"Actually sir, sir's one of the family member is admitted in hospital urgently so he have to leave....we are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience".

The client knew that something very bad must have happened, or he would never left the meeting, so he slightly nodded and excused himself.

The whole meeting room was in a trance of imagination the events today from the morning were just too much for them to digest...firstly their Sir was late for the first time in his whole career then he cancelled nearly all his meetings leaving only the important ones and now he left the meeting in-between...we're they dreaming, they can't believe it.

Kian was literally running towards the parking area he ignored all tge people in his way to the parking lot even his own father's secretary...and as usual his "odd" behavior was noted and reported to his father right away...

Kian reached the hospital after sharp half an hour he directly went to the reception desk and called Dr.Goenka from there , as it was not the visiting hour he have to get permission to enter her room moreover she was still under observation. After getting permission he ran towards the lift and pressed the third floor button. He literally ran towards her room and slowly opened the door but what he saw before his eyes took his half life away...Tara was sitting on the hospital bed and was crying uncontrollably, her face was covered with her hands but soft sounds of sobbing filled the room. His heart broke at that instant he didn't moved from his place for some minutes then slowly he regained his posture and silently walked towards her. He gently touched her hands and sat on the chair beside her.

When Tara woke up for the second time she had a deadly nightmare, she was so nervous and scared that tears started to fall automatically. But when she felt a warm touch she jolted slightly she was too scared at that moment...but when she opened her eyes she saw that one person whom she wanted to see from the evening. His touch was so assuring as if he was saying her not to worry he was here. Kian was a bit startled to saw her like this firstly he thought that she was in pain and was crying for it but now it looked like that the case was something else.

He gently hugged her and patted her back slowly.

"Did you had a bad dream?" he asked slowly.

"Yes...very bad... someone... someone tried to kill me...again" Tara said in-between her sobs.

"No one will be able to touch a single strand of your hair ... I am here...stop crying baby" Kian said ever so gently as if he was coaxing some little child.

"You were not there when I woke up... I was so scared" Tara pouted again.

Her face was looking so adorable that Kian couldn't help it and squeezed her chubby cheeks softly. This type of Tara was new to him, she was acting all spoiled and pampered maybe she was so scared to cover her raw emotions so she was showing her usual cute self. Kian liked this Tara the most, she was so adorable. He then released her from his embrace and cupped her face

"Tara... nothing will happen to you...but tell me what happened exactly there" Kian said with a serious yet gentle voice. From yesterday he wanted to know her version of the case also.

Tara described him all that happened that day, Kian listened to how she suffered on the road he clenched his fists tightly, he will just kill that person behind all this.

"Tara do you doubt someone?"

"I do..." Tara said with a serious tone.

"WHO" Kian was sure that she knew who did it to her but she was not saying it for some reason.

"Dhruva's mom..."

"I will kill her" Kian said and stood up his blood was boiling with rage he just can't digest the fact that , that lady tried to hurt his girl....how the hell she dared to do something like his.

"No...no Kian just calm down..." Tara grabbed his hand firmly and looked at him with a pleading look.

"But why Tara... she nearly killed you" Kian was very dissatisfied.

"I want a proper revenge, killing her will be so easy... believe me...and stay with me" Tara said with a gentle voice.

Her last words directly hit his heart , she wanted him to stay with her...she wanted him to stand beside her.

"Okay but don't do anything which hurt you" Kian said with a serious face.

"I promise.... I will not" Tara smiled cheekily.

"Will you do me a favor?" Tara asked him.

"Yes just say anything..."

"Then stay with me tonight...this room is very lonely and I don't want to stay here alone".

Kian's whole heart was filled with happiness he was too happy that she was also taking slow steps towards him and their relationship.

"Okay as you wish".

He then went to the bathroom to freshen up then he slept on the sofa in that room, Tara also slept on her bed. Before going to sleep Kian didn't forget to kiss her on her forehead. Both the people in that room were shining brightly with a pink hue around them. Something was different in that room, loneliness was nowhere to found only a sense of security and harmony was there. Both of them slept the whole night, that was the best sleep they ever had, without any tension without any responsibility only happiness was there.
