"Don't you know 'weird' is my middle name?" he laughed. He never sees any women in this type of background be as cheerful as she is. She smiles all the time and laughs almost about everything like the word 'problem' doesn't exist in her life. Touma doesn't think she was so ignorant about everything neither she being protected from it.

"Why do you so happy all the time?" he curious.

Kahina laughed spontaneously to his question and again she forgot the pain on her chest. The pain throbbed ruthlessly make her unable to continue. Touma smirk at her thinking she deserved that pain but he couldn't hide his concern. He is clueless about what he supposed to do to help her. Touma doesn't like the feeling; it was making him really angry.

"Stop laughing! You going to kill yourself!" he bawled at her. 'Doesn't she know I am worried about her?'

Kahina was startled at Touma's angry voice. He normally so calm and expressionless but Touma in front of her right now is full of a variety of emotion. She feels delighted to see him opened up to her.

As he realized he overreact on her, he calmly cleared his throat and changes his tone.

"I mean, be cautious to your health."

"Your command is my wish. Plus, I want to be happy and I believe smile and laugh will help me experiences it." Her smile was still on her face, beautiful as always. Since Kahina was small, she experiences many loses and heartbreak and she refuses to believe she can't be happy. Yes! She is the daughter of ruthless Yakuza and she also grew up in a ruthless environment but that wasn't her choice. She can't deny her origin but she can plan her future. She will make sure her future full with spring and summer. Bright and beautiful.

"Don't you mad at me about the agreement?" Touma really can't comprehend what she was thinking in her mind. He obviously tricking her father but she didn't show any displeasure.

"Why would I?" she blinked at him looking puzzled as if she didn't understand at all the issue he tried to raise.

He perplexed for a moment before he adds, "Forget it. I am glad you were okay with it."

Kahina shook her head a few times. "I found nothing to be mad at because both of you tricking each other. From your point of view, you gain a lot but your plan is for the long term but from my father side, he won big too. He eyed the territory for quite sometimes and now he is able to get his hand on it, he must satisfy a lot."

"What do you mean 'he eyeing the territory for a long time'? He now sure his uneasy feeling he felt before was true. Takio must have another plan for the territory.

"Mr Touma Anzo, you didn't expect me to reveal my father's plan, do you?" she jeered at him. She admits she is head over heel for him but it doesn't mean she is a fool to let him hindered her own father's plan. Both of them gain something thus they should be happy with it. Kahina decided to stay in spectator sit to observe the winner in the end. Touma is well versed in the game but Takio's experiences are his best card. Both of them go head to head will be interesting to watch and a lot to learn. Who knows? She might find some loophole for her to make money or gains more power or even better if she grabs a few opportunities to get closer to Touma.

"I expect nothing less from you, Miss Kahina Hinode." He accepted her hints of the challenge to him.

After a few hours spending time with Kahina, Touma has excused himself to his office but he promised her to visit the next day. She stared at his back until he vanished from her side. She felt recharged but she stuck with broken ribs and hand. The doctor informed her it would take a few weeks to completely heal. She can't help but let out a heavy sigh. She hates hospital; luckily she can be discharged the day after tomorrow. Her extension of stay was caused by Kaede intimidate the doctor to keep her until he is fully satisfied.

'Stupid brother! It is not like I will rampage the entire Tokyo for revenge. I am not stupid,' her rant to herself was stopped when a nurse brought in a beautiful bouquet of hydrangeas to her. The mixed of colourful hydrangeas She was excited thinking it was from Touma and she immediately texted him.

[Thank you for the hydrangeas and once again it is for the dead. I am not dead yet!"

She put a tongue stick out emoji with it. Touma replied almost instantly.

[What are hydrangeas?]

Kahina smile, 'This silly man! He is so clueless.'

[It is the flower you sent me, duuhh]

[I thought it was lilies]

Touma replies puzzled Kahina. She pulls the bouquet and there was an envelope in between the flower. The envelope was written her name on it. She opened it swiftly and a picture falls to her lap. It was a picture of Ken bleed while hugging her in the car accident. The picture was taken up close focused on Ken's bleeding face. His hands tightly hug her like a precious treasure. Upon seeing it, Kahina's hands trembles uncontrollably. Kahina flips the picture and there was a note written at the back.

She crumpled the picture with so much rage and kept in on her tremble fist. Her complexion turns dark, eyes were bloodshot red and tears stream down her cheek. It wasn't the tears of sadness but her wrath she couldn't contain. No one in the entire world dares to provoke her to this extent. No one!
