"Alright. Let's go then." Sophie feebly answered and went to the basement where they parked their car. As soon as they got in, Hunter drove off.

Sophie was a bit strange today. Hunter could sense that since she was not a typical silent woman. or maybe she was just tired. she was looking outside the window but her gaze where obviously not on the lights outside. she was in daze.

The truth is, Sophie is exhausted, very exhausted, but not because of what happened tonight. She was simply tired of living a life like this. she wanted to have a normal life just like normal people and normal couples do. Hunter knew she was hurting inside but he couldn't do anything to ease that pain. The only way to cure that heartache is when he decides to leave his job. upsettingly, he started the engine and drove the woman to her house.

They arrived at her house after a few minutes. Then she goes off the car, but before dashing inside, she looked at Hunter and smiled. she was obviously hiding the agony.

When Sophie reached her room, she immediately fell on her knees and broke down. is it the pain? Or is it the tiredness? Whichever, she needs to release it.

Sherry had gotten off her car and was walking towards the basement elevator. She needs to be at the operating room before 11am for the scheduled surgery.
