Elder De slapped Sourav tightly...

"How dare you...to not inform us about her condition" Elder De was shouting like a mad man.

Today morning itself he came to know about his granddaughter's condition from Dr.Goenka, the moment he heard about the fact that she was poisoned his blood was boiling with rage, moreover his own grandsons have forgotten about his existence only. He was angry beyond any limit, therefore when Sourav tried to argue with him he just can't control his temperament and slapped him hard.

"Grandpa...what we did was for your own good" Sourav said in a bit loud voice, that slap was hard enough to shake his whole body.

"Our own good!! are you kidding me child!" elder De was again loosing his temper.

"Yes...her condition yesterday was pitiful she was unconscious and was showing no movement...she was just like a corpse on the hospital bed...we were very shocked... nothing came to our mind at that time...do you expect us to hold our thoughts together at that time and call each and every person individually to inform about her condition!" Sourav also shouted, his sister just regained consciousness and this old man is here again creating a scene.

Relation between Sourav and elder De were never good, Sourav always thought that because of him his mother and father have to leave the company and the country, his high expectations killed his perfect family and now he is killing his own eldest grandson and only granddaughter with his damn expectations, this was the sole reason why Sourav never joined the company.

"Sourav...you are crossing your limit now she is my only granddaughter... I have a lot of expectations from her...she is very precious to me" elder De said with a serious voice.

"Huh! that's true you have a lot of expectations from her...she is just a business woman to you who is great at her work, who can achieve anything, who can feed your sky high expectations....but to me she is just my sister...my one and only sister whom I can't lose at any cause because I love her just as my sister not as the director of DE GROUPS" Sourav was very irritated this man was again doing this "expectation" thing with his family.

"What do you mean? you want to prove that I don't love her...she came to me herself...she was the one who asked me to give her an opportunity to join the company" elder De was now disappointed.

" Yes she definitely asked you to but have ever thought why a nineteen year old girl who's life and youth have just began have come to you herself to submit her freedom...." Sourav was determined to make this old man realize his mistake today.

"What do you want to say...state clearly"

"Okay... I will definitely...she came to you that day because of us...she submitted her whole life in your hands because of us...do you still remember Bro was admitted to hospital because of extreme stress and anxiety who was the reason of that...your high expectations...she was very broken at that time and she knew that both second bro and I doesn't wanted to join the company so she drank the poison herself...she left her dreams for your expectation she never wanted to be a director...but who cares...you killed your grandchildren happiness yourself " Sourav said in a loud voice.

Elder De was a bit shocked he always thought that Tara came to him asking for joining the company because she loved the job but what Sourav said was a complete other dimension of this case. He can't believe that he himself killed her dreams...he was reason why she left her dreams and destroyed her youth. Elder De sat on the hospital table with a thump.

Tara's father knew the truth from the beginning, he knew that his daughter sacrificed a lot but he never stopped her because she never listened to him in this case, she was his only daughter he also wanted to pamper her, she was precious to him but his father-in-law took the chance, he was satisfied today atleast someone has the power to raise voice against his father-in-law, after Sourav parents left the country Sourav's whole education was look after by Tara's father , he have made Sourav a gentleman who respects other but when time came he can also kill bad people without batting an eyelid. Tara's father never wanted his daughter to enter the company he himself never took part in it, he was a very respectful man in the society he was the professor of Kolkata's most respected institution, his knowledge was like a huge sea, he never wanted his only child to enter the world where people change color every now and then and where betrayal is the most common thing but he was powerless before his daughter's wish and he also wanted to save Sid from that extreme pressure. So today when Sourav said those words he was happy in his heart atleast now his father-in-law will realize the mistake he did.

Kian was also shocked to know her history, he always thought that she loved doing her job but today he came to know that she was actually the prey of needs and expectations. Kian knew that a business personality like her was rare in the buisness not a single case of hers failed ever...her style, her aura, her execution of plans and her projects all were successful but behind all this was a sad soul... he was sad for her , how can a nineteen year old be this determined.

Kian then walked towards Tara's father and greeted him

"Hello Mr.Ray this is Kian, Tara's friend" Kian shook hands with Tara's father.

He then turned towards Sid and nodded slightly and patted Sourav on his shoulder and left the place. Sourav then whispered in Mr. Ray's ear

"He is the CEO of SEN GROUPS".

Mr Ray was a bit shocked, what was he doing here and when did his daughter became a friend of such a person.

Then the whole family went to meet her but she was asleep, so they didn't disturbed her, elder Mr and Mrs De left the hospital along with Shreya.

Tara's father and mother send Sourav and Sid also home to fresh up as their condition was haggard.

"Where is your second bro?" Mr. Ray asked with a curious voice.

"He locked himself in his room, he is very shocked, you know he is a kind type of person he can't control his emotions in this types of situations" Sourav said.

"Okay go back home and inform him that she regained consciousness he can come to meet with her in the evening hours" Mr.Ray said with a smile.

After everyone left Mr and Mrs. Ray waited for their daughter to wake up. After an hour or so Tara woke up, she was happy to see her parents there . Mrs Ray hugged her daughter tightly, Mr Ray also hugged her. All three of them chatted a bit before Tara again fall asleep. Mr and Mrs Ray then left the hospital to go and change. In the car Mr. Ray was only thinking about Kian, his appearance in Tara's life was sudden but he can see the generosity in his eyes and a faint light crossed Mr.Ray's eyes, it was a new beginning for Tara and this time he won't allow his father-in-law to destroy it, he will protect his daughter and her dreams.

In the evening a lot of people came to see Tara her second bro, her friends Satarupa, Abhi, Sumit and also some of her close colleagues. But Tara was a bit restless she wanted to see that one person but he was nowhere in the view. She knew that he have a lot of work to do but she wanted to see him no matter what. After a few hours when all the visitors left the room and the room was again lonely Tara was very sad she really wanted to cry, was she this much unimportant to him that he can't come to meet her once. A single teardrop fall from her eyes she was very disappointed and unknown to her a certain person was cancelling meeting after meeting just to meet her but some urgent works were binding him to stay at the company.
