Even if the Dark Elf girl was a little sassy and proud of her heritage she knew propriety. The person in front of her radiated a feeling of valor and the look he gave her had no malice in it.

"Let me introduce you to my son, he is the one that pay your fee to the caravan so you should at least say Hi"

Elune followed after Rhaen to the back of the room where all the other Barbarians were waiting for them, very intrigue at why a young man would pay such a high price for her. Her plan when she joined the caravan was to escape the area of influence of the assailants that destroyed her clan using the slave traders. Once she arrived at the farthest place possible she would be sold to repay them with the money from the auction. If the buyer was a nice person she would do her duty as a good slave until she was strong enough to take revenge for her Clan. If the person was a pervert she would dispose of them and steal their belongings before leaving.

How could she fend off people that were stronger than her? When the attack to her clan started she was doing her Evolution Ceremony as a devout follower to Louxx the Plaguebringer. As a reward for completing her task, The Plaguebringer allowed her to make a contract with the clan's Relic. The relic was an item dating back to the Ancient Era of the Shattering, the previous owner was not particularly strong by ancient standards but compare with the new Realm his strength was mind blowing. This particular Relic was a very peculiar item, it was a necklace made of the skulls of 3 Soul Beast and it allowed the owner to store one soul in each and every one of them.

The souls could live there without fear of dissipating to the Gods Realm or returning to the Reincarnation Cycle, they had a chance of taking possession of a living body and continue existing. The prize for this amazing housing was their freedom, their souls belonged to the owner of the necklace for as long as he was in existence.

Right before his demised, the Witch Doctor inserted his soul into the necklace in the hopes of walking the realm of Elysian once more. Since he was the actual owner of the necklace he would not be bound into servitude and instead he would be able to take over the new 'Owner's' body. Then with his new body he would take revenge on the person that betrayed him...his uncle.

Unfortunately, life never works out the way anyone expects it, until the day of Elune's Evolution nobody had tried to make a contract with the item. 5000 years later, he was finally able to return but to add insult to injury he was strip of his levels by the very God he used to follow as punishment for staying in Elysian. With his level back to one, his control over the necklace was quickly erased by Elune and his soul enslave.

Even though he was now a very weak soul, the wealth of knowledge in the defiler arts was second to none in the new era. She basically had access to ancient shamanic spells that had been lost through time and with the inside provided by the soul, it was extremely easy for her to reach a master level with any spell. If that was not cheap enough, the fact that the soul was a master Alchemist was nothing to sneeze at, countless people had died in ancient ruins trying their luck at getting ancient knowledge and she had Wikipedia hanging around her neck.

Rahz was extremely stoke that Elune was joining his household as he liked the way she looked very much. However, his enthusiasm was perceived as dorkiness by the dark elf.

"You are a weird one aren't yah?"

"If by weird you mean super awesome at fighting then yes I am a weird one"

The soul inside the necklace heard Rahz's comment and couldn't help but chuckle "God of War follower fo sho!!"

Elune smiled and after a long time her mind gravitated towards something different than the death of her family, It was a very refreshing change of pace. Before continuing with the introductions Rahz walked close to Elune and place his hand on her shoulder, " I didn't buy a slave and you don't owe me anything so if you want to go you are free to do so, just remember that it would be too late to come back once I am famous"

"Oh Gosh!! That is a tough one, I don't want to regret anything when you are famous so I'll stay but I want 50% of all your earnings"

Rahz faced pale but then he quickly regained his composure and said, " Good!! you owe me 700 gold coins"

If Elune had a drink in her hand she would definitely had dropped it.

"Don't you know any math how did I end up owing you money"

"Well you said half my earning were yours and I expend all of my earning to buy your freedom so half of that is 700 gold that should return to me."

Elune was speechless but when she turned to look at the other Barbarians, she saw them nodding like it made perfect sense.

Even the Witch Doctor found the logic reasonable and said, " That's checkmate right there"

With the matter of Elune resolved, it was time to check Rahz battle prowess after the evolution. Rhaen took the group to the temple of the gods as it was the only place suitable for practiced while keeping a certain level of secrecy. The underground arena would of being a great place to spar but that would be like telling your prey, look at my big ass teeth.

The temple was in a very secluded area and it seem to have a backyard where they could practice without being disturbed. The moment they entered the temple, the elder received them with a gentle smile on his face but the moment his eyes fell on the new member of the party he felt like he was in front of Black Mamba about to stick her fangs into him.

The Elder space out for a second but them recover the wits about him and showed them to the courtyard where they could let loose.

Rahz grabbed the 2 Handed Axe and activated chaos blade. the moment he swung his Axe a horizontally half moon energy blade flew forward and disappeared after traveling 20 feet and it didn't seem to lose power until the 10 ft range. This meant that the effective range of the skill was in fact 10 feet but it could still disrupt a caster at the 15 ft mark, beyond that it was pointless to use it.

Rahz continued to swing his Axe without using any skills while he waited for the depleted rune to regenerated and kept the timer in his head,10 sec.

The second Combat Art Rahz tried was his go to skill Cyclone. Rahz fed enough energy for 3 spins and to his pleasant surprised the skill now generated a small suction during the second and third spin and he knew the destructive power had increased by at least 2 folds. Rahz gauge the amount of Rage he needed to use the skill and it felt equal to the amount store in 3 chaos runes.

Rage work the same as before and it felt pretty natural for him to use it in a fight as opposed to chaos energy. Everytime he used a chaos skill his attitude change and he felt an indescribable need to destroy, this was normal as the Berserker energy was called Rage for a reason; however, he also realized that his body was taking a beating.

Rahz turned to look at his dad and described the situation he was having and through his father he understood how offensive driven the class was as he literally could do insane damage at the expense of his health.

Next up was immolation aura, the moment he activated it his whole body was encase in a dark red cocoon that emanated chaos energy burning and corroding everything in a 10 ft radius. The aura was an extension of his being so it could cover his weapon for some devastating damage. In order to see the extent of the power generated Rhaen stayed inside the damage area and use his energy to protect himself.

The similarities with the Unholy Aura was on uncanny but Rhaen could feel the difference in the properties. Power wised the aura could consume the defensive energy of a Level 14 fighter in seconds and the Rage generated was enough to produced a very scary pulverizing Wave.

After trying out all his skills and talking to his dad about the limits of his new class, Rahz spent the rest of the day sparing and getting beaten down.

In another part of town, in the V.I.P section of the Underground Arena 5 people were listening to the Announcer give his report about what had happened at the auction and assure them that Kobold Man would be there for the event.

"Make Sure to leave nothing to chance and notify the champion of the Level 12 division"

"Yes Sir."

The announcer smiled at the statement and knew his boss was leaving nothing to chance. Before he left the announcer thought the board of directors could have a laugh and said, " I almost forgot!! The manager of Kobold Man said that as a present for helping him with the slave, if the Underground Arena wanted to earn their money back and much more they should put their money on the Kobold".

"HAHAHA!!! Country Bumpkin is a Country Bumpkin after all"

The whole room was laughing hysterically except for one man who asked, " How serious was He?"

The room quite down and the announcer look at the person that had spoken with respect and said, "As serious as a person could be I suppose"

"Wonderful!!! I got 50,000 gold coins on Kobold Man any takers"
