While the maids are not paying attention and the bodyguards were not allowed to eavesdrop whenever she visited her sister, Emily and her sister acted that time like they usually did in the old times. Emily told her to change her clothes to what Emily clothed with and act like her while Emily did the same. Sheila is someone with a fierce personality and at that time Emily was the timid and reclusive type. It was difficult for Sheila to act like Emily and so did Emily. Sheila escaped from their house. The next day, Emily was dragged by her family to a place which she doesn't know where and the people inside the room which they had taken her started to fixed her hair and make-up and clothed her up and in a blink of an eye, before she could digest the things that is happening right now, Emily just found herself in front of the altar exchanging vows with Alexander.

Her family maybe already knows about her sister escaped because once Alexander's family looked for Emily which is her, her parent's just said that she is sick and couldn't get up from her bed. Alexander seemed to already have doubts but as Emily still continued to act like her sister, she just snubbed him so that he won't be suspicious of anything at all.

During their wedding night, Emily was raped by him, and that's where he found out she wasn't Sheila. He became furious and raped her countless of time and maybe he just deluded himself that she was Sheila though they have different personality but they still have the same face. Emily was also in despair that time as she also has someone that she loves but for the sake of her sister and the guilt inside her, she gave her lover up and married this monster.

It was already no use to act fiercely as he already knows who she is, though she was unlike before which is a very timid and reclusive one, Emily just became a dead shell and a puppet that just continued living. Ever since Alexander found out that Sheila escaped, he looked for her everywhere but he couldn't find her because before her sister escaped, Emily already arranged for their trusted people to help her sister escaped time and time again though she continued to just act innocent about this things that happened.

Since, she started to become his wife, she felt like she was living in hell though he didn't hurt her physically but, he always raped me every night thinking that she was Sheila, maybe that's how he release the frustrations inside his body as he couldn't find any track to find Sheila.

Emily started to take pills so that she won't bear his seeds. But, when she turned twenty-five, Alexander found out about it. He was very furious and once he found out, he destroyed all of it and that is the start of another hell in Emily's life. He became harsher to her and he even sometimes hurt her physically.

Alexander always maintained his gentlemanly appearance whenever he was outside as he is a public figure but, what the public didn't know is that this is a two faced demon. Emily also found out at that time that Alexander has a split personality disorder that's why he has that kind of personality, she thought it was all an act but it is that, that is the real him, which has two different personalities and the both of them is him.

Things were still the same and a few years passed by. When Emily was thirty, she started to feel that something is different from her body and she found out, she was pregnant. She contemplated whether to tell him or not but, in the end she decided to escape from him.

There is this maid that maybe took pity on her and helped her escape from his house. She came back to her family's house and told them about what happened to her. And there, she found out from them that ever since she was locked up inside Alexander's home, her family started to become worried for her and tried to help her every time but Alexander barred them and did every means to sabotage all their plans to help her. She also found out from her family that they also helped her sister to hide from Alexander and they even change her sister's face and identity.

Emily hid for a few months until she gave birth to her son though she hid him from everyone. Emily made another hard decision in her life and that is to be away from her son. The maid, who helped her escape before, became his mother. She took them in a far place to live in a reclusive area. A year after she gave birth, she came back to become a public figure.

Emily bravely faced Alexander and gave him their divorce paper with her sign on it, without asking for any compensation, she walked away from him without looking back.

Emily started to become a representative of their country so that Alexander couldn't brazenly do something to hurt her as she is a public figure. Emily was thirty-two that time and now, six years had passed since then and never did she thought that he would kidnapped her as he still couldn't find any trace of her sister.

After Emily narrated everything, Leila stayed silent as she doesn't know what to say. She didn't know that Emily had such a tragic past. If it were in other novel, a scenario like this would end up with Emily and Alexander ending up to be together and live happily ever after. Maybe Alexander would even start to change himself right now; after all they already have a son. But, reality was cruel it wasn't what we had expected.
