    Some time ago, they were busy with the autumn harvest, and they were too tired to care about other things every day. He hadn’t shared a bed with Lu Gu for more than twenty days. In addition, he was indeed young, and felt restless when he hugged his fulang.

    "You rest, I'm going to boil the water." Shen Xuanqing got out of bed after getting dressed, and asked again after standing beside the bed: "What do you want to eat? Hot steamed buns or pancakes?"

    Lu Gu who had moved to the bed and was about to put on his shoes, looked up at him, seeing that his expression was gloomy and his usual smile was no longer there, he panicked with fright, his throat tightened, and he whispered repeatedly: "I'll go, I'll go."

    Shen Xuanqing pinched the center of his brows, put down his hands and pressed Lu Gu's shoulders, letting him sit back on the bed, with a look of helplessness, he pursed his lips before saying: "You, you are in pain, you should rest and recuperate, I'll go."

After that, he rubbed Lu Gu's untied hair, smiled lightly to show comfort, and then went to boil the water.

    Lu Gu sat on the edge of the bed in a daze for a moment, then frowned slightly, worried and aggrieved, not knowing what to do.

    He knew that Shen Xuanqing was good to him. He had been working for a long time at night several times before, and Shen Xuanqing wouldn't let him work the next day, but this time it was different, Shen Xuanqing didn't smile when he got up.
 

    If he wanted to ask, he felt ashamed and didn't dare to ask such a thing in front of a man. He was worried and had no choice, so he finally stood up and folded the quilt first.

   After a day for rest, Shen Xuanqing went out to hunt the foxes again.

    Lu Gu watched him walked away with the three dogs at the door, and then called the puppy back to the yard.

    Thinking of the embarrassment of yesterday, even though he was still thinking about Shen Xuanqing not coming back at night, Lu Gu still let out a sigh of relief. He actually didn't know what happened to Shen Xuanqing, but he looked at Shen Xuanqing's gloomy expression, he didn’t dare to gasp loudly.

    And the night before yesterday, he shamelessly approached Shen Xuanqing, and every time he thought about it, he felt unable to lift his head, how could he do such a thing. Therefore, both of them were embarrassed for a day, and the atmosphere was not as harmonious as before.
