Tyrant 154 Tragedy

"Who is fighting him and how many people do they have?"

"The messenger didn't specify how many people they had but it's the Temple of the Dreadnought"

"Teleport 2000 scouts to the area and attack his tribe but do not kill any of them....NOW!"

Distortion aged 100 years while he heard the news but all he could do was hope that his help arrived on time.

Sen'jin was 1 in ten thousand demons and a genius of his generation but when he left the Temple of the Dreadnought to pursue his goals, he left a void that had not been filled since.

Rahz was still low level and the new leader of the Havoc Chamber Blur was subpar.

Blur was a Level 40 Dreadnought and his weapon of Choice were a set of Warglaives just like Sen'jin and their master Thug'Dramog. The warglaives were a 1 handed weapon that derived from the two handed double blade polearm and were a dwarf version of them. The Warglaives had the two blades just as the polearm did but it omitted the long pole and were joined by a small handle in the middle.

The Warglaive was a weapon mostly used for cutting and were the perfect weapon for the momentum based attacks of the Havoc Style. Blur disappeared from his spot and reappeared next a Barbarian and then disappeared again and appeared next another as a thin red line appeared on their necks before the heads rolled to the floor.

The Barbarian King followed the movements as the Sword of the Conqueror vibrated in joy, he was it, the challenger worthy of a duel. Vulcan grabbed the 2h sword in its seal state and made a v line towards the worthy fighter as Blur as well move in burst of blinding speed towards his opponent.

BLADE DANCE!!

Clink...Clink...Clink

The wind became very chaotic as shock wave after shock wave radiated outwards producing changes in air pressure that could crush the people around them.

"AH YES!!! I haven't activated my Strengthen Defense in a long time.... SO REFRESHING!" said Vulcan.

The people around them back off quickly and the majority of the fighting stop while the Barbarians started to stomp on the ground in a rhythm cheering the fight on as Vulcan and Blur Squared against each other.

The previous exchanges were just a warmed up and the real fight was beginning.

The first to break the stare down was vulcan with a horizontal slash that almost bended space but Blur jump high into the Sky after activating his defensive skill Desperate Instincts that increased the evasion of the Havoc Dreadnought by a large margin.

Chaos Barrage!!

Half moon blades of chaos energy assaulted Vulcan one after another creating a cloud of dust from the dirt on the ground that cover him completely but the attack wasn't over, Blur activated Trail of Chaos and Chaos Rush at the same time passing through the Area covered by the dust cloud and left a trail of light green fire on the ground which started trying to devour Vulcan immediately.

Fourth Tier chaos fire was the bane of any fighter from the main realm. Thanks to his rarity, nobody really developed resistances to it unless they went to the Abyss to trained and Vulcan was no exception.

I A M UNBREAKABLE!!

The oppressive quality of the Chaos Fire fueled Vulcans desired to Overwhelm his foes with raw power increasing his rage until it overflowed into a defensive film that stop all damage. Then he Activated his skill Impending Doom by converting the damage from the chaos fire into an Energy Dome that stopped anybody from using evasive skills within 20 feet of the caster.

The moment the energy hit Blur he felt an overwhelming feeling of dread assailed him that almost caused his knees to shake.

RAZE!!

The Barbarian King activated the Combat Art Raze that send a wave against the ground that lifted the earth and knockdown the enemies in front of the Barbarian. There was no escaping the skill for Blur thanks to Impending Doom and he was knockdown on the ground while Vulcan flew through the air after using Leaping Strike and with both hands plunged the sword of the conqueror towards blur chest.

NOOOOOO! BROTHER

Blur tried to cross his warglaives for defense across his chest but the material broke apart piece by piece while the Sword continue through his arms into his chest and then impaled him into the ground.

Blood started to flow out of Blur's mouth but just as Vulcan was about to give Blur and honorable death, a shadow flew by an attacked him. Unfortunately, the skill gap between Blurs brother and the Barbarian King was just like the difference between Heaven and Earth.

Blur eyes constricted when he saw his little brother held by the neck by his opponent and tried to scream but the blood in his throat would not let him.

"Your brother fought like a true warrior and deserves a warrior's dead...You should have been proud of his achievements instead of rushing to your dead"

Without paying much attention to the demon in his hand, Vulcan grabbed the handle of his sword and send some of his aura and completely obliterated Blur's heart giving him a swift death.

"AHHHH! KILL ME YOU BASTARD...KILL ME NOW OR I PROMISED I WON'T REST UNTIL I DESTROY YOU AND YOUR FILTHY TRIBE"

"I love your spirit, and if this was another time and place I would welcome the challenge but I have been ask to spare no one"

Crack!!

Vulcan crushed the younger brother's neck and looked around the battlefield that had stopped in his tracks.

Retreat!!!

It was Rahz's Half Giant friend that made the call, it was all over for them now that the strongest people in their camp were dead and the only thing that was left for them if they continued to fight was a one way ticket to their own grave.

"One does not leave" Said Vulcan about to charged again.

STOP!!!

"Stop or all your tribe will die here today King"

Vulcan turned around and saw at least 3 scouts per member of his tribe and the sight infuriated him so much that the Aura around his body shot to the sky while waves of killing intent radiated and made the people around almost crawl into the fetal position to wait for their deaths.

YOU BASTARDS DARE!!

It wasn't the fact that his friends and comrades would die in the hands of others but according to their believes not dying in battle would prevent them from entering the place of their ancestors and that was something that Vulcan would not tolerate.

"We don't want to but we won't hesitate to sacrifice our lives if we have to"

"GO" said the scout leader to the demons.

The survivors from the temple of the dreadnought left as fast as they could to the town of Galway while Vulcan put the sword of the conqueror away and took deep breaths to regain his bearings.

"I did my part now release them"

"No problem... our commander also said that if you kindly wait until the final battle, you'll be able to have the greatest duel of your life"

With those words the scouts holding his tribe hostage disappeared from view and everything went back to normal. The Barbarian King knew that the fighting was over in that particular area and that if they tried to make a move somewhere else in the map, the exact same thing would happen.

News from everywhere in Warsong Valley arrived at the Fair Lady establishment where Rahz and the others sat and they truly sounded a lot worse than what was actually happening in the field. Distortion made sure he was in constant communication with them through the ratonga assassin so they had the real scoop about the invasion but everything went out the window the moment a message from the half giant came with news of the Temple of the Dreadnought's defeat and the dead of the Blur and his Brother.

Rahz face went pale and immediately ran out of Naas without saying anything to the team that followed behind trying to catch up.

When Rahz finally stop to think for a second, him and the team were already 10 miles away from Naas and a pair of yellow eyes stare through the shadows.

"What happened Brother?"

"The Barbarian King attacked the town of Galway, the Temple of the Dreadnought was defeated and Blur and his brother are dead… I need to go there"

RAWR!!

It was Xiao's Rawr that woke everyone up while he flew through the air and met a giant paw with his own.
