As Lucas took on two E rank goblin riders, Parth was struggling against one E rank goblin.

Although with his speed, he was able to defend and dodge the attacks still daggers were unsuitable to defend the attacks of heavy weapons like the club used by the goblin.

Parth tried to parry the attack and found an opening, using his shadow ability, he disappeared and stabbed the goblins jumping on its back as he used his shadow ability to appear behind it.

He tried to dig his dagger as deep as possible into the goblin's thick skin but his dagger was only an E rank weapon so it wasn't able to penetrate deeper into its tough skin.

"Tch."Clicking his tongue, Parth jumped from the goblin back and didn't forget to give a kick to it before leaving.

The goblin bent down by the force of the kick and swung his club backwards only to find his enemy had already left.

Balancing itself, the goblin roared and rotated his body to where students were standing holding the weapons nervously.

As they looke at the goblin's greenish-yellow eyes, they shuddered in fear and took a step back.

Before the goblin could take a step forward, its head burst into like a watermelon by Rose's arrow whose power was furthered enhanced by her wind abilities.

Lucas saw that the battle ended on the other side decided to end the battle on his side and give Fredrick a helping hand as he noticed Fredrick struggling against the number of enemies.

Knowing Fredrick he was sure that he will able to defeat them along with a few injuries. If it was any other situation, he wouldn't have minded him helping but this incident was entirely different from the original plot, so he didn't want to take risks here and help others wherever he can.

Shaking he cleared his mind and used shadow steps to appear beside the goblin whom he had slammed with the wolf and with a fast simple swing, he cut his head.

Turning his attention at the other ones who were already coming towards him, Lucas charged at him like a bull with a cold fierce gaze that even made the goblin shuddered in fear.

He swings his club vertically aiming directly for Lucas's head which Lucas dodged by stepping to the side but the goblin as if already predicated Lucas's movements, changed the trajectory in the mid-air changing the vertical swing to horizontal.

Lucas's pupil contracted as he moved his sword forward to defend.

Tangggg.

A heavy sound resounded in the air and Lucas pushed back a few steps. His hands were numb from the collision.

" Damn."Lucas cursed as he looked at the goblin before him. Although the goblin speed is slower and is in F rank, its strength is at the peak of E rank.

'The goblin before him is an anomaly,' Lucas thought.

Goblins are generally faster in the agility aspect and thier strength is less compared to thier ranks.

But the goblin before him has a stat of a troll or an orc.

Lucas had previously had a theory of orc being an evolved version of troll and troll is evolved from goblin just like humans evolved from apes.

Although he was not quite sure but seeing the goblin with superior strength, he thought somehow his conclusion made sense.

"Since you are slower, it's useless to take you head-on," Lucas muttered.

Activating his flash steps accompanied by his boots, Lucas's agility was now comparable to the peak of 3-Star.

Lucas dashed ahead and slipped between the two legs of the goblin and rotated his body and then jumped on the goblin's back stomping the ground and slashing his sword.

The goblin rotated his upper body, trying to swing his club to defend itself but Lucas's sword was much faster and before it can turn around, Lucas's sword gave a deep cut on his back.

Blood spurted out from the cut and fell on Lucas's face and the goblin jumped back to gain some distance.

Lucas's not wanting to miss the chance, clutching tightly the handle of the sword threw it towards the goblin.

Like a swift fast arrow, the sword flew towards the goblin-like missile and pierced its gut, the goblin wasn't able to evade the swift throw of the sword.

It staggered on his steps and coughed a few mouthfuls of blood.

Taking out the B ranked daggers from his ring, the ones Lucas had recently got from Bentley, Lucas's figure blurred and he appeared right behind the goblin, the goblin was stunned with his eye wide open before it fell with a huge thud, it was already hanging on the last thread of his life and was seriously injured by Lucas before, his reaction speed had become much slower and he wasn't able to notice Lucas's precise and swift execution.

