So sorry I was gone for more than a week, my phone broke down and I have to recover some of my lost drafts . This chapter was short one, sorry for that, I just try to let you know I'm still here , but I make it up to you promise . I hope you bear it with me .

"Carah dear, this is a surprise you didn't call to say you're coming home, What the,,,? " her mother questioning look as she took in her appearance .

"Baby girl what is wrong ?" her father ask worriedly .

"Dad, Mom I'm sorry,,,, I . . . " as she began to cry . After a while Carah was able to tell her parents what really happened . Her mother was crying too . but her father stayed quiet but his hands was clenched as if trying to control the bottled emotion inside as he walked out if the room .

feeling guilty of her deceit Carah was so full of remorse and wishing she was able to relive the experience and correct every mistake she had done to avoid the heartaches she handed her parents .

As days went by her father never speak to her . She tried in every way to reach out to him, but her father kept his distance, on the other hand her mother tried to console her, but they never scolded her or speak ill of her . which make her more and more ridden with guilt . It was more welcome if her father scolded her or beat her or slapped her instead of the cold and distant treatment .

one day she decided to go back to the city to speak with Zander and try patch up things to shed light to what really happened .

she ask permission from her mother to relay it to her father .

"Mom I have to do this, I don't want my child to be born without a father, besides I'm not guilty of what he accused me of . I have to clear myself I never cheated on him . I love him very much Mom . "

"I know dear, you go and do whatever you think is right, would you like me to go with you ?or since your father is in the city you can ask him to accompany you instead . "

"Don't worry Mom, Maya Will come with me . You should stay here and wait for Dad's return .

As she was returning to the city, she reminisce on the events that brought her to this situation . Is she ready to face Zander again? has the distance that divided them change the hatred he feels for her? Someone said that ' distance makes the . heart grow fonder' did he missed her? or worst his anger grows as she disappeared for more than a month now . her tummy is barely noticeable . on another thought when will her father forgive her? She knows that he will eventually, but the question is when? She really miss their bonding moments, she was always her daddy's girl .
