In the heavy crowd, Sheng Tian moved freely with his unique moments as he reached the famous 'Imperial Heaven' of the Qin Capital.

Meanwhile, Sheng Tian walked into the restaurant.

He just used "Dragon Roar" at the man and when he did, he concentrated the attack soley at him. Thus, no one was able to hear the sound due to the restriction he placed.

"For real?!" despite his usual steady composure, Sheng Tian was unable to digest the fact that the costliest jade on earth being used for a restaurant.

"Curse your luck. I was really, really poor and had to fight for food everyday. Ah well, better not dwell on the past anymore. I will just eat to my heart's content from now on." Sheng Tian shook his head.

Xiao Lian sighed lightly feeling his depressed tone and decided to not scold him anymore, for today.

Looking around, he realised that he is in the guest hall. He found that there was three sections of dining areas.

First, and foremost was the gold section in the ground floor for normal guests, who despite eating in the lowest floor were quite the tycoons themselves.

On the first floor is the diamond section where special and important guests dine. The people who can enter the first floor were often people with a high status—usually elite disciples of large powers such as Sects, Clans and Noble families.

The second floor was reserved for the highest of guests—platinum section. They are divided into separate rooms and each person who is eligible to dine in the Platinum Section would at least be a young Emperor Realm Expert or an OverLord itself!

That means, even for the Great Clans, only the Senior Elders and most talented of the Elders could dine here!

Looking at the guards standing at the entrance of the dining area of the Gold Section, Sheng Tian squinted his eyes in surprise.

These women were at the peak of Sky Realm!

With such cultivation, they would be taken as Elders of many First-Grade families, yet here they are, serving as guards.

Shaking his head, Sheng Tian went up the stairs as he reached the first floor under the astonished gazes of the two guard women.

In a table of four, two young men and women were seated.

"Wow! That's crazy! Weren't you stuck at the fifth stage for three years already?" the blonde young woman exclaimed.

"I was. But something crazier happened. The Eternal Frozen Land lost its cold and the Purgatory lost its heat for an entire hour!"

"What?!!!" exclamations came from all sides of the table as the ones who happened to hear it looked at the spiky young man in shock!

The Young Man however, didn't mind the attention and smiled "Actually, it's not just them, even the Endless Sea is rumoured to be halted for an hour. The Water itself was locked into place. The ones who reported the news were going crazy! However, everything returned to the usual state afterwards and there was no change again." he finished.

Sheng Tian, in the disguise of Ling Tian, was sitting at nearby table. "This brother," he started "When did the "Silent day" happen?" feigning awe, he asked.

The young man replied with a smirk "You are not living under the rocks, are you? It was over a week already! Ten days to be exact."

"I see." Sheng Tian calmly replied but his thoughts were a mess.

That was the exact day the Mythical Dragon God appeared!

That means, did he just freeze of all the laws of this World with his mere presence?

How strong should one be to rival the Heavenly Dao of a World itself?!!!

Cold Sweat drenched down his back as he realised the level of the Legacy he received.

The next second, an excited smile appeared on his face as he almost yelled " Fucking awesome!"
