You Are The Star Tonight 65 SURPRISE

After numerous calls Siddharth picked up the call atlast.

"Hey bro where the hell was you...have you shifted to Himalayas" Sourav shouted out of frustration.

"If you have called me to yell then I am hanging up" Sid said in tired tone as if someone have drained all his energy and left him without anything.

"No...no listen to me carefully....you have to do a thing urgently" Sourav said in a much calmer tone.

"Tell..." Sid said in a low voice.

"You have to marry Polen after exact five days" Sourav said in a slight nervous tone.

"Are you joking with me in the middle of the night....have you lost your mind totally" Sid exclaimed in a irritated tone.

"Bro.... I am serious.... please do it...it's for our own good and for Tara's sake you can do this much.... moreover to stop Grandpa from playing any other tricks on us this is necessary".

"Sourav...think practically...it's not possible...Polen has a family too we can't just get married like that" Sid said in a calm voice.

"I know...we still have five more days we can do this bro... please we have to stop Grandpa from doing anymore harm" Sourav said in a pleading voice.

"Sourav..."

"Bro please....just this once listen to me..."

"O-Okay...let's do this then" Sid sighed loudly.

"Thank you thank you so much....you are the best" Sourav smiled broadly.

"Okay I am hanging up now...let's meet Tomorrow" Sid said and cut the call.

Sourav was a bit relieved now as the primary stage was over, a sinister smile appeared on his face when he recalled the plan Kian have told him, the plan was really the end of Grandpa and his dirty tricks.

The next morning Tara wake up with a broad smile on her face, after many days she slept peacefully without any tension at all. She looked at the window and smiled again when she remembered how Kian was hugging her and how both of them sat their gazing at the stars in complete silence.

Tara got up from her bed and went to the bathroom to freshen up, she was surprised to see that everything she needed was already there, a warmth spread all over her body the little things he did for her always reminded her that she was special.

Tara wore a sky blue color printed dress with no makeup atall her hairs were wet and she let them rest on her slender shoulders, she just wore her favorite diamond ear studs and came down to the kitchen area.

Kian was sitting there and was reading a newspaper silently when he heard sounds of footsteps he turned back slowly, the sight of Tara coming down the stairs wearing a blue dress was really soothing to his eyes, he unconsciously smiled at her direction. Tara saw him smiling at her and she blushed a soft shade of red.

"Come here let's have our breakfast first... then I have a surprise for you" Kian said in a gentle tone and stood up from his seat.

"Surprise...." Tara's eyes twinkled like a million stars after so many years she was really excited about the word surprise as all those years surprise only means more work for her from her grandfather.

"Yes....but you have to finish the food first like a good girl" Kian said and kissed her cheeks softly.

"I will..." Tara smiled broadly.

The old butler who was witnessing all this was floating on the ninth cloud his always cold child smiled so happily for the first time and that too without a reason, just a sight of the new 'family member' was enough to make him smile so happily, he was really happy and this was the main time to call Madam and inform her everything, he thought and left the kitchen happily.

The couple had their breakfast happily, Kian was stuffing her mouth with vegetables when Tara was throwing tantrums to eat them. Tara was enjoying his attention and concern for her , it was looking like everything was alright around her and this was the only thing she was missing all these years.

After both of them finished the breakfast, Tara practically jumped on him to show her the surprise. Kian was astonished to see her like that, the ever so composed Tara was behaving like a five year old in front of him but that was something he was enjoying thoroughly.

"Okay calm down first ....let me bring the thing from my study" Kian said and ruffled her softly.

"okay I am waiting then..."

After few minutes Kian came down with a pink box. Tara eyes were glittering at the site of the box only, she eagerly walked towards his direction.

"Okay this is your surprise.....open it" Kian said with a smile on his face.

"This is looks something grand" Tara laughed a little, the box was beautifully wrapped with a pink gift wrapper the shinning paper was glittering in the sunlight, Tara opened the box carefully but what greeted her eyes made her speechless.

"How can you..." Tara was dumbstruck.

"See... I told you I know everything about you..." Kian smiled softly.

"But this is something no one knows..." Tara looked at him with a open mouth.

"Oh! come on Tara don't exaggerates the matter this much..." Kian ruffled her hairs again but this time the impact was visible.

"This is my favorite novel's first copy... This is 'pride and prejudice' first copy for God's sake.... it's damn hard to get" Tara said him while managing her ruffled hairs.

"I know....but I am Kian Sen ....so nothing is hard for me" Kian said and pulled her into his embrace.

Little did Tara knew that Kian practically rummaged all the book shops in the city in order to get that book and the book's first copy literally cost him a fortune but Kian was happy because she was happy and smiling at him.

"But...it's not possible to get the exact book I like..." Tara said while drawing circles on his chest.

"Hmm.... that's true though... someone helped me" Kian said and made her sit on his lap in the sofa.

"Who...." Tara knitted her beautiful brows slightly.

"Someone who knows you better than yourself... someone with whom you enjoyed half of your childhood with... someone who is missing you dearly" Kian said while playing with her hairs.

"Who are you mentioning exactly...." Tara said and looked at him directly into his blue eyes.

"The person who is standing there..." Kian pointed at a certain direction with his forefinger.

Tara was shocked to see that person, tears started forming in her eyes she clutched his shirt tightly she can't believe her eyes because this was very sudden, Kian was only smiling fondly at her and looking at her little expression fondly.
