Hugo was an office worker in an accounting firm located near the eatery where Sheila work.

They became friends when they bump into each other Sheila running late for work and Hugo going back to work after eating lunch in the same eatery. She unknowingly drop her school ID, Hugo somehow was an the one who found it. He return it after work. Their unexpected encounter was followed many times until they slowly became closer and then they became lovers both had been living alone , they decided to live together as live-in partners.

At first their union was completely hassle free, they share in everything from their daily budget to the personal needs even with their time together.

Sheila was happy until the call of motherhood starts to tickle her mind due to what they call as biological clock starts to tick, and most of the acquaintances she known has at least one or two child of their own.

She begins to nagged Hugo to start to plan for their future, to get married and have children of their own. Thinking that getting married will cement their future together but Hugo wasn't ready yet financially and he has a secret that he's afraid to tell his partner, he is unable to have children because of an accident he encounter in his younger years it left him sterile for the rest of his life.

Sheila on the other hand start to have doubts on his true intention to her. "Was it just that he's unsure of me,, was it he's just taking me for a ride, or maybe it's just for fun and save for the high cost of living at the same time having someone to warm his bed and satisfy his sexual needs that he came to this union" she though to herself.

Hugo himself having guilt feelings starts to spent more time with his friends, boozing and having to go home late at night and some times going home drunk just to avoid her nagging and unreasonable suspicions.

Their relationship starts to deteriorate little by little. until it explodes into a big fight.

"You're good for nothing,! You can't even fulfill any of your promises, we've been together for so many years and yet you cannot even marry me !!! Sheila amidst tears and desperation accused her lover.

" What did you say,,," he hissed getting pissed off by the accusations.

"Didn't I provided you for the things that you need your impulsive buys as if you married a millionaire?

" Well that is the big problem ! I didn't marry , you didn't marry me just keeping me sweet with the things you can afford as if I'm a mistress you been hiding!!!

"Then what is the issue Sheila, don't you think I am happy with this situations? I came from work we fight, Before I leave for work in the morning we fight." He explained pleadingly.

" So you're tired , and I'm tired of this relationship let's part ways." she said knowing that Hugo don't want them to separate, but she got the shocked of her life when he gripped and hurled her in the sofa nearby followed by a slapped that rocked her world.

"You try to leave me and make life miserable, I will kill you, You don't know what I'm going through keeping this relationship."

"I hate you !!! I wish I never met you!! hearing those words he was devastated and hurt, He slammed the door and left and kept away for days.
