Tyrant 136 The Secret Alliance

The High Level Ceremony required the blood of 5 level 50's to draw a magic circle in order to open a summoning portal to bring the sword over. Odos knew that during the time it had taken him to construct a new weapon, Ivan had not been able to fulfill the mission of killing the kid and also knew that there had been no war in Elysian.

In Odos perspective, it took him a whooping one second to wave his hand and make another Sword of Justice but at the same time 6 months had already passed in the Realm of Elysian where his best follower whose soul was destined to inhabit a high ranking Judge in the Realm of Justice was giving it his all.

No news were also good news in Odos eyes since it indicated that the secret of the weapon was still well kept and nobody else was making a move. The main problem his followers faced was that the chosen one was increasing his levels and if he wasn't stopped soon not even Avatars would be his opponent.

The war for Elysian against the forces of the Dragon Gods had been going on for more than 10,000 years and there were a thousand more wars in other realms and planes so in the grand scheme of things the 6 months that had passed were a drop of water in the vast river of time.

Five pendragons got together and made a horizontal cut on their wrist and kept cutting themselves over and over while drawing the magic circle on the ground. One of the God of Justice Blessings was amazing cell regeneration that healed them incredibly fast, it was extremely difficult for them to keep their wound opened.

Six hours passed before Ivan and 4 other ancestors of the church finished their task and when everything was set and done the magic circle lit up and all the runes inside pop off from the floor as if they were pieces of a puzzle leaving behind a distorted picture of an ancient Courtroom.

In the place where an accused person was supposed to stand for a trial stood a sword.

The runes that were peeled of the floor started spinning and as they spun around energy starte to leave them while the picture became clearer and clearer until it was so clear that the people standing around the magic circle thought they were inside the courtroom looking at the sword.

It all happened extremely fast, one minute they were in the courtroom and the next they were back in the temple where the ceremony was performed and a beautiful sword was floating in the air.

"Omega!! You can come in now" said Ivan in a very tired voice.

The door to the room opened and a blonde hair individual came and looked at the sword floating in the air. It looked exactly the same to the one he had before and was already in the unseal state ready for a test drive.

Omega didn't immediately approached the sword but made a deep vow to everyone present and swore to take revenge for the humiliation he had caused the God of Justice organization.

"A vow like that must be accompany with an unshakable will...do not look down on the person that destroy the previous sword as he is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with, this will be your biggest test Omega. Thanks to the wisdom of lord Odos, we are one of the few with a full avatar set available and the quicker you are able to wield it, the quicker we can take control of the alliance".

"I won't let Lord Odos down" said omega with a solemn face.

All the ancestors listening to Omegas declaration didn't show satisfaction or disdain towards his words and simply left the room.

Ivan Pendragon knew that the ancestor no longer involved themselves in the mundane world unless it was time to fight the dragonkin for survival, they always stayed away from everything honing their skills. The glory of the God of Justice organization for better or for worse was earned by their ancestor during the Shattering and then after the Dark Era which was filled with internal strife they resurged once more to unite the races of the alliance under a common banner.

The ancestors were the true backbone of the Alliance and were actually glad that the organization had hit a brick wall before the corruption climbed further up its ranks.

Ivan saw them leave and got ready to place some of his blood in the altar so he could communicate with his Deity the God of Justice.

"Thank you Lord Odos for the new Sword of Justice, Omega can already wear 2 pieces of the set and is only a matter of time before he can wear the full set".

Odos didn't pay attention to the talk about the Avatar set and instead his wheels started turning about the situation regarding the Realm Weapon. The last thing he wanted was for the other Gods to find out about the treasure but in his mine it was impossible to obtain without the help of others. However, all was not lost yet, he had the perfect the candidates to help him in his endeavour all he need it was the willingness to pay the price.

Fadall the God of War came to mind almost instantly, he was one that die and lived by the sword and had control of the majority of the Barbaric tribes that were constantly killing each other supplying him with constant Spirit Energy in small quantities. In Odos mind, the God of War was the perfect candidate for an alliance since he would not ask any question regarding the reason behind starting a war but since it was a favor it might cost him some materials or soldiers in return.

"Perfect" Said Odos to himself

The next candidate was another of the 'neutral' gods, Abraham the Elemental King. He was one of the more powerful gods and ruled over a the higher elemental plane of Fire. He was the natural choice for mages and casters that specialize in damage spells thanks to his blessing to the potency and casting speeds. He was one of the few that manage to acquire followers in the Abyss and it was a must for Elemental summoners that required his permission to conjured the low level elementals to the Realm. The problem that Odos faced was how to convince him to take action, it was definitely going to cost him a pretty penny.

Odos made up his mind and said to Ivan Pendragon, "All the years of peace had made my followers weak, even the wielder of the Avatar set is as soft as cotton balls. It is time to make some changes so we can protect the realm from those pompous lizards, they are fighting each other as we speak to eliminate the weak and when they are done with the process of natural selection they will attack with force. It is time for a Trial by Fire!! to sharpen our followers against the savage demons and bring justice for that kid's transgressions. I will let you know where to meet your allies so you better be ready"

Ivan finished the conversation and couldn't refute the words of his god, it was true that his faction had grown a costume to a life of luxury and respect paid with the blood of their ancestors and now they couldn't even beat a 20 something level Kid. It was a slap in the face to the true heroes of the church.

"Sigfrid serve me now"

A knight that look like he was in his 30's step into the room and Knelt before saying " Your orders my lord"

"By lord Odos command, the God of Justice is declaring war against the Temple of the Dreadnought for the crimes against our people, any follower of the God of Justice between the levels of 20 to 40 it is to enlist for military service. Anybody that wishes to participate in the war is to report to any branch of the Silverwing Auction House and an enlist and be ready to move within a year"

"Yes, my Lord"

The new Sigfrid's eyes twinkle and he was extremely excited, he was a level 40 paladin and he was at the top end of the called for arms which gave him an advantage in the war. Sigfrid was was desperate to make a name for himself and show everyone that he was worthy of the title. Little did he know that in the upcoming war he will make a name for himself but not for the right reasons.
