"I think your kind and not capable of hurting my aunt." Then she softens up. "Uncle, just remember your promise to me, okay?" she reminded him.

"Sophie!" he stood up with a smile plastered on his face. However, Sophie glared at him then she went back to her room with heavy feet.

Sahaya suddenly laughed and it left Hunter embarrassed. And with a defeated face, he sat on the couch.

"Uncle Hunter, don't worry. I will help you." Sahaya went beside him and tapped his shoulder. Ah, this child surely knows how to mock an adult.

In the hospital, Silver was furious when he saw that no one was guarding Sherry's room. So as soon as he spotted the security guards dashing to their post, he gave them a blow.

"Where have you been? didn't I told you to guard the room thoroughly?!" he was mad.

"I'm sorry Sir. They kowtowed. We both had an upset stomach so we rushed to the comfort room." one of the men explained.

"What? And you want me to believe that? how about this, your both fired!" he yelled before opening the door wide. He entered and inspected the room. everything in the room is the same, except for the opened window. he raised his brow. He was sure that the window was closed when he left the room last night.

He was suspicious about it so he slowly walked towards the window. he was about to look outside but then he heard the door suddenly closed. He instantly turned around.

"You! don't you know how to knock?" Silver screeched at the doctor who just came in.

"I'm sorry, the door was widely opened so I entered without knocking." The doctor replied. "Are you going to close the window? I'm sorry, I opened it this morning since it'll be nice for the patient to feel some fresh air." The doctor explained when he saw Silver standing near the window.

"Y-you're the one who opened this?" he hesitated.

"Yes, I'm sorry about that." he smiled innocently before doing some checks on Sherry.

"I have scheduled her for the random test at three in the afternoon. Are you okay with that?" the doctor asked Silver.

"Sure. Not a problem." He replied.

The doctor looked at the window then averted his eyes on Silver. "Mr. Gray, please come with me so you can fill out some forms."

"Can I do it here instead?" Silver hesitated.

"I'm sorry but you have to personally go downstairs." The doctor apologized.

"Okay, I'll be there in a minute."

The doctor exited the room warily. Then after a minute, Silver came out. they trek the hallway together and as soon as the Doctor showed him the department, he went back to his office.

He thoughtfully sat down on his chair and leaned his head on it after taking off his glasses.

"Come out, I know you're in there." the doctor voiced. Then after a few seconds, a suspicious woman was now standing in front of him.

"Who are you and why did you help me?" Aisha queried. Then she heard a mocking laugh that echoed in the room.

"Miss Aisha, is that how you say thank you to the person who saved you twice?"

Her eyes widened. He even knew her name! just who is this guy? she was lost in her own thoughts.

"Miss Aisha, if you are that desperate to save your mother, then you should be more careful next time. plan your acts wisely and don't work alone." He stood up and took a document on the drawer.

"I think you should trust your father on matters like this because this is not just your usual battle as a member of a mafia organization. This is more than that. You should learn to confront Rio first before doing anything stupid like this again." He glared at her.

"You know my father?" she was stunned.

"I knew him better than you do." he smirked meaningfully. "And trust me, he is doing anything in his power to help you and your mother although it's hurting him that much."

"Hurting him? what do you mean?" she raised her brow. This man isn't a typical doctor. Just who is he? She thought.
