As Lucas spoke about the things to his heart content and about the thoughts that have been buried deep inside the heart, the entire atmosphere turned silent except the ripples created by the smooth breeze carrying the alluring fragrance of the flowers.

The ladies accompanying the princess frowned seeing the boy who was slightly nervous at the beginning speaking fearlessly with a serious expression about the life of death seriously as if he had already encountered death.

Julian frowned hearing Lucas's words. Se had just asked the question casually to get to the main topic but she hadn't imagined for a moment that Lucas's answer and views would be so heavy.

'Only by fighting with life on the line, one can overcome their limits.'The words were struck directly in one heart.

The moment Lucas started speaking, she looked at him straight in his eyes to catch any falsity in his speech. But contrary to her expectations, Lucas spoke resolutely looking straight into her eye with a cold expression, an entirely different look from the one he was giving now.

His eyes seemed to fill with a certain fear of the unknown along with a strong will and determination to crush down every obstacle that will come across his path.

While the princess and her escorts were lost in thought on hearing Lucas's speech, on the other side Lucas frowned after spouting everything, he spoke everything, he could to make the princess believe in him but he couldn't understand what went wrong as they were all staring at him with a shocked expression.

After talking for some time, she asked Lucas to take the tea which would be cold if left.

Lucas heaved a sigh of relief as she stopped questioning him and took a break.

The fragrance from the tea was already making him salivate but he was unable to take a sip without the princess's permission. Lucas gracefully drank the tea. The tea was so nice and favourable that it felt like it was made by the God of tea.

"Lucas, Is the tea to your liking?" Julian asked raising her brows.

"Yes it was quite wonderful and flavourful," Lucas was about to take a sip when he heard Julian's graceful voice again.

"Good, after all just 1 pound of the tea powder cost a million."

Lucas choke while taking a sip and forcefully calmed himself from spewing the tea.

After gulping it, he was stunned with his jaw wide open. A pound of tea powder costs a million. He was still unable to process the information he got.

If he or anyone would have heard about the price in his previous they would surely die of heart attack or may think the person is buffing.

Lucas looked at the tea in the cup not knowing whether to drink it further or stop drinking.

Julian giggled seeing Lucas's conflicted look and gestured her hand for the ladies to leave them alone.

The ladies bowed down and left leaving Lucas and Julian alone.

As soon as they left, Julian's eyes turned cold once again and she stared at Lucas and spoke"Lucas Brightt. The first year, 2-Star with Bronze bloodline. You have foiled demon plans, helped in destroying thier artificial dungeon prevented a massacre that was about to happen by the Villain Society. Freeing slaves that have been traded illegal and who knows many more deeds to come?"

Giving a brief account of Lucas's deeds she looked at him with sharp eyes that can make a hole in Lucas's body she asked: "Can explain did you got yourself involved in this or how did you come to know all this."

Lucas started to sweat hearing her question.

'Here comes the main topic.' Lucas muttered inwardly.

Although Lucas frowned listening to her brief account, he had already seen this question coming and had already racked his brain all the nights still he couldn't come up with a suitable answer.

"Will you believe me, if I say all this is just a coincidence?" Lucas spoke giving gentle to hide his uneasiness.

"No. Do you take me as a kid?" Julian spoke with a stern tone.

I found a suspicious man walking on the streets and I followed him and mistakenly entered the dungeon. Even till now, I get chills thinking about this incident. I even dont know where I got the courage to follow the man and also I think I have odd luck of getting into trouble." Lucas tried to maintain a serious expression as he kept on spouting bullshit and looked at Julian while he spoke.

Fortunately, there was no change in Julian's expression on listening to his bullshit so he thought he succeeded in convincing her with his reasons.

'I think, I have gotten good in spouting bullshit. Staying with the Parth may have upgraded the spouting bullshit skill.'Lucas laughed bitterly inwardly.

Although Julian listened to Lucas without any change in expression, she already realised that Lucas is going in a roundabout way to cover up his reason for the deeds.

She sighed and spoke"You don't have to speak more. I understand. You are one of the rare odd fellows the Academy will ever have."

Lucas frowned unable to comprehend her meaning.

"Though you have your reasons to act and you have already done many good deeds, I am still suspicious of your behaviour."

"Don't get me wrong. I am the princess of the kingdom and President of the Student Council so I am partly responsible for maintaining order and stability and I don't want a snake lurking under my turf who will bear its fang on getting a suitable chance." Julian spoke calmly.

Lucas swallowed his saliva on hearing her reason. Though she is correct in her position that doesn't mean he will speak all the things he knew. Without giving away his real identity, it was somewhat difficult to explain all these. After all, he was not an intelligent strategist or man with high I.Q that can cover the situation with his words.

"So, I have a proposal for you."

Juliana looked at my eyes and spoke"You will be my butler."

The word rang like thunder in my ears. My jaw dropped wide open on hearing her proposal.

'What the hell! Is it a typical action type story changing into the heroine's attendant? Is the world joking with me and changing the story making me her butler. If this information is leaked to outside, a poster demanding for my head would be posted. Just what kind of shit did I step into?'Lucas was sweating hard.

"Your royal highness, if this is a joke. Then please don't joke like that." Lucas spoke mustering his courage.

Julian stared at Lucas coldly and spoke"Do you think I have time to joke with you?"

"If you become my butler, I will be able to keep an eye on you and will properly able to judge you." Julian exhibited.

"Your highness are you not afraid that this snake will bite you with his venomous fang one day," Lucas spoke with a solemn expression.

"If a situation like that arises in the future.." Julian closed her yes and opened emitting a faint killing intent enough for Lucas to shudder.

"I will wipe out your entire existence from this world."

Lucas tensed and took a deep breath.

'Threatening someone directly on one's face. She surely got a temper befitting of a Princess.'Lucas thought.

Lucas sighed and finally waved the white flag and agreed to her request.

"Don't worry you won't be the losing end. Since you will be my butler, to make up for your loss of time. I will train you personally and let me remind you my master can be said to be one of the strongest people in the kingdom. Do you understand my words?"

I nodded.

'Understand... Haa! I know better than nay one after all your master is none other than the principal of Horizon..'Lucas muttered.
