The Gods' Decree 173 Vermin Empress - Devil's Contrac

Far from the chaos and surrounded by a beautiful garden was a young sweet child with dimples on her cheeks. She could be no more than thirteen years old.

This garden was the envy of all within the village as it was attached to a mansion owned by one of the wealthiest villagers.

She was quite beautiful, any woman who stood beside her was like a flashlight being compared to the brightness of the sun.

It could be seen where her daughter got her looks from. On a daily occurrence, all the most eligible bachelors would court her incessantly. Even some that weren't so 'eligible'.

Such was the charm and grace this woman brought. Her curves and ample bust would make a blind man scream,

"Oh, my eyes!"

She was a widow and a single mother in need of a strong man. At least this was what her suiters hoped.

There would always be a smile on her face as she conversed with them. Some were so heartbroken when rejected, they just vanished in thin air not daring to show their faces.

Without a care in the world the young girl pranced through the garden. However, soon her eyes lit up as she saw a naive demon beast cat that had made its way into the enclosure.

It appeared wounded as slight cuts could be seen all over its body.

"Are you hurt little one?"

The girl asked as if concerned then stooped down. Seeing her the demon beast had a look in its eyes of sheer horror as it tried to limp away on three of its four legs. The other had its ligaments ripped and torn.

"Don't panic, i have some ointment just for such occasions."

She went into a tiny pouch taking out some ointment as she said. Still, the beast panicked not caring for the help she offered.

"Oh don't you be a baby."

The beast was then grabbed into her arm still shaken up and in pain. She, however, ignored it moans applying the ointment. After all wounds were covered she then placed it on its feet.

Rubbing her hands through its fur she asked, 

"That wasn't so bad, was it?"

Her smile blossomed as even more resplendence was added with her tiny dimples. Unsure of what was occurring the demon beast purred as it hesitantly walked off.

Still, it looked back at the girl while it limped somewhat indecisive.

"Go on, it's ok." 

she encouraged, gesturing with her hands for it to go on.

As it made its way into the distance a smile born out of satisfaction was seen on her face. The instant the smile graced her face the demon beast turned around in a panic before,

Boom!

It combusted as its entrails splattered on some sunflowers.

Looking at the blood of the cat starting to bubble she shook her head lamenting its actions,

"After three days of torture, you would think it might know better, yet so trusting. How boring my life has become these few decades."

Disappointing with not finding the thrill she sought the young girl then made her way into the famous mansion.

Within she saw three men kneeling on the ground before a beauty. A forth laid his head on her bosom as all that could be seen in his eyes was infatuation.

She truly was mouth-watering in a seductive tight fitted low cut dress. It served a great purpose in highlighting her curves and drew attention to her bosom,  just enough to keep a man's mind wondering for hours.

Slowly her hand rubbed through his head full of hair and with every stroke, his black hair became dull and grey. His youthful face also started to wrinkling as life force was stripped away from his being.

Noticing the entrance of the young girl she smiled still playing with the aging man's hair.

"...and how is my baby girl doing today?"

She welcomed as the once young man became a withered corpse without even the slightest moisture.

At that moment he could be thrown on a fire and there would be no difference between him and a burning log.

Hearing her words the young girl gave a stare that would send chills down anyone's spine. Yet the older looking woman still persisted with the smile.

A hand was raised by the child in the direction of the three kneeling men.

They weren't even aware of her presence as their eyes were unmoving from the beauty before them.

Suddenly they started to gag one after the other as blood spewed from their throats. Their organs were turned to goo before they too followed suit escaping through their jaws.

Within the air, they twisted until they were molded into a blood-red pill.

She then summoned the pill placing it on her tongue and sucking as though it was sweet while looking at the seated woman.

"Master you're in a bad mood today I see."

The woman wasn't startled by her actions as though it was the norm. Oddly she referred to the young girl as her master. The teen then dismissively inquired,

"My cultivation has nearly been stagnant for twenty years. Tell what is there to be cheerful about?"

