"Put down your gun otherwise your man will be killed." The leader pointed at Mo Jinnan's head and shouted to let Michael see Mo Jinnan.

"Fuck!" Michael cursed as he did not expect that Si Li's men would catch the hold of Mo Jinnan so soon.

He signed at his men and they stopped firing at Si Li's men.

An eerie silence was engrossed. Si Li's men sighed a relief. They had informed his other team for help but it would take some time before they would come to help them. The gunshots had stopped but that happened only for a minute because it started again at Si Li's men.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"Bomb!"

A few bombs were exploded.

It was unexpected for Si Li's men. As they had put their guns and by the time they understood many men were killed.

By the time, Si Li's men understood. Many of them had died and only a few were alive who were firing back.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

Bullets came from Sun Choi's men were like rain.

The leader put Mo Jinnan in front of him to use him as his shield.

If Si Li hadn't given an order to not kill Song Tianxin, the leader would have killed Mo Jinnan and Song Tianxin by now.

"Bang!"

Unexpected to him, Sun Choi's men came from the backside of the building and fired up. A bullet hit straight at the leader's head.

In a moment, he fell down, dead.

Mo Jinnan fell down without support as he had lost a lot of blood but Sun Choi's men came to support him on time.

Michael was shocked at the sudden arrival of these men but knowing that they were Mo Jiang's men. He sighed at his men and they started firing again.

In a few more minutes, Si Li's all men were shot to death.

An eerie silence descended once more, and the smell of gun powder permeated the air.

"Are you already Master Mo?" Sun Choi came to ask.

The pain was two bullets killing him but he was still conscious. At least until Song Tianxin was saved.

"Hmm…" Mo Jinnan nodded and said, "What are you going here?" He asked, bȧrėd his teeth in pain.

"We are your brother's men. Of course, we would come to help you. I was wondering why did you come to us when Si Li kidnapped Miss. Song?" Sun Choi asked with a fainted smile. He had never given importance to Si Li despite the fact that Si Li had become King of European's underworld.

Mo Jinnan had never expected any help from Mo Jiang's men because they were against his idea of joining the Underworld like Mo Jiang. So it was always Si Li who helped him but never did he think that he had to stand against Si Li.

Recalling Si Li's men's words, Mo Jinnan could not help but feel that what happened was not good.

He was in deep thought until he heard, "Boss, we have cleared all the area and found Miss. Song. She has lost her consciousness." One of the men came to report Sun Choi.

Song Tianxin.

Recalling her condition, Mo Jinnan's heart ached. Again and Again, she suffered because of him. Mo Jinnan could not protect her well.

Perhaps, on second thought,  it was better that Si Li's men were killed. In this way, he would know that he should not go against Mo Jinnan.

"Let's get her to the hospital and also to Master Mo." Sun Choi said as he turned to look at Mo Jinnan.

Soon the men came to support Mo Jinnan and they left, leaving behind dead bodies.

Both Mo Jinnan and Song Tianxin were injured badly but Mo Jinnan could not rest until he saw Song Tianxin. Therefore the doctors had shifted them to a single room after getting their treatment done.

Seeing Song Tianxin safe and in deep sleep, Mo Jinnan finally put his guard down and closed his eyes to sleep. He did not let the doctors use anesthesia to him when they took out the bullets from his body. He preferred to be in pain rather than to sleep when Song Tianxin's condition was unknown.

Fortunately, the doctors said there were just some bruises in her body and nothing else to worry about.

Sun Choi arranged his men to stay on guard out of Mo Jinnan and Song Tianxin's room.

The night had turned quiet along with no danger fell on Mo Jinnan and Song Tianxin at least for now.

The next morning, Sun Choi came back along with Michael.

Now that Song Tianxin was rescued, they had to think about what to do about Liu Juan and her identical sister?

Michael hadn't revealed to Sun Choi what they had found in Bo Xia's villa yet but they might not hide anything from him. After all, Sun Choi helped them. Otherwise, who knew what Si Li's men would do to Song Tianxin.

Moreover, Sun Choi was Mo Jiang's, trustworthy man. So they could trust him.

Soon, they reached the room where Mo Jinnan and Song Tianxin were present. The men on guard nodded at Sun Choi as he entered into the room with Michael.

The doctor was already present and examining Mo Jinnan's condition. Sun Choi and Michael did not disturb them and wait.

"Mr. Sun, they are out of danger now but I still prefer, they should stay at the hospital until their condition stabilizes. Ms. Song will wake up anytime soon. I will come back then." The doctor informed Sun Choi and left.

"Since you and Ms. Song are alright now, I think you two should get discharged."

Mo Jinnan didn't say anything but Michael did. "Did you not hear what the doctor has said just now?"

"I did and that's why I suggest leaving this hospital to somewhere safe. After all, we have killed Si Li's men. Who do you really think he would let it go so easily?" Sun Choi said as his eyes darted from Michael to Mo Jinnan.

"His man said to me that Si Li had ordered him not to kill Tianxin." Mo Jinnan revealed what Si Li's man had said.

"And do you believe it?" Sun Choi sneered. "As far as I know he won't let anyone go who tried to harm his people. Besides, I don't need to remind you that there is no true friend in our business."

"What are you trying to say? Say in clear words." Mo Jinnan said. He knew that Sun Choi never liked Si Li but he never bad mouth against Si Li until now.

"Three years have passed and I wondering where is our boss?" Sun Choi replied, sowing a seed of doubt.

And he planted quite well. "You mean he has killed Mo Jiang?" Michael asked wide eyely. Sun Choi's words were not subtle to not understand.

"Not sure yet but we are Mo Jiang's men who still waiting for him to come back. However, now our patience is running thin and you can't blame us especially when Si Li has hurt Ms. Song like this." Sun Choi looked at Song Tianxin.

Although Mo Jinnan had budge in Si Li's house forcefully, he didn't harm Lu Lan in any way.

Song Tianxin's murmur came to hear. 

"Don't---Leave me….Jinnan...No! Help!!" Song Tianxin was murmuring but soon she screamed as if someone was hurting.

The sheen of sweat formed on her forehead and her body was shivering.

Mo Jinnan immediately walked towards her and embraced her in his arms.

"Shoo...Everything is alright...I am here...Everything is alright." Mo Jinnan whispered to give her comfort.

Her eyes flickered to open. She woke up from her nightmare joltily. Seeing Mo Jinnan in front of her, all her grievances came out in the form of tears. She whɨnėd as she moved closer in his embrace.

Michael and Sun Choi tactfully left.

Mo Jinnan's heart was crushed to see her in a miserable state "I am sorry…"

But his apology would not decrease the pain she had suffered which made him angry.

Nevertheless, he was not the only one who was angry.

By the time, Si Li reached the abandoned building, his other team members were already reached. They were carrying the dead bodies in the stretcher.

Seeing that Si Li was here. One of the men walked to him and reported. "Boss."

"What's the status?" Si Li asked coldly. Where he could see it was not good.

"All of our men were killed. Master Mo takes Miss. Song."

Si Li's face turned grim. No one had dared to go against his men let alone kill them especially in Country X but Mo Jinnan did.

"Where is he now?" He asked sternly.

"Sun Choi has hide them but we will find their location soon." The men replied. He had checked the CCTV footage and found Sun Cho. But it was not only he wanted to say.

Si Li sensed this. "What?" 

"There is another bed news, Boss."

Si Li's narrowed his eyes at him as he heard the man further. "Shu Han-You has shot at Missus in Lu Corporation and…" The man stuttered.

"And what?" Si Li's voice turned cold while veins popped on his temper.

"...the doctor couldn't save the child.." The man replied in low voice.
