Shen Luoji shivered in fear at his cold gaze but was too prideful to fall back .

"W-What do you want to do?" He stammered . "Y-You can't touch me! I am Minister (1) Shen's son and a Rank 8 official(2)!"

"Minister Shen is only Rank 3, while you are only Rank 8 . Tell me why I can't? You lot of inferior beings . " Che Shian resplied .

"You-How dare you call us inferior! You're just a guard for some brothel!"

"Che Shian, the sun will set before you two finish arguing . I don't have this time . " Shen Tianyu said coldly .

Che Shian turned to her with a respectful look . "Yes, Miss . I will swiftly take care of this . " He then turned back to Shen Luoji who was crawling backwards away from them on his hands and butt .

Before Shen Luoji could open his mouth and spout anymore useless nonsense . Che Shian released his aura which created a harsh wind, blowing away most of the servants surrounding them .

'A Meridians Strengthening Late Stage!' The servants that managed to escape the wind shivered . 'Just what had their Young Master gotten themselves into?!' They started blaming Shen Luoji in their hearts, not thinking that if only they hadn't followed his orders or someone convinced him to back down, perhaps it wouldn't have come to this . What's the punishment under a tyrannical master compared to their life!

Sung Ming, with a grave expression on his face gestured to Mu Shenchou with his chin . Mu Shenchou walked over to the bookshelf on his left and pulled down a book . The wall the bookshelf was on began to rumble slowly sliding sideways to reveal a narrow stairway . This was a trick commonly seen in detective movies and the like, but the technology and science in this world was stuck in medieval China . Such things weren't as commonplace as one might think . Mu Shenchou emerged from the stairway a short while later, carrying a black-clothed body . He then dumped him on the floor and closed the bookshelf door . When the body hit the ground, a man's groaning sounded . Shen Tianyu got up with a straight face and walked over to him .

"Hm? This one is . . . from back then . " She mumbled .

"He was caught trying to sneak in from the rooftops . I presume he's after you . " Sung Ming said with a solemn face .

"Sigh . I haven't made a big move yet and they're already doing something so big . Really, do they have too much courage or just don't have brains . " Shen Tianyu sighed .

She then revealed an evil smile which made the bundle of black cloth shiver . "Looks like it's time . Tomorrow will be their last day . "

"Miss, what do you wish for us to do?" Mu Shenchou asked as he stood beside the desk . He and Sung Ming already guessed who was behind it .

"Gather some Yaodu fighters . We'll go to them in the late morning tomorrow . " Shen Tianyu ordered . She then turned around and put her hand over her mouth as she yawned . "Now, I'm tired . If that's all, I'm going back to my room . "

The eyes of the body quickly glimmered and without warning, raced towards her . Mu Shenchou and Sung Ming showed no change in expression . A sneer could be seen in Sung Ming's eyes . 'A mere Meridians Middle Stage actually can be so daring . '

In a flash, Shen Tianyu turned around and swayed to the right, dodging his punch . As the fist whistled past her, she condensed her spiritual power into her fists and punched his stomach . Her spiritual power quickly flared up, wrecking havoc on the internal organs nearby of the man . Her spiritual power shot forward like an arrow until it reached his dantian . By this time, the man could guess what she was about to do, panic flashing in his eyes, but it was already too late . The arrow of spiritual power shot into his dantian, shattering it . The man coughed out a mouthful of blood, despair and shock filling his eyes . Shen Tianyu then retrieved her fist and stepped further back, letting the man fall back on the floor in a heap . This all happened in the span of a few seconds . Shen Tianyu wiped the blood that got on her face and frowned . Sung Ming smiled brightly with a proud look on his face while Mu Shenchou revealed a tight-lipped smile, his eyes flashing .

She was trained for four years by Yaodu's top experts, if she couldn't even do this much, wouldn't she be disgracing their name and her ancestors! How could she become their Miss!

She glared playfully at the two standing by the desk, smiling . "I am your Miss! How could you just sit by and watch as I'm being attacked! Hmph . I'm going to report you to Master!" She threw a small tantrum .

"Now, now . It's been so long since we saw your skills, we were just worried you'd gone rusty . It wasn't like we weren't going to help . We would have stepped in if you were in any danger . It was merely to let you practice so you won't get rusty . " Sung Ming gave this kind of excuse .

"Hmph . Now I have filthy inferior blood on me . I'd better not get infected with inferiority . You do this for fun again and I'll really report you to Master . " Shen Tianyu huffed and walked back to her room to clean herself off .

Sung Ming laughed as he shook his head . Mu Shenchou dragged the body back into the secret passage for further interrogation .
