You Are The Star Tonight 12 MEETING

"Good morning mam... I am here to remind you that your meeting will start after exact two hours" Sarthaki's voice startled her a bit she was so engaged in enjoying the morning rays that she have totally forgot about the meeting.

"Oh! Sarthaki you are god, thank you so so much for reminding me...but how do you know the time here".

"Mam it's my work to remind you and moreover I have already prepared a watch matching the Australian timings".

"Sarthaki you are gem of the society you are angel disguised as human" Tara loved teasing her secretary and people who work with her, she was a very friendly person who can just lift your mood up.

"Mam... I think you should get ready now" Sarthaki blushed hard after listening to her she was always like this teasing him without reason.

Her relation with her co-workers and specially her own team were very different from the typical boss and juniors relationship, she always like to interact with them and treat them as her friends because she believed that being a boss was a easy job but being a leader was the real deal...and she was a great leader.

After hanging up the phone she hurried inside the washroom and changed into formal outfit for the meeting, she pulled her up into a neat pony tail and applied minimal makeup. Then she decided to have her breakfast first and called the driver provided by her uncle and aunt to come and pick her up from the hotel. The driver arrived at sharp 8:30 am the hotel was not too far from the office she was going to visit today. After a quick ride of about 20 minutes she arrived in the front of the building, the building was an architectural wonder in itself donned with glass and metal of different shapes and sizes it was looking so beautiful and elegant. She was staring at the building when a voice came from her left side...it was Mr.Peterson whom she knew as he was the vice president of this branch of there huge business chain

"Welcome Miss Tara, I hope you didn't encounter any trouble on your route" Mr.Peterson smiled softly, he liked this young girl from the beginning they first met in a party her manners were so moving that he was really looking forward for their collaboration.

"Good morning Mr.Peterson, nice to meet you again...it was really easy to locate your office no problem at all" Tara smiled a bit.

She was looking so elegant in that normal office outfit that the young guys behind Mr.Peterson were blushing hard and that smile of her was like a soothing ray of moonlight that was calming there heart.

Then all of the group headed inside the office building together and reached the meeting room in no time, they all were waiting for the CEO to come and start the meeting.

On the other side a certain person was totally exhausted, phones from his home were disturbing him every now and then his mood was totally spoiled, just as he was getting ready for the meeting he received a phone call from home which totally broke down his will power to work

"Brother...they are divorced officially...mom and dad are divorced..." his little sister who was just 22 now was crying uncontrollably, today was the day he was fearing the most his parents were going to court today to claim divorce finally, he literally ran away from his house just avoid this situation but now he was regretting it... he shouldn't have left his sister there.

"Listen baby don't cry... you are brother's good girl...now stop crying"

"..." his secretary have never seen this cold human being to talk like this to anybody, he was his personal secretary only for the matters in Australia other matters were handled by his superior who was the main secretary of his boss but this time boss haven't bought him together so he was now the main secretary.

" Listen baby everything happens for a reason you always wanted mom and dad to be happy right?"

" Hmm..."

" They are happy only if they are not together...it's always better to have two happy home rather that one sad home".

"But...what about us".

"We should support them...it's always good to leave the things which hurt us...you are a grown up now be good and support mom and dad okay ...they need their little daughter right now" he tried to console her using all the methods but somewhere he was himself not convinced.

"Okay brother I am a big girl now...you don't take tension I will support mom and dad...and no need to cut your tour short you also need a break from all this so try to open up a bit and enjoy your life...bye bye...and and...I LOVE YOU".

"Hmm...brother loves you the most...bye bye".

His mood was totally spoiled he just don't wanted to do anything at this moment.

"Can you do me favor?" he asked his secretary.

"..."he was shocked utterly shocked...did this inhuman man just asked him to do a favor...a favor.

"I am asking you" he pointed towards his dumbstruck secretary.

"Yes sir...of course...why not...it's my honor".

"Then go and attend the meeting on my place".

"Huh!!! What sir?" he was again shocked.

"GO AND ATTEND THE MEETING" he said a bit loudly this time this secretary of him was really acting all weird all of a sudden.

"Sir! this is a big meeting how can I attend it on your place".

"It's a request" he said softly

"Okay sir!!".

Hus secretary literally ran away from that place as if it was suffocating him.

People are really strange he thought to himself. But little did he knew that the word request from his mouth sounded like a lightning strike to his innocent secretary.

After 5 minutes his secretary reached the meeting room and told Mr.Peterson about everything that just happened now.

"Oh sorry Miss Tara our CEO have situation in home so he can't join us so will you mind to proceed the meeting with us" Mr. Peterson spoke in a low voice.

Tara was a bit unhappy but she really wanted the meeting to finish today only so she can start her trip tomorrow.

"Yes...No problem...we can start".

Negotiation meeting are so tiring for her each and every points have to discussed many times moreover there are hundreds of new suggestions from the other side also. All the people in the meeting room skipped lunch and continued working for long 9 hours...but still they were fully concentrated. Mr.Peterson was really impressed by the young girl sitting opposite to him she never lacked a bit of concentration also she was so focused every minute that his respect for her increased every minute. She was so compatible to their CEO, he was amazed.

IN KOLKATA

A certain person was grinning ear to ear as his extraordinary plan to destroy Dhruva was a great success in just a day Dhruva's house was occupied by the income tax department his reputation was totally destroyed due to the income tax investigation on him. Media was totally against him...that normal though as the whole media was literally controlled by the De GROUP only. Sid and Sourav were really satisfied by the outcome of their plan. Dhruva was totally destroyed nothing can save him now.

In a certain corner of the city

"This is all because of that bi**h, she deliberately told the media to destroy your image...now the whole public is against you" Aisha was cursing Tara for all that happened today, she knew that Tara worked for a media farm so she could have used her charms to manipulate her seniors to make this case headline.

"Dhruva I think Aisha is right you should call her and ask for a reason behind all this situation" Dhruva Mom spoke in a cold voice how dare that lowly girl scheme against her son.

"Yes mom is right...just call her" Aisha was very furious now.

"Okay..." Dhruva was so disappointed on Tara that how could she do this to him.
