She didn't realize it because she met Michael everyday that ever since that, the day when she interrupted his confession for her in that classroom, he has stopped coming to play to her house, of course her mother asked about it concerned with Michael while her father was glad that boy didn't come here anymore, imagine as a father and husband of the two beautiful woman and girl would he be content with having a young energic teenager male in his house when he is out to work moreover he is alone with his two treasures, but Jessica's father attention was diverted by Michael so whenever Jessica goes out to play he always blamed it to Michael, well it what have been going on for years so how could he think of something else.

Weeks passed, even thought Jessica is quiet happy with Mario accompanying her, loving her, pampering her, there is an hole in her heart she just can't fill it, it felt just like how she imagined it would be, it felt like someone operated heart surgery on her without anaesthesia.

Until one day her phone ringed with the familiar tone, the tone that she has been waiting for weeks finally come. Jessica felt she was even about to cry but she hold it back and looked at the rain outside her window before taking a deep breath and exhaling it.

Jessica then picked the phone up and said with her normal voice "hello, MF what's wrong?" while leaning against the locked window looking at the rain as if she want to have the sky to replace her place by crying in her stead.

"nothing, i just want to know if you are home or not i want to visit" Then Jessica heard his voice that sound normal but she know that there is some kind of sorrow hidden on it, perhaps he too can tell I am faking it?

Jessica then said genteelly while being a little more energic trying to hide her happiness from his call "oh don't worry i am home since it was raining also my mom was asking why didn't you visit after a long times, you used to visit us a few times in a week"

From the phone Jessica could heard some words or perhaps it was just his breath but she waited for a while but he didn't replied to her so she worriedly said "what's wrong?"

"nothing i was just about to visit you to talk about something face to face and if i don't do it i would felt like a bastard" Michael quickly answered as if he is wanting to end this conversation.

"kay, bye see you soon"

"bye"

Beep...Beep... the phone call has ended so Jessica tossed her phone aside and screamed in excitement with her pillow covering her face. Then Jessica smiled brightly while tossing around her bed, maybe because she thought that Michael would visit her later when the rain goes down she just laid there in happiness, If she were to know that he will be rushing here in the rain she would have waited him in front of the door with towel in the hand.

Jessica then stood up and hummed a song while trotting toward her wardrobe to choose a clothing as if she was going to be on a date.

While trying the to see which one is better in front of the mirror Jessica heard the front door opening then she carefully put her clothes back to her wardrobe since Michael won't be coming soon anyway and the only guy who would come here in this harsh rain would be the delivery man since there is a possibility that her things is the one being delivered of course she have to go down to check.

While putting back the clothes, she heard some of her mom's voice and a familiar voice… but she can't hear what they are talking about until she heard her mom's angry shout "you little rascal!!"

Hearing this Jessica hurriedly opened her bedroom door only to see Michael rushing into her bedroom with a bright smile on his face.

" i was teasing her, so i want to talk about something but beforehand could call Mario first" Michael said as soon as he entered the room then he inspected her room before stopping his gaze at a peculiar photo.

Jessica doubtfully called her boyfriend Mario and Michael waited with a smile on his face, just as the phone connected Michael snatched her phone and whispered something into the Mario quickly and just when Jessica reacted Michael already handed her phone back to her.

"Mario what did he talk with you?"

"Hmm… I think it would be more interesting if you heard it from Michael himself, cya"

"Wai-" Mario ended the phone call on her so she could only direct her anger toward Michael.

"slow down... i was just talking to him normally" Michael pushed his hand toward Jessica as if to shield himself from her anger.

"i know that but why do you have to snatch my phone" Jessica placed her hand on her waist, faking an anger.

Then Michael laid down on her bed "Jessica i am about to travel overseas next week and in the next week after i travelled i will be back and will you with Mario go on a double date with me and Aria."

Jessica was just about to get angry but she stopped "alright and i knew it you are dating her!" Jessica pointed at Michael while smiling happily since Michael finally found his true love.

Michael then stood up and walked toward Jessica "can i hug you, Jessica?" She was about to refuse as she thinks it was a prank since he did something similar before but seeing the face that Michael made right now she agreed.

"it's okay"

Michael wordlessly hugged Jessica, he hugged tight with his hand on her waist and placed his head on her shoulder, leaning slightly as he was taller than her.

"i like you Jessica" Michael softly said.

"i know" Jessica genteelly said as she hugged back, 'yes I know it for years already'.

"am i not good enough?" Michael ask as he begin to cry.

"you are good enough" Jessica said as she closed her eyes 'your devotion, your protection, your help there is so many good things about you but I can only think of you as a brother'.

Michael sobbed a little "then why, why do you choose him if i am good enough for you!." Michael shouted a little as he hugged Jessica tighter.

"because i don't want to lose my best friend" Jessica patted Michael's back as she answered even though she felt a little tightness in her breath 'my brother, my pillar of support, my friend' .

Michael sobbed while Jessica continued to conform him.

"beside you have Aria right now, don't you" Jessica still closing her eyes while patting his back 'yes perhaps you won't treat me as good as before but I am still glad this happen' .

Michael then let go of Jessica who had opened her eyes, Michael who had his eyes red and eyelids a little swollen smiled it was an ugly smile with tears on his face but in a second that smile changed to his normal one because the tears vanished, his eyes returned to normal and he spoke " I don't regret it, even if i could turn back time and changed the past i will still loved you and confessed to you"

Jessica was stunned because of the change of Michael's face and his word. "then this is my love's goodbye for you" Michael kissed Jessica on her lips for a second.

"don't worry it won't count since it wasn't a deep kiss" Michael winked at Jessica and ran out from her room before she noticed it, when she recovered she instinctively shouted since he did many pranks in the past"MI!!!...CHA!!!...EL!!!...LI!!!" a huge voice was heard from Jessica's house and thankfully her father was not home, he is working right now.
