'Where is that girl' growled Kira in thought as he had hoped to catch her on the way however in the distance he found her sitting in front of Draig's door waiting to be admitted entry.

Seeing this seemed to break the veil over his eyes as he realized what Kasa's goal had been from the moment he had first mentioned the young Feratu. Growling viciously he stirred a whirlwind and tried to make it in time to take the box in Kasa's hands but it seemed fate was not willing to be kind to him as he saw Draig welcome his only daughter into his broken home.

'Damn it' cursed Kira as he appeared in time to place his foot in the door.

"Dad!" cried Kasa in shock, she had expected him to take longer to arrive.

"Kasa give me the box back, that is not yours to give as you see fit stupid girl" snarled Kira paying no heed to Draig's presence as he snatched the box back.

Draig on the other hand found himself interested in the box's contents he had thought it was something Kira had sent as an offering hoping to soften his resolve and perhaps negotiate, but now it was different.

"I do wonder what is in that box Kira, show me" stated Draig as his face was set in a serious gaze.

Kira heard those words and felt ice flood his veins, he was now placed in a corner again. It seemed fate truly had it's own intentions for the Old wolf.

"Draig it's nothing that is of your concern I assure you" started Kira but Draig was no longer as sympathetic to the Old wolf's words.

"I said show me" stated Draig staring down the wolf without remorse in his eyes.

Kira cast a scathing look at Kasa who laid her ears against her head flat before shoving the box into Draig's hands roughly.

"There's no need to keep it now that you will know it's contents" growled Kira with a dark look in his eyes that promised a severe punishment for his daughter when they returned.

Draig on the other hand ignored Kira and opened the box which revealed a vial with a small amount of black liquid in it. Draig stared curiously at the vile wondering it's importance when he remembered the Founder's words, his eyes widened and he opened the vialand felt his mouth flood from temptation.

"T-this" started Draig shocked.

"Is the Blood of the first of our kind" cut in Kira glaring at his daughter with a wrathful gaze.

Draig looked at the Old wolf and the girl in his home before pulling out his tome and carefully placing a single drop into its pages which glowed a deathly black for but a moment until the book began to evolve once again. The young Feratu's eyes showed hunger as he stared at the remaining blood in the vial but fought his temptation.

"Kira, come here" commanded Draig with a look of curiosity. In his hand a blackened Blood Gem had taken form.

Kira complied with Draig's order and came closer.

"Eat it" demanded Draig hoping to see a change in the Old wolf.

Kira looked at the Blood gem and felt his stomach churn, he submissively accepted it and promptly chewed before swallowing however nothing happened causing Draig to be let down because he had wasted a drop of this precious substance. However as soon as the thought had passed Kira dropped to his knees in agony, it was now his turn to have his blood burned.

A demonic howl erupted from Kira's throat causing those in the village to drop to their knees in submission, Draig even felt a tremor run through him for but a moment until his blood heated again.

"What's happening to him" cried Kasa as she stared at the transformation of her father.

"He is becoming what he was meant to be" chuckled Draig as the surge of energy stopped and Kira stood again but his eyes were different.

The once golden eyed Wolf had his eyes colors inverted making for a haunting image in the night, a golden slit pupil stared at Draig for a moment before reaching towards his ring and attempting to remove it but the young Feratu would have none of that kind of thinking. With a swift strike Kira was sent flying, the hit actually managing to dent his ribs after the transformation.

'I suppose it is time to walk the dog' thought Draig as he put away his cane and flexed his fingers causing a sickening cracking sound to be heard.

"Come Kira let's see how far you have come with the abilities I gave you" smiled Draig under the brightness of the day.

In the village everyone had gathered and upon sensing Kira's change they rallied behind him.

"Everyone we must assist Kira, this our chance" called one before the rest followed suit.

"What a pack of ungrateful mutts" sneered Draig seeing the sight.

"Marco" called Draig causing the ugly little thing to come zooming to his Master's side.

"Yes Master" smiled Marco

"Bring me any metals these mongrels have brought as I show them their place" ordered Draig causing the little pest to nod in affirmation before once again zooming away through the use of his enchanted shoes.

With a sharp whistle Draig put on a cruel patronizing smile.

"Here doggy" laughed the Feratu as he placed his foot against the ground charging towards Kira and his pack of wolves.
