Upon arriving in the room, they were stunned before they could even speak. Sheng Tian's seat was opposite to the door. So, the first thing they saw upon entering the room was him.

Leng Yue Yan saw an OtherWorldly Handsome Young Man. His eyes were filled with so much shock that he didn't even notice the two. She was someone who showed coldness and indifference to everyone and everything.

Even Sheng Tian under the disguise of 'Ling Tian' was only able to create a spark of curiosity.

But by just seeing him, 'Sheng Tian' drew her gaze onto him. She was stunned looking at him but was quickly able to recover thanks to her cold and indifferent personality. However, it was no easy feat to be the focus of the Ice Goddess by just standing.

Ke'Er, the young girl who just reached 15 years was struck at the spot. It was like she was petrified. Even her breath had stopped.

Leng Yue Yan shook Ke'Er lightly. Ke'Er snapped out of her daze and slightly shook her head and shouted: "Who are you Big Brother?" Even though she was questioning him, it felt more like she was trying to gather his attention.

Sheng Tian saw the two people came in and understood the situation.

He turned to Leng Yue Yan "Meng Xin and I need to talk something very important. Please don't barge in until we come out."

Meng Xin woke up from her lost thoughts. Sheng Tian's reaction only meant that whatever she guessed must be true and there was something important she didn't know. She nodded at Ke'Er and Leng Yue Yan.

Ke'Er was flustered as she was outright ignored. However, she couldn't bring herself to scold such a handsome guy.

The two ladies left as quickly they came and closed the door.

Sheng Tian sighed as he slumped into the chair.

What happened to him? He never wanted things to go out of control. This is the first time it happened and he didn't like it.

Looking at the pair of curious eyes, he turned to face the ceiling "Did something happen to you for three days in a row this month?"

Meng Xin's eyes widened "Yes. I was unconscious for three consecutive days ago."

This meant that she was unconscious just when he went to take the trial of heart.

"You can't remember anything in those 3 days?"

She shook her head. Sheng Tian was surprised, "Then, how did you know that something was not right?"

"I don't know. The words you used, the expression you made, the way you spoke, everything felt surprisingly familiar." she explained, still bewildered.

Sheng Tian crossed his hands. "Fair enough. I held the same. Though I admit that you are beautiful enough, it is not enough to make me miss you."

A bit incensed by his remark, she replied "It goes both ways."

Chuckling at her retort, he looked at her with a tinge of playfulness "You know what? Though I get the feeling of familiarity from you, I don't feel anything else. Hope you don't fall head over heels for me before you achieve that "goal" of yours."

The room turned silent the next moment and the clear voice filled with determination "You wish. I would probably be sending my entire life for my dream. No time to play."

Her tone turned him serious "Tell me. What is your dream?"

Meng Xin raised an eyebrow "Why should I tell you?"

Sheng Tian smirked "Coz I might just be the only one who could help you. There is no one at the Heaven Realm on this continent. And I bet that I could it become one in less than five years at least and ten years at most!"

"You? Confidence is good but arrogance leads to downfall." she shook her head in disappointment.

"My strength is near the peak of Earth Realm, it took less than thirty days. Why should I not be confident?"

All of sudden, Meng Xin carefully tried to judge his strength and with Sheng Tian's deliberate move, she felt that his strength to be around the eighth level of Earth Realm.

Even with her calm personality, her mouth opened in shock. What is going on?

She gave him the Nascent Core pill almost a month ago. So, even if he used it and reached the Nascent Soul level, he had to improve all the way to the Peak of Nascent Soul Realm, before breaking into the Earth Realm. And there's more, he reached the eighth level of the Realm! All in less than a month, when even she took a year! How crazy was that?!

Releasing a deep breath, she said "I must enter the 'Snow Moon Continent'. If you think you can do this which even the Peak OverLords couldn't, then I shall thank you. Also, I would owe you my life and soul." she said with in a serious tone.

"Interesting. Though it takes a lot of time to cross the great gulf from Sky Realm to Emperor Realm, and the gulf only keeps increasing there after, I'm confident I could do that. I must be strong."

