Transcending Limits 74 Why am I so awesome?

The cold winds blew by as the sunlight was blocked by the misty clouds. The arrival of spring marked the budding of new leaves as the birds flew high in the air despite the cold temperature.

Even with the arrival of the Spring, here the snow was everywhere an eye can see. A gigantic Ice wall spanning a few hundred kilometres entered sight.

Beyond the wall were numerous buildings with different designs and shapes. Houses, cultivation practice grounds, dining halls, gardens, it was like a grand city.

In an ancient majestic pavilion, an Ice cold voice devoid of any emotion resounded in the air. It was like a Royal command, filled with a sense of aloofness and arrogance.

The silhouettes of a few people could be seen standing in front of a seated woman.

Their faces were rigid but their eyes held respect and reverence. The young men and women didn't dare to look into her eyes but stood like puppets.

The Ice Cold Woman seemed to be in her 40s. With a slight frown between her delicate yet elegant light blue eyebrows, she spoke to the young people standing before her. She exuded bone-chilling coldness and held an air of mystery.

All of a sudden, her expression flickered as a trace of surprise and joy could be seen on her face.

As she got up, all the disciples turned their heads as a flying vessel approached the pavilion and landed.

An Old Man who looked more destitute than a poor beggar and a young man who felt more charming than a royal prince. The contrasting duo with their clashing appearances somehow seems to have a single thing in common which no one could point out.

Soon, their faces and bodies were visible to the people in the pavilion. The Old Man gave an elusive feeling like he is full of mysteries but also fully transparent. It is completely beyond what they could fathom.

The Young Man, on the other hand, gave off a feeling of ....nothing and everything. In particular, he didn't just give off one feeling, whatever they looked for, they found the feeling coming from him. Be it mysteriousness, calmness, arrogance.

He was like the Origin to these feelings themselves. His cultivation was apparent to every single individual present-Earth Realm eighth sub realm. But they all had a slight itch in their minds that not everything they see is the truth.

The disciples also looked at him with curiosity.

The mask vanished as everyone was greeted by an OtherWorldly Handsome face. The first thing that caught their attention was his bright sky blue pupils seemed to engulf their minds. Then came his utopian silver hair which gave them a dreamy feel. His face seemed to be chiseled by the gods themselves to the zenith of perfection.

His body seemed to be a miracle, it was the best one could ask for.

The female disciples felt something blocking their throat as their ice-cold faces showed difficulties in breathing. The male disciples were initially shocked which then followed by various emotions-envy, rage, defeat.

The Ice Cold Woman was also stunned by the display of his handsomeness. But she quickly snapped out of it and reverted back to her previous frosty expression. Yet, she seemed to avoid his eyes.

Sheng Tian spoke calmly the next moment "Sect Master, I am Sheng Tian.Thank you for everything in advance." He signalled to the Old Man.

The female disciples were pulled out of their illusions by his words when they heard his voice. It was calm, collective, full of confidence, had a hint of pride.

The Ice Cold Woman—the Sect Master turned her cold gaze at the Old Man. The Old Man glared at Sheng Tian in slight annoyance and said coolly "Little Sister, this brat is good for nothing. So, I brought him to learn a thing or two so that he won't die drowning in his jug. Just give him two loaves of bread and let him be a bathroom cleaner. I have faith in his abilities."

Everyone was shocked by his words. Sheng Tian's lips twitched as he glared at the perverted old man and spoke in refusal "Brought my ass! Everyone who saw Sheng Tian felt that he was telling the truth. Even the Sect Master looked at her Elder Brother with a hint of suspicion.

So, the best thing I can do is breach the security and find the loopholes." his face showed a dignified expression when he spoke of the act of peeking.

"Why am I so awesome?" he spoke with a melancholic and depressed tone as he seemed to be fed up with his own awesomeness. Anyone who saw him for the first time would think that he is telling the truth by seeing his life like emotions.

Sheng Tian only felt like beating the old man left and right for copying his line. Wasn't this supposed to be his exclusive line?

"Damn!" Sheng Tian pointed his finger at the location of the Old Man, who was no longer there.
