The Hourglass 41 Entering the Gravity Stairs 1

Michael, Aria, and Melinda who had been disguised with Aria's illusion and some make up went to Mount Everest and then there we saw a dark cavern entrance, even with the flash light the darkness couldn't be seen through as if the darkness swallowed the light

"What the fuck it's right in here and clearly there is a hole there even if normal human can't see it they should be able to fell don't they" Michael stretched both of his hand toward the cavern entrance.

"Well someone did try it as there is multiple entrance and stairs but when normal people is pushed toward the hole they can't enter they even looked like they climbed the air with their hand and foot but if we use your camera you should see what normal people see" Aria explained to Michael.

"Alright" Michael opened his bag and took a camera that he always carried just in case he saw something interesting and indeed when he looked trough the camera what he saw was only some rocks and dirt covered by snow.

After he switched between both of them repeatedly looking similar to the driver he 'pranked' Michael finally believed the truth.

"There was even once a rich cultivator tried to move one of the Gravity Stairs entrance but the moment he lifted the place where the entrance resided in it suddenly vanished and reappeared in the other place not far from there , there was even times when an expert tried to destroy it but only the rock got destroyed and the same thing happened" Aria further Explained.

"Really…" Michael asked to Aria.

"yes" but the one answered was Melinda.

"Alright then see you next time Aria, Melinda" Michael say his goodbye while hugging both Aria and Melinda separately and he kissed them too.

"Remember each steps represent the increase in gravity by 0.1 of the earth's" Aria said after kissing Michael.

"Remember to take me to a date sometimes okay" Melinda said after kissing Michael and pinching his cheek.

Just as they was about to step closer, a mound of earth and snow exploded near them and turned into a woman with a white coats like a doctor's.

The moment the mound exploded all of us went to the state of alert since it seem none of us felt that explosion nor this woman but the moment Melinda saw the woman she paled and unconsciously whispered.

"Dr. Anira" but all of heard it even the white coated woman.

"Hm… you know me and it seem the target indeed is going to the Gravity Stairs as the information says" the woman who seems to be Dr. Anira looked at Melinda for a moment before turning to me.

"Congratulation S-2002, er… no right Michael you have attracted my attention since you have killed two of my harvester, be proud" the woman declared with both her hands open toward the sky as if declaring something important.

"kill her, hurry up since it was just a clone! Hurry up!" Melinda transformed to the cheetah.

"Hm… is that you H-0330?" the woman observed Melinda who transformed to humanoid cheetah.

Felling the urgency in her words Michael used his Spiritual Tentacle while Aria used her illusion. In the instant Dr. Anira was subdued but Melinda seem to think it wasn't enough and reappeared before the entangled Dr. Anira and attacked her just like the time we first met.

Dr. Anira whose body was shredded suddenly laughed even without her throat moving, we still could hear her voice.

"Hahaha… this is interesting don't worry I will come to you soon." Soon the shredded Dr. Anira vanished into spots of light.

Melinda rushed back to us and turned back to human. "hurry up enter the Gravity Stairs she is coming soon."

"who?" both of Michael and Aria asked confused.

"Dr. Anira, didn't I tell you that when you 'interrogated' me before Michael" Melinda said as she was dragging both of us.

Michael then remember she was the one that ordered Melinda and her brother to kidnap him for experiment.

"is she that dangerous?" Michael asked.

"She is and if we are lucky she would lost her interest in us for some times when she did her other experiments" Melinda taking their bag.

"I remember she is that psycho isn't she!" Aria shouted.

"yeah, duh!" Melinda said.

"it seem we need to stay a little longer inside and why didn't you tell me about this Michael" Aria turned toward me.

"umm… I forgot" Michael looked away and scratched his head. "Anyway here some more food as you guys seem to be will be staying longer inside besides I don't need food remember" Michael tried to divert the conversation and gave the girls his bag which contain food that he want to eat for fun inside.

Aria starred at Michael with squinted eyes for a moment before taking the bag and dividing the content with Melinda.

"be safe" Michael was the first to jump inside and vanished to the darkness.

"heh, look at him escaping" Aria scoffed.

"yeah it's funny how he could be so overbearing sometimes and be so meek sometimes" Melinda smiled and they both walked at the same time toward the hole and vanished just like Michael.

Not long after three of them entered just around a dozen minutes , someone slammed down from the sky and made the snow ad dirt burst into everywhere but it was stopped just before the hole, from the inside of the crater that was still surrounded by some flying snow suddenly a circular pulse pushed the snow out and spread far.

The person inside the crater was revealed it was the supposed dead Dr, Anira. "well it seem they are quiet familiar with me as they didn't escape but rushed toward the Gravity Stairs where I couldn't reach them" Dr. Anira that was still wearing her white coat then suddenly chopped her hands off.

"then I will just leave a clone here" the arm then wiggled around before growing to another Dr. Anira in the span of 30 minutes both her hand and clones has grew but weirdly her clothes grew too.

Leaving her clone there the real Dr. Anira flew off leaving her clone there standing.