After killing it, Lucas frowned as he glanced at Fredrick. While Fredrick was engaging with the two monsters, his spear dug deep in one of the goblin's clubs and as he retracted it, it gave the other goblin an opening to attack as it threw its club at Fredrick.

Without wasting time, Lucas leapt forward casting his ice spike.

A huge spike of ice materialised in the mid-air. Lucas concluded that it was better to use his telekinesis ability to throw the ice instead of using his skill as after many experiments he found that if he threw his ice spike using his skill most of them didn't land on the target.

Lucas's surroundings chilled on the materialization of the huge ice spike and using his telekinesis, he propelled the ice spear with the utmost speed he can muster.

While Lucas threw the spike.

Fredrick freed his spear, shifting his right leg forward imbuing thunder energy gave a sharp stab and crushed the club into pieces. His thrust didn't stop there and with the remaining energy carried by his spear, the spear went directly into the goblin chest emerging out of his body.

Fredrick kicked the goblin sending it flying in the air and waved his spear, the blood flowing on the tip of the spear flew from it on his swing.

As Fredrick glanced at the other goblin, his senses felt imminent danger but before he turn back he heard a loud boom of two things colliding.

He turned back rolling his eye at the back while keeping an eye on the goblin in case it sneak attacked.

He felt the coldness in the atmosphere near him with dust covering his sight and his gaze fell on the goblin with a stunned expression who was without his club and at a distance, Lucas was standing with a stance as if he cast a spell.

Seeing Lucas's face covered in blood with his golden eyes glowing behind the blood-covered face along with an indifferent cold expression, he understood what happened.

Lucas signalled Fredrick to finish quickly so that they can quickly get out of this place.

Fredrick nodded and his expression changed. His spear started to emit a crackling sound as lighting started to engulf.

The goblin started to feel fear of being the prey while the predator looked at him with eyes filled with coldness.

Without wasting any time, Fredrick leapt in the air and thrust his spear forward and following his spear and wave of lighting surged towards the goblin and fried its entire body.

It was an instant skill.

Seeing all his comrades being dead. The remaining one without any weapon started to flee turning his back but that was the worst possible mistake one made on a battlefield.

As soon as he turned his back. A spear tearing the air covered with lighting with a speed of sound directly pierced it from the back.

Boooom.

A huge shock wave reverberated and a small crater of 4 meters deep was formed where the spear struck the goblin.

Lucas subconsciously took a few steps back seeing Fredrick's monstrous attack.

"Tsk." Lucas clicked his tongue seeing the full force of Fredrick's attack.

"Monsters will always be monsters no matter the situation," Lucas muttered. He was quite excited seeing Fredrick attack.

Fredrick's special move inspired him to make a special move of his own.

Although Lucas can now take on and kill 3-Star warrior or E rank monster, he couldn't kill them in one move.

He has a way to go in that aspect.

Lucas had a hunch that this dangerous situation may push Fredrick further forward on the path of monsters.

Fredrick walked towards the crater and pulled out the spear and went near the Lucas and both of them walked towards the group of students.

While Lucas and Fredrick were fighting the E ranked goblins, more students tried to escape getting the chance as the monsters were engaged by Lucas Fredrick and Lucas.

From the initial 100 students now only 63 were left. Lucas glanced at the remaining ones and sighed.

It was better to stay together to fight which will increase the chances of survival. Escaping by oneself in this vast wilderness is like inviting trouble.

As Lucas wiped his face.

The remaining ones looked at Lucas with a tinge of respect and admiration. Many have been jealous of Lucas being taken by the princess and insulted him and talked him on his back thinking he was not worthy of staying in the academy but seeing him in action had certainly changed thier view.

They didn't think much of Fredrick as they already know, he has a monstrous talent but a commoner standing on his feet while fighting head-on with the monster while even the nobles were trembling to take a step forward in the presence of the monsters.

Even the remaining nobles children here who hated Lucas now looked at him in reverence.

Darnell who had previously called Lucas a dog looked at him in a complicated gaze.

Fredrick took out the map and looked for a safe location to recuperate.
