For someone who read the novels, he is no stranger to the concept of World Trees and their origins.

He was excited at the potential prospects of a World Tree.

Then he continued to control the seed to absorb the profound energy.

This time, a part of the pure energy from the seed was directed into his Profound veins, slowly filling them with the incomparably pure and dense energy.

'Crack'. Sheng Tian soon heard a crack from his own body again.

He felt his own cultivation breakthrough from the First Stage of Elementary Realm to Second Stage.

Without further ado, he opened the exquisite Jade box given by Meng Xin.

A rich mellow fragrance filled the air from the bright red pill.

As the name of the Realm says, the steps till they were only building the foundation for the actual cultivation yet to come.

Sheng Tian stood up full of reluctance, still in disbelief that he has not broken through to Profound Realm and Nascent Soul Realm.

It's two big Realms for god's sake!

Did the scratched pill powder he fed to the dog the reason? Probably! Damn it!

Sheng Tian got up from the bed and happened to pass by the mirror.

Looking at the reflection, he was shocked once again before he smiled humbly "I became even more handsome. Why am I so awesome? I feel so lonely at the peak. *sigh*"

Sheng Tian's sour mood soothed after some "self-reflection".

He left the inn after a gluttonous meal.

He is feeling full of energy.

As he walked on the streets, he saw a crowd gather ahead. Curious to why he wore a black face mask and walked over. He brought the mask on the way. Why you ask? To prevent marriage divorces, relationship breakups, and engagement annulments. After all, he is that awesome!

Sheng Tian approached the crowd.

A muscular man was holding the hair of a beautiful middle-aged woman kneeling on the ground. Next to her was a bloodied middle-aged man. There was a young girl looking to be around 15 hiding behind the bloodied man on the ground.

The middle-aged woman was asking the muscular man to spare her daughter.

Sheng Tian scanned the crowd and realized that they were all mortals. The Muscular Man is a Cultivator and seemed to be at the Peak of Foundation Establishment Realm.

He must have wanted to use his strength to force this family's females to serve him in the bed.

Sheng Tian sighed. This is a very common occurrence in this World. Strong prey the Weak. You can do whatever you want if you are strong enough.

This is the most basic common sense a person of this world has.

When the Man was about to strangle the woman, he slowly walked forward. The Muscular Man looked at him and barked "What brat? You want to be a hero and die?"

Sheng Tian merely chuckled and said in a calm tone "Fool."

The Muscular Man's eyes narrowed to slits as he realised Sheng Tian was also a cultivator. He swung his fist as Sheng Tian's heart.

Sheng Tian lightly chortled and waved his hand blocking the punch.

At a speed many times faster than his previous peak speed, Sheng Tian punched the Muscular Man in the chest.

Under Sheng Tian's law-breaking strength, he had no way to resist despite the fact that he was almost a realm higher than him.

Sheng Tian's punch broke his rib cage and blasted his heart to smithereens. The man's body collapsed onto the ground as the whole ground was dyed with blood and filled with the scattered organ parts.

A nasty smell filled the air.

Many directly began to throw up at the horrendous sight.

Unfettered by the Crowd's reaction, Sheng Tian said in a low voice looking at Man's corpse, "Honestly, your luck was very bad."

There was only a deadly silence in the street. Every person's eyes almost popped out and their mouth wide open.

To them, the Muscular Man was like a living God. Right after he entered their town, he controlled the life and death of every person.

But they saw a Young Man kill God with a casual punch. They didn't know what to say anymore.

The young girl looked gratefully at Sheng Tian, while her parents were terrified of his strength. Tears of relief flowed down her face as she saw her mother and father safe with the Bad guy dead.

"Thank you." She said as she bowed deeply.

Sheng Tian looked at her indifferently and said coldly "I don't pity you. I was in a position similar to yours, losing my only parent- my 'mother' in front of my eyes, yet I was powerless to do anything.

But now I have the power, so I stopped the same from happening again. And doing it once, I satisfied my own desire. I did this only to feel good myself and has got nothing to do with you.

If I had to kill you for my goals, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. Even if someone is ready to kill you now, I won't stop them.

I'm not a hero of justice."

Without caring a second for the crowd's reaction, he disappeared in the blink of an eye.
