Anytime our team encounter a stronger monster they will put it off even before I got ready to fight.

Still, they made sure I was able to lay my hands on some of them as it is not always about the level of a warrior but it is s also about skills and battle experiences. The more I fight the more skilled I will become in the future and the more I can get used to my surroundings which can help me to reverse the situation.

If I can carry on like this and can cope with the challenges, I can proudly say that among the first years I will have an advantage over them in case of real experience as I will be able to know the weak spot of the monster.

The protagonist is always able to defeat his enemy stronger than him because of his skills and the right strategy.

Alas, I still don't think it is enough to match our Frederick boy now but in future, I surely can. After all, the protagonist always manages to fill the gap without anyone knowing.

In mid of the battle, I was so exhausted that I finally purchased high-grade stamina and low strength potion.

The number of monkeys in this dungeon was quite high.

We just got off them then another bunch came to get killed.

After refilling myself I sliced the exhausted monkey easily.

Slash.

I cut the tails off that were distracting me.

Slash...Swish.

Taking out water from the ring to drink, I put the corpse of the monster I had killed. I wanted to look for any possibility of monster core but I have no strength.

" The night was approaching. We should camp now"

Cleaning around we looked for a place to camp.

As we arrived near an area full of trees I asked.

"Captain why don't we camp here," I asked Aaron. After all, we are wasting too much time looking for a suitable place.

"No, Lucas we can't hurry in this regard".

" A camp should always be put up in the safe place having a good strategic position which can be used to our advantage".

"We can't hurry in this matter. If we have the slightest doubt in our hearts about the location it's better to find new ones. If you can't then what other choices do we have then to put it in the best of the location you can found". Aaron said with a stern expression.

After listening to a long speech I still couldn't understand why Aaron was overly cautious.

Morgana noticing my thoughts placing her hands on my shoulder whispered in my ears.

" Lucas once captain was careless like other teenagers. Due to their foolish decision of being muddle-headed captain had lost two of their teammates".

"From that day Captain inspect everything before taking any decisions"

"Sorry. I understand now"Sorrow of losing teammates can change one's character.

As we walked we noticed the trees were becoming fewer and we came across an open field with a small lake in it.

In front of us was water which was crystal clear like jade with no impurities that reflected the rays of moonlight along with green vegetation which surrounded the small lake.

Everybody's eyes sparkled looking at the scene except for Aaron. It looked like a picnic spot.

He scanned for any traces of monsters nearby.

" Can we camp here Captain. Please".

Snapping out of thoughts was the sound of Esper begging like a child with teary eyes to camp here.

"Esper behaves yourselves," Aaron said with a stern voice.

Aaron may seem playful but he is the most serious person in the group while taking any decisions.

"Okay take a rest here. I will survey the surroundings and clear out the monster if they are nearby".Aaron taking his axe was about to leave.

" Captain let me accompany you".Aaron looked at me in doubt.

"It will be dangerous".Morgana tried to persuade me to stay here.

"I don't think so with captain around it will be just like a small walk". Lucas replied raising his chin to show his confidence in him.

Aaron was stunned seeing the confidence in Lucas's eyes.

" Hmmm. Okay"

"You two go ahead. We will take look here before you come".said Morgana.

As we walked Aaron stood on the spot closing his eyes to feel something.

" What are you doing".

"I am using my senses to feel any mana signatures".

" So that's what you used to find monster from long range," Lucas asked curiously.

"Yes. You can also do when we reach a higher realm".

Aaron threw the axe without looking at the target and it pierced the bear at the distance.

" Awwooook.growl"It cried before dying.

" Whoaaa" I was surprised by his skills.

"It's not easy as it looks. You must have good mana control".

" At higher stages, you can use mana to turn even a dull blade as sharp enough to cut B rank monster cleanly".I nodded thinking this must be what Fredrick use as he covered his spear in mana but his control is still in primary stages.

"Captain can you please teach me" I begged him to guide me. After all, it would not hurt to have more people to teach.

After clearing the surrounding areas we returned to the lake to meet others.

Under a big tree, we took out tents lighting a fire in the middle. We took out ready-made meals. Aaron took out drinks. I refused to drink.

While everyone was busy I went near Morgana.

"Sister Morgana thank you for helping me".I was struck between calling Morgana sister or auntie but went with her sister.

Morgana felt warm hearing someone calling her sister.

" Who are you calling sister her age seems around your aunt".Aaron joined in between.

"Neglect him due to being musclehead he is still single. Who will be willing to marry a muscle head like him".

" Whereas you seem to be quite handsome and understanding, if you try you can catch few girls easily".

I laughed bitterly unable to answer.

"Hey who are you calling muscle head? I was called king romance when I was in the academy" Saying this he raised his chin trying to show off.

"Hahahahaha".

Agnus unable to hold in laughed holding his stomach.

" Captain surely likes to brag".

"Don't listen to the old man he has a trauma of not being able to catch a fish".

Morgana pinching my cheek lightly said," On the other hand you have quite a promising future. Bravery along with a good mind. You will surely catch a big fish".

May your wish come true. I was secretly praying in my heart.

"Hush many boys have proposed me but you see your sis like brave men, not a coward who hid behind playing games especially nobles, those disgusting bastard".

Lucas frowned listening to her. She must have been dumped by someone belonging to noble. Her eyes were screaming to commit murder.

"Morgana is right you should stay away from the captain or you may become muscle head like him".Esper was trying his best to retain a serious face but he couldn't.

Looking at each other we laughed to our heart content.. The atmosphere was quite harmonious and the mental stress we accumulated seemed to wear off.
