After the System had left, the Myth of Xavier had begun . However, since I was too preoccupied with what I should do, I paid little to no attention to the story .

Puppet Land was basically a hell for sentient Puppets .

Puppets who could think and act for themselves were revoked of their rights . They were forced into roles without a choice and played for an audience that was never satisfied .

Marionette--the poor soul who I cast away to Puppet Land--was a sentient Puppet who didn't want to follow in his Father's footsteps . He didn't want to become the God of Entertainment so he decided to destroy his Father's stage and fire all of the other Puppets, thinking that he had saved them . Little did he know that the other Puppets actually enjoyed what they did .

Enraged, his Father banished him to Puppet Land . The Puppets who Marionette had "rescued" helped drag him into Puppet Land .

AdvertisementNow, even though I have ample reason to save Marionette, I am still hesitant to do so .

IT'S NOT BECAUSE I'M AN ASSHOLE!

No!

It's because:

A . I don't know how to use magic .

B . I haven't found Zed to protect Miceter .

C . Miceter is involved in the Quest .

D . I only have twenty-four hours to find Thomas Hark or Fur Charleston .

Even though I have all of these reasons, I still have to consider the System . I don't know whether the System really wants me to go to Puppet Land or if the System doesn't really give a damn about the Side Quest . But, considering how the System acted, I'm guessing he would be pretty upset if I didn't jump into the Side Quest right away . . .

But then I still have to worry about the System's punishment because if I did go to Puppet Land, I would no doubt take more than a day to find and free Marionette .

But if I didn't go to Puppet Land, I don't know how the System would react . If I were to leave the Town Square and search for my targets, the System could probably take it as me ignoring his orders and punish me for it . . .

UUUGGGHHHH!!!

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

It feels like I'm trapped with both sides leading to my demise . . .

Should I do it?

Go to Puppet Land?

I glanced at Miceter . He was too busy watching the theatrics up ahead to notice my gloomy mood .

Screw it .

I'll take the risk .

I'll search for my targets before going to Puppet Land . . .

You know, now that I think about it, I'm starting to feel a bit homesick .
