"Sylvan, what's happening?" Yve can't help but ask Sylvan when she saw the changes on the glass windows of the car.

"Don't worry, Young Madam. Just continue to hold on tight as we will be passing by some intersections." Sylvan informed.

In a few seconds, their car drifted just in time and they were able to leave one of the cars behind. Sylvan sped up and avoided the red light in an intersection but just like he expected, the remaining car drove and followed up. However, it failed when a series of military trucks drove in a convoy. When the military trucks left, Yve's car was no longer in sight. It all went according to Team Alpha's plan. They were used to these tricks as Vince had encountered the same assassinations.

'These are small thugs as they easily fell for the simplest tricks. What do they want with Young Madam?' Sylvan began to think of the possible people who want to attack Yve.

Sylvan pressed the button and the black opaque car windows returned to normal. Yve looked around and noticed the series of trees and the familiar scenery of the beach.

"Sylvan, are we going to the base?" Yve asked.

"I'm sorry, Young Madam but yes. Chrysthe was able to capture some of the men following us. We need to know who are they and their reason." Sylvan explained as the gates of the base opened.

"Interrogate them, you mean?" Yve directly asked.

Yve knows that Sylvan is trying to lighten his words for her. She doesn't like it because she may not be part of the association but she doesn't want to be treated like a baby. Sylvan understood the hidden message and replied,

"Yes, Young Madam."

"Let me know of the result, Sylvan. I will also inform the school of my absence." Yve calmly answered as she gets off the car while trying not to look scared.

As Sylvan let one of his men park the car for him, Yve said another request.

"Sylvan, if it's not as big as the enemies Vince have, can you please let me handle that person?"

"But Young Madam.."

"I won't do things beyond my capacity. I will ask for your help if I need it. It's just I know that all of you have other responsibilities to take care. I don't want to burden you with smaller things. Besides, if I can't handle possible dangers caused by leading a business empire, then I don't deserve to be the president." Yve's explanation amazed Sylvan and the rest of their men who heard her request.

"I understand." Sylvan agreed and guided Yve to Vince's office in the base.

"Feel free to us the things here. However, I'm not sure about the passwords for certain devices as only Mr. Gray can set it." Sylvan explained as he let Yve inside the office.

"I got it. Thanks, Sylvan. You can go to the interrogation."

Just like that Sylvan went to the dark room to witness the interrogation Chrysthe and Slayne are doing.

"Who are you guys? What do you want with Miss Yve?" Chrysthe calmly asked trying to give a chance to this injured people in black.

"Why should I tell you?!" The man isn't that scared of what Chrysthe can do. At least not until he was shown some knives and other dangerous cutting tools on the table.

"Are you not going to give the information we want? We can just take our time to torture you. Plus we can keep you alive with the resident doctor here. Death will not be an option to end your possible agony if you continue to keep your mouth shut." Slayne said as he clean the shears and look dangerously at the man.

Without hearing any response from the man, Slayne approached the man and began cutting his clothes using the shears. However, he only cut the areas in his chest and sensitive little soldier. The man trembled noticing the potential target of the shear.

"Wa… What a…are…you try..trying to do?" He began to tatter feeling scared. Even if he might survive after the torture they will conduct, he will not want to live without the essential components of being a man.

"What do you think are we going to do?" Chrysthe ask him as the shear approaches one of his nipples.

"The decision is up to you. You can choose to speak and this torture will end." Chrysthe encouraged him to speak up.

The man swallowed his own saliva before shouting,

"I will say what I know. Stop it!"

"Good!" Slayne moved away from him with the shears and returned with a chair in front.

"Now, speak!"

"Do you know the Red stripes?" The man began.

"Red Stripes? I …" Chrysthe answered but was interrupted by Slayne with the information.

"They are a small gang here. The Boss didn't conquer them as they didn't do anything to us until now and they're not a threat as well."

"That would also be the reason why they're not aware of our presence." Sylvan added.

"So you're already here." Chrysthe said.

"Yup. I have been here for a while now. She's in the office and gave me some interesting requests." Sylvan said.

"I would guess. She told us she will handle this if the Boss wasn't the reason for this attack?" Chrysthe guessed.

"That's correct."

The members of Team Alpha have long been amazed with Yve's personality and abilities. They have sworn loyalty to obey and protect her especially when their Boss isn't around.

The interrogated man continued his confession.

"A few days ago, we were hired through our dark website. It was indicated that the request was to kidnap the student-entrepreneur, Yve Smith-Gray. We received 20% of the payment and we are going to receive the remaining amount once we give her to them."

"The name of the client?"

"We don't have an idea. They can put any name they want."

"How do you communicate with them?"

"Through the burner phone they provided to us. I have it with me."

Slayne instantly got the phone and tried to answer to call the only phone number registered.

"That will be useless. We are way late for our agreement. It was stated in the guidelines not to answer the phone call if we're late without any reports.

"Well, there's no need to worry. We can have the website investigated." Slayne said and the three of them left the place.

"Let me handle this. I can give you the information tonight." Slayne casually said.

"Of course, we know. Just take your time, Slayne." Sylvan said.

Slayne left the two of them to investigate the only lead they have.

"Sylvan, what do you think about this?"

"For the person to hire a small group like Red Stripes, it shows that they have no idea on Boss' other persona. Plus the man inside said that they described the Young Madam as student-entrepreneur. Our enemy might be one of the students." Sylvan explained.

"There are many students there and all of them are prominent people. It would be impossible to take all of them." Chrysthe said.

"I know that but most of them knew how close she is to our Boss. With that knowledge only a handful would try to be on his bad side. I have an idea but I need Slayne's investigation for me to reach a conclusion."

"So, are you telling her?"

"Of course! I also need to ask her what she wants us to do with the Red Stripes and the men inside that room." Sylvan calmly said.

"Well that could be true. Basing on our rule book that group should be annihilated." As Chrysthe said these words, Sylvan is already on his way to report to Yve.
