------ FLASHBACK ------
Vince continued to embrace Yve and the latter just let him.
'If this will ease his anxiety and anger on what had happened, I don't care anymore.' Yve thought as she embraced him back.
They stay in the same position for quite some time before Yve breaks the silence.
"Are you mad at me for keeping it a secret?"
"…."
"Vince?"
"Earlier, yes. I thought we promised to each other that we're not going to keep a secret anymore. I was feeling guilty for some time as I hid the truth from you. Then you were also keeping something as heavy as your safety." Vince finally voiced out.
"I'm very sorry. I don't want you to worry which is why I kept it from you. It will not happen again." Yve made another promise.
"Of course! This time, no matter what happens… heavy or not we will not keep it a secret anymore. As soon as we are in the position to update each other, we're going to do that. Okay?" Vince reprimanded Yve.
"Hmmm….." Yve instantly agreed with Vince's new condition.
"How about my project with Stones?"
"I'm not mad about it. You can handle any project that you like in relation to your company as long as it will not hinder your studies and current plans on SkyMu." Vince answered.
"It doesn't. And the project was just a short term one so I didn't mind doing it."
"I know and you're doing a great job on it; from the reports and even to the feedback of the staff." Vince remarked before kissing her forehead.
"Feedback? The staff didn't say anything during your site visit!" Yve looks at his husband in search of the answer before realizing the slip of her tongue.
"Hmm…. So you even went as far as using the team's device to cover up for Edward's lack of knowledge on the project during the visit, huh!" Vince smirked at his intelligent yet a bit stubborn wife.
"Well…. It's fine now. At least you decided to tell me everything rather than me noticing it or discovering it on my own."
"Hehehehe… thank goodness. So now, spill it. What about those feedbacks?"
"They have been complimenting Edward on a job well done when they thought either Edward or I are listening. I thought they were just licking boots, but now, I can say those positive remarks are for you." Vince explained.
"Hmm…. I see."
"Now that's out of the question." Vince naughtily remarked before pulling his wife to his hidden bedroom in the office.
"Vince! We're in the base!"
"Don't worry as only Edward and the Team know about the entrance to this room." Vince replies as they fall on the bed.
"VINCE!!! I'm not yet…"
"I know. I'm just too sleepy at the moment. I don't even have the strength to do what you're thinking. If you still want it, let me sleep for about an hour then you can have what you want with me. Okay?" Vince smirked earning a strong slap on the arm from Yve.
"I wasn't…. that's not… Ughh! Frustrating!" Yve turned to her side to hide the embarrassment.
Vince was able to read her mind and the worst case was the man wasn't even thinking about it. It's exactly the truth as she noticed the steady breathing from the man lying beside her. She turns around to see Vince's sleeping face. With that, Yve slowly closed her eyes and fell asleep as well.

"Primo?"
"Young Madam?" Yve can hear voices outside the room where they are staying.
She looks around the room to check for a window but found nothing. She silently stands up to go to the wall where she heard the voice.
"Who are you?" Yve asked.
"Young Madam, it's Eybelle."
"Eybelle, I don't know how to or which or where to open to get out of the room."
"I see. Let me do it then, Young Madam. Just stay away from any wall."
Just like that, Eybelle easily opens the door out of the bedroom. Yve pulls Eybelle out silently to avoid waking Vince up.
"Is anything wrong, Eybelle?"
"Young Madam, you need to go to the office now. Sylvan instructed me. I tried to reason out but he said that it is a must for you to meet your friends at the office." Eybelle explained.
"He's actually right. But I don't have any clothes so I need to drop by home." Yve exclaimed.
"No worries, Young Madam. Primo bought some clothes for you and are stacked inside the cabinet. As for your things, Sylvan will bring it to the office." Eybelle explains as she guides Yve around Vince's room and introduce each facility to her.
"Thank you very much, Eybelle."
"You're welcome. Where do you want your breakfast?"
"I think I'll be late if I will eat so kindly have my breakfast packed so that I can eat on the road." Yve instructs Eybelle leaves her inside.
Eybelle chooses her clothes and does the same for her husband. Before taking a shower, she decided to leave a message to Vince informing him that she's going to the office. She also didn't forget to send a message to Edward to readjust her husband's schedule to give him time to sleep. Once she finishes her bath, Eybellle is already waiting for her outside the room.
"Miss Y, the kitchen has packed this food for you. Chrysthe will drive you to the office and guard you until you meet Sylvan. I will follow you in the shadows with my team." Eybelle informs her as they walk towards the entrance where Chrysthe is already waiting.
As Yve gets in the car, a thought suddenly comes to her mind.
'None of the Team Alpha asked on what happened this morning. Did they know? Or they just didn't want to ask?'
"Chrysthe?" Yve asks the man but no appropriate words would come to her mind.
"Yes, Young Madam?" Chrysthe asked.
But Yve decided not to continue her question. Team Alpha understands how Vince thinks and so they can probably figure out what had happened.
"Nothing, Chrysthe." Just like that Chrysthe follows the order and drives her to the office.
