Chapter 34 Part 1

Xu Jimo felt that if he didn’t stop her now, she would spiral out
of his control and do something worse than just forcing a kiss on him.

He picked up her drunk girlfriend and brought her to the birthday
party.  Li Cang quickly poured some water for her attentively.  “How
did young lady boss get so drunk?”

“I don’t know.”  He wanted to know, too.

Qianxi abruptly jumped up from the chair.  “I’m not drunk at all.  I’m
sober and wide awake.  Don’t listen to his nonsense.”  She held the
water glass and walked forward with buoyant footsteps.  “Where’s my
cake?”

Li Cang supported her with his hand as if serving the Empress Dowager
Cixi.  When they walked to the cake, they saw a group of people covered
in white cream all over their bodies making it impossible to tell who was who.

Wei Lai was more easily recognizable because of his height, so he had to
take the blame.  “Cheng Yang Ge said we can’t possibly eat such a huge
cake, but we don’t want to waste it.  So we……”

They tried to have a “snowball” fight.

Qianxi looked up at the five layered cake.  All layers were full of bumps and
holes.  It was certainly unfit to be consumed.

A group of “snowmen” stood there in a line, too afraid to make a sound: Oh,
no. They’re in big trouble now.  They had spoiled young lady boss’ cake of love……

They didn’t expect to see Qianxi laugh and turn around to wave at Xu Jimo.  
“Come over here.”

“Uhm?”

“Come over and watch.”  She stepped backward, one footstep, two footsteps,
then she said, “You guys don’t know how to play at all.  Regular cake’s for the
face, but for this type of cake you need to do this!”

Then she stretched open her arms and closed her eyes.  While making a ‘huh’
sound, she dropped herself like a bird onto the cake which was as tall as she.  
Her entire body was engulfed in cream and became a plush snowman.

Cheng Yang silently looked at Xu Jimo whose face looked sullen.  …...The style
of your girlfriend’s drunk behavior was quite unique……

Xu Jimo made sure that she wasn’t injured before lifting her up and carrying her
out. Cream covered her from hair to the bottom of her feet.  Luckily the hotel offered

Xu Jimo carried her into the bathroom.  He cleared the top of the bathroom
counter and put her on it.  He took off her cream covered suit jacket.  She was
dressed quite formally for her cousin baby’s first month banquet.  The skit suit
was now laced with cream, ruined.

His hand moved to the zipper, but then he hesitated.  …...nevermind.

Since he couldn’t continue with undressing her, finally he had a chance to look at
himself in the mirror.  His clothes was stained all over.  His neck and face were also
dotted with cream by her misbehaved hands.  His team members all knew that he
didn’t like to play these kind of games, so he had been spared from being covered
by any cream.  But now he looked even worse than those crazy guys downstairs after
carrying her up to the room.

He pulled the zipper of his jacket down and took it off.  Now he only had a black T-shirt on.

What to do next.  “You first or I?”

Afterwards, he understood why that line sounded sexually suggestive just as she
had said while they were in Seattle.

Besides, she had no problem with moving or reasoning while drunk, the only
problem was her moral standards……

Just as he had expected, Qianxi started to feel hot under the warm light in the
bathroom.  She attached herself to him and wouldn’t let go of her hands. She
looked up and said, “Let’s do it together.”

He finally ran out of patience and bent down to bite her earlobe.  “Do you need me
to help you sober up first?”

Ouch…...he was still biting.

Qianxi was in tears.  Her hands grabbed his t-shirt at his chest and twisted it into a
ball. His exposed belly could be seen in the mirror.  Xu Jimo captured her hands and
moved them away from him.  Before he could even smooth out his t-shirt, her hands,
like an agile snake, slid onto him again and looped around his waist.  Her smooth and
glossy hands were hot because of her state of drunkenness and she muttered
incomprehensible words.

…...He didn’t wake her, but he felt that if this lasted any longer and he’d lose what little
self-control he had left.

Xu Jimo picked her up and put her inside the bathtub with a serious face, then walked
out of the bathroom.

Qianxi’s hit her head as Xu Jimo roughly put her down, finally she was somewhat sober.  
She heard his voice outside the door, “Call me after you finish washing.”  Then there was
the sound of a door closing from far away.  He didn’t even stay inside the room.

Was he…...mad?  Why was he mad…...she didn’t do anything excessive.

Qianxi finished bathing in confusion.  She put on a bathrobe and went out to find him.  
The room was completely empty.  She didn’t even see her suit and purse.  How could
she call him now.

She sat on the bed for a while, but she still didn’t know why he was mad.

Was it because he had been taken advantage…...by her?  Why would he be angry
because of that!

No way, she couldn’t sit still anymore, she had to find him.  She quietly opened the
door ajar, seeing nobody in the hallway.  Very good…...she could go out like this.

There was a noise of the door being pushed open from behind her. The wind that
blew into the room made her shiver.

Xu Jimo walked in from the balcony and saw her sneaking around near the door.  
“What are you doing?”

So he was at the balcony…...she didn’t see him.  Qianxi was a little bit embarrassed
to tell him that she was going to look for him. But she couldn’t come up with a reasonable
excuse after fidgeting for a while.