"The moment you think you can fulfil your word, we'll talk about it."

The first thought was teleportation arrays. Sure enough, there are a few teleportation arrays across the continent. They are used as the entries secret areas, treasures, hunting lands. Some are used for transportation between the Cities. But the ones to other continents? He didn't even know if they existed.

The next option would be flying treasures and flying beasts. The problem would lie in their capability. No one on Red Star had a treasure to cross the sea separating the continents of the Mythical World—Endless Sea. The treasures that could accomplish the task, however, were only a legend.

The final, yet most logical option is to travel by one own's powers. However, even OverLords were said to have fallen in the Endless Sea! Then the only choice was to reach a realm above.

As this thought crossed his mind, Sheng Tian instantly understood why she was so intent on her road of cultivation.

She was hoping to break through to the realm above—Heaven Realm, realm no one achieved in the past 5,000 years! That was her goal and only hope to reach the Snow Moon continent.

However, despite her genius talent, it is bound to take a lot of time to even break into OverLord Realm.

Flying Beasts. Only beasts beyond the OverLord Realm can fly. If I could subdue them, I would have no problem going there by myself.

Treasures, There are such treasures in the records of history but no one knows where they are right now. It's not pragmatic to search for the legends."

"Let's leave my matter here." Meng Xin spoke softly but her intention was clear. Do not ask any further.

It was extremely surprising for her to even talk this much to Sheng Tian even with his status as 'fiancee'. Because this was the deepest of her secret she didn't wish to share. Only her master knew of this. No one else.

She didn't know why she told him so much on their second meeting. If the weird event was set aside, they would at best be acquaintances.

But with the feelings of familiarity and reliance she subconsciously felt from him, her guard was down and she let it out.

He nodded "Alright. It should be fair only if I tell you a bit about myself. I wanted treasures here, so I agreed to participate in the Qin Ancestral Ground Trials."

Having said that, he hesitated about the topic of devils. At first, he didn't want to tell her as there would be a possibility that the whole matter they concealed would be exposed. Upon second thought, he trusted her character. If he didn't tell her, she might one day be in trouble. He could chose to stay silent, but telling her would give her more safety.

With a wave of his hand, a complex and strange dome covered them. His eyes shone with blue light. Meng Xin understood that he wanted to reveal a secret but was perplexed about kind of secret he was hiding. Leng Yue Yan also told her that she has something to tell in private but they didn't get the chance.

"The whole trials were traps. It was a meticulous design to unseal a creature termed as 'devil'. His name is 'Blood Wolf'. And to ensure the success of the trial, 11 more devils disguised themselves as humans and entered with contestants. Even Qin Cheng, the young master of the Qin Clan, was one of them.

We only managed to avoid death by a hair's breadth. And the strength of Blood Wolf could at least be a peak of OverLord realm if not higher. The devils appearance is identical to humans except their pitch black eyes and hair. The devil aura is a mix of pitch black and blood red. It is full of bloodlust, rage, and coldness and inherently repulsive to humans. Be careful in the future and don't take absurd risks for your dream. Dreams are possible only if you are alive."

Meng Xin sucked in a breath of cold air. This is a grave matter. And aren't the characteristics of the aura he described similar to the remnant energy she reported earlier?

"I have a guess actually. It might not be true but...."Sheng Tian paused and Meng Xin's intently waited, he continued "Blood Wolf could be the Ancestor of the Qin Clan."

"What?!" she exclaimed.

Chuckling lightly, he shrugged "You at least didn't say 'Impossible!'. Seems like you are better than others. Anyways, based on the carvings on the final trial's room, I think devils are the ones who shed their humanity and transformed. Well, not like I care about their origins."

Silence ensued. After a brief period, Meng Xin spoke, her eyes stared at his "How about you join my Place and become a disciple there? With my master's help and your talent, you will have no problem raising in your cultivation."

Immediately, Sheng Tian's eyes narrowed "There is one thing I always wanted to ask—Why are you trying to help me all the time? You didn't even ask how I reached the Earth Realm instead chose to help me again? What are you even thinking?"

