Sid was walking towards her room and numerous scenes were floating before his eyes. The first time he met Polen...the first time they first talked....the first time he hugged her...their first kiss....and each and every thing related to her. Sid was in a relationship with Polen for nearly ten years, she knew both the Sid one who was cold and one who was caring.

Whenever there was a problem the one person he always look for to soothe his heart was Polen, she was never afraid of anyone not his grandfather too but who knows that one day he will become the reasons for her accident.

Sid after walking few steps realized that he was already standing before her room, with all the courage he have in his body he opened the door...the scene before him was heart wrenching...Polen was lying unconscious on the hospital bed and her whole head was covered with bandages, her face have lost all the colours and her lips were as pale as a sheet of paper.

Sid slowly walked towards her bed and sat on the chair. He was looking at her with red eyes...anger, frustration and sorrow all the emotions were getting mixed in his heart the only thought that was stabbing his heart was, what if he had shown some courage before his grandfather maybe he could have saved her.

He slowly reached for her hand and intertwined his finger with hers. A single tear drop escaped his eyes but he wiped it off very quickly, he can't breakdown now.

"Polen... I know you can't hear me...but that's okay... I may have not gained the courage to come inside if you were awake... because I am guilty... because of me you are here...just because of me" Sid said in a low voice.

"You know Polen the day I first met you...I was mesmerized by your smile...you were so innocent and tender...then the day you asked me my name, my heart fluttered for the first time...you looked so cute at that time" He kissed her hands softly.

"The day my parents left the city... I was so sad but I can't cry because Sourav was very heartbroken and Sumit was no better I suppressed all my feelings within my heart but the moment I saw you standing before my office that time everything got messed up...all my emotions all my feelings all my insecurities... I cried for the first time in my life hugging you..." Sid then kissed her Forehead tenderly.

"Polen... every time I forgot to breath for myself you mend my heart with atmost care but see how much coward I am... I can't stand for you... I can't stand for us...I am sorry...I am sorry" Sid was sobbing now silently.

"But today I promise you that from now onwards I will never disappoint you...I will stand for us...the cold and ruthless CEO will make his grandfather understand your importance in his life...but you too have to promise me something that...you will live, for me...for us....and moreover for your dreamlike proposal which is waiting for you" Sid kissed her hands again and wiped his tears aways.

"You have to live...okay...and I am not going to listen to you this time..." Sid said and again tears clouded his eyes but this time he wiped it off and left the room after kissing her forehead again.

Kian and Tara reached the hospital at that moment they were talking with the doctors when Sid came outside from Polen's room, Sid then slowly walked towards Tara and held her hands and whispered

"I am sorry...but now you don't have to live a life where others will take decisions on your behalf your elder brother is standing beside you...no need to be afraid of anything...and you know right that your brother can solve anything" Sid smiled softly and left the corridor.

Tara was standing there rooted in her place this were the same words her brother told her when she first entered the company, she was so nervous and more than nervous she was afraid that what will happen if she can't fulfill her grandfather's expectations that day also he came to her and said the same thing.

Tara ran towards her brother's direction and hugged him tightly. Sid was smiling softly, he knew very well how to make his siblings happy and light hearted.

"You are the best brother in the world...I am sorry for behaving like that earlier... I am sorry" Tara said and hugged him tightly. Kian and Mr.Ray were smiling from a distance no matter what happens when this two siblings work together they can overcome anything and anyone.
