On the other side of the portal a huge crowd surrounded the space where the huge demon disappeared and debated whether they should follow or not.

The conversations of the people observing the portal until its disappearance were increasingly ridiculous to say the least but one thing they were sure off, they needed Fourth Tiers in order to stop that Demon. The experience was an eye opening of what the War was going to be like and even if some people had some contact with demons in the past, it was definitely the first time seeing a Val'gun.

News of the invasion spread out like wildfire, the story of how 10000 brave Devas attacked a 30 feet Demon and a 20 feet serpent and forced them to flee were told by bards in all the Northern towns and boosted the morale of the people who heard it.

The weaklings who were known as cannon fodder shook in their boots after hearing the stories but there were many experts that rejoice at the news of a challenge.

In a camp close to the main Deva town, aptly named by the God of Justice followers as the War Machine complex, a female gnome was tinkering with a sieging machine while 3 different summons used their elements of Fire, Lightning, and Ice to help her in the task at hand. She was a genius summoner capable of bringing 3 greater spirits at the same time, and was the pride of the Gnome Race.

A drone looking object flew in through the window to her bodyshop and try desperately to get her attention.

A hologram was displayed with pictures of Riddick's transformation and detail information of what had happened, towards the end of the message were a couple of lines that said, "Please give them a taste of our might, portal opening 5 days from now"

In another camp in the colder parts of the war zone stood a mid size house with a long rectangular shape made with upright timbers. The walls were made of wattle (woven sticks, covered with mud to keep out the wind and rain) and sounds of moaning came through but the people that heard them acted like it was a normal occurrence and some even had hope in their eyes as the leader of the village had not yet giving a heir to his people.

Outside the Door a 7 ft man stood waiting for the sounds coming from the house to stop, it would cost him his life if he interrupted his Lord and a child was not produce from the meeting. It took almost two hours for the sounds to stop and for a 9 ft Barbarian to step out of the house and receive the messenger.

"Lord Taric, great warriors invaded our territories and put fear into the souls of our fighters, I was told only you can regain their will to fight"

There were messages being delivered to many strong individuals in different locations across the Devas territory, Rahz's team created a wave just a few days into the War and it was escalating with every passing day.

In an unknown place inside the deva territory, in the middle of a forest made out of bamboo trees a human was sitting in a seiza position practicing calligraphy while and Aura filled with sharpness coated the brush in his hands.

The brush flew in the air and the word for power appeared in a stone altar that stood in front of him while the the written word radiated the Aura of sharpness that was in the brush a few seconds before. The strokes made of sword aura were cleanly cut into the rock and showed a mastery of the arts and sword. A dou armor with a mask known as Menpō stood by his side and made it look like a person was standing there as a bodyguard. The armor was bright red and beside it there were two swords, one long known as a Katana and the shorter one was known as Wakizashi.

A servant knelt silently behind him holding a silver tray with a scroll place right on top of it, and there was no movement whatsoever and no indication of tiredness coming from him. After the calligraphy word was written on the stone, the Samurai turned around and grabbed the scroll and with very swift movements opened it before reading the contents.

"Omoshiroi" He said with a wide smile on his face.

The final message was delivered to a cave that stood in the middle of a huge canyon, many feline looking humanoid people stood at the top of the cliff basking in the sun except for a few species that liked the darkness of the cave. The cave looked small from the outside but it actually went pretty deep inside the mountain, the further in a person went, the less people they found moving around and the strength of the people living in the rooms increased by twofold.

In a particular room the smell of blood was nauseating due to the lack of ventilation and sounds of chewing resonated all throughout the room where a pair of yellow eyes stare at a shadow standing at the door.

"Have you ever had demon meat?"

"Once but it was pretty dry"

"Maybe is time to try it again...A contract came in, 1000 Asura heads Level 35 or higher and if you manage to get the Val'gun that attack during the last invasion, you could have your pick at Level 50 Dragon Meat and of course all you can eat buffet of that 30 ft Val'gun"

Rahz and the others had fun in their first expedition but upon coming back to Naas, stories of people getting killed while out in the wilderness were also going around, although not as flashy as the demon squad's splash in deva territory, the casualties were substantial.

The team decided to rest for a few days before heading to Belfast but on the second day after coming back, a Ratonga Assassin appeared at the Fair Lady to rely a message from Distortion, " Please visit Belfast at your Earlier Convenience"

Rahz frown and observed the tiny individual in front of him who gave him the creeps but still stood from the table with Riddick and followed the creature out of the establishment.

Distortion worked fast, he had already established himself inside the town and together with Sigfrid and the followers of the God of Justice they had split the town in four along the members of the thieves guild and the Dark Hand.

It was for that reason that he already knew about the stun Riddick had pulled in Deva territory a few days back by transforming into his true self and knew that the opposition was not going to lay back and wait to counter-attack. Distortion sent his most trusted aid to gather information and the results of the investigation left him speechless. The Devas side had activated 5 cells that he didn't expect to see until the first year of fighting was over but nobody thought including distortion that the Val'gun on his side would reveal himself in just the first days, now they had to prepare for the Barbarian King, the Gourmet, the Tinkerer, and the Ronin.

It was a headache but it wasn't as if they didn't have Elites of their own but he needed to inform Rahz to maybe stay in Belfast for the time being and let things flow without their intervention.

Rahz and Riddick came in and laughed their ass off after seeing the panda eyes Distortion was rocking at the moment.

"You should try to get some sleep Commander, there is plenty of War left"
