In the fragile world Hotako Takahashi has built, every role is flawlessly performed.
Hiding behind her characters, she's mastered the art of pretending. But when a dangerous obsession demands a part she's not willing to play, her perfectly scripted life goes to hell. Forced to leave the stage she loves, Hotako ends up teaching drama as part of a rehabilitation program for young adults with a criminal past.
