Rong Jian jolted when he heard her whisper with a burning light in his eyes . Shen Tianyu smiled at him as if she didn't do anything and walked off the stage, her back straight . Rong Jian stood where he was, as if stunned, for a moment before following her, holding his outer robe together, albeit messily . Perhaps because she felt it wouldn't be a good idea to stay, Shen Tianyu left the venue just like that, Rong Jian chasing after her, holding bits of his outer robe . It looked more like a courtesan chasing after a client after the client abandoned them right after they did it . However, the genders were reversed . It was really an interesting scene .

Rong Jian finally caught up to Shen Tianyu . Though she was walking leisurely, perhaps he was too flustered or he was stunned for too long, it took a little while to catch up to her . He tried to properly put on his outer robe as he walked alongside her . Seeing him struggle, Shen Tianyu stopped walking and turned around to face him . She reached her hands out and helped him put on his outer robe properly within a few seconds . Though this was somewhat inappropriate since it was out in broad daylight, but it was better than having his inner robe exposed .

'Such practiced hands . . . Is she really from a noble family?' Rong Jian thought to himself as he saw her work . This rhetorical question made something boil in his stomach . In any continent, as long as they were part of nobility, no matter new or old, they would have a resident and servants to serve the Masters . Yet, here she was, fixing his clothes in such a deft and practiced manner, it was obvious she wasn't well taken care of and had to learn how to put on clothes .

Shen Tianyu looked at him with a blank look, as if she didn't understand what he was saying at all .

"You . . . I do not believe you don't know what that does to a man . Tian'er if you keep making that face . . . I'll punish you . "

"You are my fiancee . "

Shen Tianyu twirled around out of his arms before she faced forward and started walking again . They went back to Lavender Palace and Shen Tianyu changed her clothes . They spent the rest of the day and the next day relaxing and playing around . Luo Shue also went to the Medicinal Store with them before she went back into secluded cultivation in order to do more pill refinement .

With the last day's battle, the second round of the Election Tournament was over . With Shen Tianyu's performance alone, their team's places was already decided . They were able to stay in the final rounds and would proceed to the third round of the tournament .

The third round was, again, a battle royale . The pair would be separated and pitted against each other, but they didn't need to worry too much . The third round was really just a show after all . All the final contestants were already decided . With Shen Tianyu's and Rong Jian's skill, whether they had the third round or not, they would still be placed high on the list . Well, Rong Jian hasn't shown his prowess much in the second round so perhaps that might not be the case for him . . .

The final contestants for the third round, as expected, were Shen Tianyu, Rong Jian, the Crown Prince and the Crown Prince's partner . Don't think just because he had the title of "Crown Prince's partner" that he was just a pushover parasite like Junzhu Wen Ya's . One needed to think of their different situations . If the Junzhu was a bit more likable, she would not have ended up with that dead weight . She had crossed swords with her so, she knew for sure, that Junzhu was not such a simple and arrogant person . Well, no matter what, she had settled their bet so it should no longer concern her . Though, she did want to recruit the Junzhu so she would have to look into it . . . Whether the Junzhu would agree to abandon her current position and the things it granted her and become someone else's subordinate was another thing altogether . . .

'With my analysis, though, I would think she would be glad to leave this hellhole, as long as she could take her precious treasures with her . . . ' With Wen Ya's abilities, it would not be hard for her to seek refuge at some powerful sect, even if it was as an Outer Disciple .