Still, the woman persisted with a smile as her body was now visible free of the previous corpse. Her master continued by saying,

"Well, you care not one bit, right?

Our hiding has suited you perfectly as you use your art in the open, and when the slightest suspicion comes your way, poof, vanish from the spotlight." 

"Am I sensing some jealousy master? If you want to blame someone for your circumstance, you need only look in the mirror.

In your thirst for blood, you openly made us all targets. They say we devils now live like rats. If this is what vermins live like?

Then I'm the Vermin Empress all because of you."

This only made the devil child burst into laughter,

"Hehe, sometimes I feel I've groomed you too well, Mei. You don't even fear me as you use to. I guess that young girl I found by chance, has finally grown." 1

As the devilish teen spoke she then suddenly paused which was noticed by Mei. Curious as to the meaning behind this she questioned,

"What is it, master?"

Not responding the devilish teen summoned a black parchment before her with words written in blood.

"Reveal all to me!"

She order which prompted the parchment to burn in purple flames. Oddly a mouth could be seen forming within the black parchment.

As it floated in the air its size expanded threefolds. In a crispy voice, it started to speak, 

☆{The promisees to the contract have failed in honoring the terms set forth.

This by clause:

C.1. Death within the ten days stipulated period. Due to the exchange of funds previously between the two parties, Promisor and promisee.

It is stated if the terms are not fulfilled:

1. Promisee A. Marco Develo

2. Promisee B.  Benzalo Develo

Have now forfeited the rights to their souls. Therefore how will you proceed?}☆

The contract ended as it awaited the devil's words. There she stood in contemplation of what she heard.

This was not what she had hoped for. Truthfully the mission being a success was of more importance than the souls of two lords realms.

"Show me their last moments."

She once more ordered the contract.

POOOF!

The contract transformed into a projection showing a blue rose, it sprouted through Marco's mouth with frost while he looked at a young beauty with silver hair.

Then it went totally dark after which it skipped to another image. Now Benzalo looking down on a youth with dreads and a Warhammer in his hand. Before,

Wack!

Once more the screen went blank and the contract regained its previous form. Seeing the two's killers she was surprised. Similar to her, both took the appearance of teens.

"So things won't go accordingly, interesting."

She uttered as Mei made her way over. 

"That Dark Abylis Sect has seen through your scheme. What will you think of next? Should we forgo the plan of a war between the two sects to shake their foundation?"

To Mei's question, the devilish teen shook her head before responding, 

"There will be other methods available. For now, we cancel the attacks on the other targets."

After addressing Mei she then once more spoke to the contract,

"These two I am curious about. What are their identities?"

It is quite rare that she sees a person similar to herself which preferred smaller bodies, so this had piqued her curiosity.

She looked hatefully at the contract however it was uncaring of her gaze as it hovered in the air within a purple aura.

"Fine give me my fucking souls and be gone!"

The devilish teen became upset at the contract words which prompted an outburst.

Besides both Marco and Benzalo, a purple mist engulf their lifeless corpse. This startled witnesses who saw the sudden mist appear out of nowhere.

Soon the mist formed into two purple hands with sharp claws...

PUFF!

It pierced both bodies yet oddly there was no blood only screams. When all saw where the screams came from it send shivers down their spines.

They were intangible beings with no limbs yet they resembled both Benzalo and Marco. The screams came from Marco,

"Please no I beg of you! I'll do anything you desire. I'll be your slave, I'll be your dog. Please!"

While Benzalo berated its actions saying,

"Such immorality, to defile a person's corpse ridding them of their souls. This a lude vicious act, still I will forgive you."

Then in another tone, he uttered,

"This is my punishment for dishonoring you mother."

Again he switched into another persona,

"Guess it all comes down to, It's just business."

POOF!

Their souls were no more simply vanishing in this air along with the purple mist.