To his surprise, Meng Xin said calmly "I am your fiancée. I promised to take care of you and this is the responsibility that comes with the relationship."

Sheng Tian rolled his eyes "Shouldn't it be a man's responsibility to take care of the woman?"

"What if the man is weaker than the woman? Does that saying even make sense?" Meng Xin questioned.

"Well, not like you are marrying me or anything. But I already decided to join the Mystic Ice Sect. Thanks for asking." he said.

"But the power I'm in is countless times stronger than Mystic Ice Sect. In fact, even the Royal Family is not so strong!" Meng Xin tried to convince him.

Sheng Tian halted for a moment before he shook his head "Thanks again. But your organisation doesn't have cold beauti...ahem, I mean, peace. And if the Power of your organisation is as strong as you claimed it to be, I'm sure I would in for a lot of trouble if my cultivation speed is found out."

"Fine. Have it your way. I will ask Yue Yan to take care of you."

"Take care of me? No need. I can take care of myself." Sheng Tian waved his hand.

Looking at the confident look in his eyes, Meng Xin stopped the ideas she had to help him. After all, she needed to respect his opinion.

On the other hand, Sheng Tian was talking to Xiao Lian in his mind "Xiao, does she have any hidden motive in mind when inviting me to join her power?" after all is said and done, Sheng Tian still couldn't trust her completely. Because she was too strange, if she wanted to harm him for her own benefits, it would have made sense. But she wanted to help him of some relationship he didn't even care, there is no way he could trust her.

Xiao Lian's voice sounded cold "She doesn't have any bad motive and was genuine when she invited you. Humph! You must be tempted to go right? Maybe she wants to offer herself to you. You just said that her boobs got bigger! Disgusting Pervert! I know you rejected her offer only to go after that Ice girl and see other cold beauties in the sect. Shameless Fellow! Aren't you tired of living yet?"

Sheng Tian's lips twitched "If you think yours are bigger, I can check them by touching. Of course you can reject my proposal, that only means hers are bigger." he said in a honest tone.

"You....!" Xiao Lian almost fainted from anger and decided to stay silent. How can this guy be so shameless? He is in front of his fiancee, yet flirting with a girl while deciding to chase another one! Fucking shameless!

Suddenly, he heard a soft voice. "Wake up, Sheng Tian, are you alright? Wake up, Sheng Tian."

The words and the voice sounded surprisingly familiar, he had a feeling of deja vu. Then his vision suddenly blurred and he lost consciousness.

He slowly opened his eyes, only to find himself in a strange room.

The design of this room was vastly different from any of the ones in the Mythical World. The colour of the walls, the ceiling, and the furniture was beautiful and elegant. There saw a large bed in the room. On it were two people sleeping. The white quilt was covering their bodies but he was still able to figure out a young woman cuddling in the arms of a young man using his arms as her pillow.

Then the woman woke up. He could only see her flawless back. The woman didn't move out of the bed, instead, tried to wake the man up. Looking at the digital clock on the side, she cupped his cheeks.

"Tian, Tian, wake up or else we will be late." the woman's soft voice sounded, surprisingly familiar to him.

"Demoness, 5 minutes please." the young man mumbled, but it was loud enough for him to hear.

This voice was too familiar! Sheng Tian wanted to check the couple's faces right away but realised that he couldn't move. In fact, he didn't even have a body and could only watch the scene!

To the young man's words, the young woman snorted lightly and bit his neck softly. ""Huh? Who are you calling Demoness? I'm an Angel in countless hearts, Humph"

The young woman tried to move out of the bed but the young man pulled her back. "Alright, my Angel. 5 minutes."

"It's already 7:30, If we delay, we will miss the flight and the reunion." the soft voice said with slight impatience and helplessness at his punctual laziness.

"Flight? Reunion?" with surprise evident in his tone, the Young Man jolted up and the soft body in his arms was also bought up with him. As a result, the faces of the couple also became visible to Sheng Tian who was watching on the sides.

Sheng Tian saw the identified the faces of the two people.

It was Meng Xin and himself!
