Yiyan Wannian was terrified by what happened and quietly murmured," This person couldn't be a ghost right…. How is it possible that there is no sound when the person landed on the ground from the tree?"

This was what Chang Feng was thinking in his heart, and shortly, he heard another awful scream from a distance.

Xia Mo looked at the shadows there were getting further away from her and she started to reveal a sarcastic smile. She took out both of her swords and slowly walked to the group of people on the ground. Her footsteps were extremely light as though she was dancing. She just lightly moved her swords and then with a light swing, she would cut through the necks of these players which were on her warpath. Fresh blood splurged out from those wounds and some of the blood spilled on her when she was unable to dodge them in time. She slowly started to harvest the life of each player one at a time.

It was understandable for Xia Mo's actions since she was in this situation where it concerned her own life. However, Chang Feng was extremely horrified as he had never killed anyone before. And looking at how at least ten lives were lost in the hands of Xia Mo, her cruelty made Chang Feng trembled in fear.

As Xia Mo was going to kill the next defenseless player, Yiyan Wannian could not control himself and started to vomited. The thick smell of blood was too sickening for him.

Xia Mo heard the sound and slowly turned her head. She scanned at the bush where both of them were hiding, and Chang Feng was petrified by her stare.

Just then, the 5 players that were chasing their victim returned and looking at the dead bodies on the ground. They looked at the body of Xia Mo which was stained with blood and was dreadful of the scene in front of them. However, this was only for a split moment. These players exchanged glances with one another and then rushed towards her.

Chang Feng also immediately pulled Yiyan Wannian with him and dashed towards Xia Mo.
