Frederick rubbed his thought about the possible reasons behind the attack.

It must be Charles who wanted to achieve the top position that he has lost recently.

If everything was going according to plans he must be aiming for the boss monster.

"So, we are going to take his kill."Parth was thinking about the view of the faces of Charles factions on being discovered how their plans have failed.

He was quite enjoying the situation.

He doesn't fear Charles or his background. His grandpa is one of the important members of the king squad.

If he wanted he would have become friends with Frederick before but due to the situation revolving around him, he decided to take it slow as he was afraid of being misunderstood as a spy by Fredeick.

After recovering some of her mana, Rose was ready to assist Frederick. She has not fully recovered but she has enough to back him up.

"Charles must be fighting the boss monster. We will wait for both of them to be exhausted and will steal the kill." Frederick explained his plan with a grin on his face.

"There is a flaw in your plan. Where will we find the boss monster and how are you sure Charles will fight the boss monster."Parth asked with a surprise on his face.

"I knew the location of the boss monster."

A boy with a golden eye walked out of the bushes.

Both Rose and Parth stood on guard taking out their weapons.

" Relax he is a part of our team," Fredrick explained. He had already sensed someone closing near them

"When did I join your team," Lucas asked in surprise.

" Are you sure we can trust him and as far as I know he is at the last in ranks?"Parth was finding this situation hard to believe.

"Don't worry he is trustworthy. Maybe."Fredrick spoke.

I glared as Frederick responded.

'What maybe if not for me speeding up your recovery you would still be trapped.'

'Leave it extra always will be treated as an extra.' Lucas thought.

" He is the middle of the forest and must be preparing for the battle with his lackeys," Fredrick muttered

''I will only stay in the side. With my meagre strength, I will be blown just by the monster's roar.''Lucas spoke.

" Okay."

"Let's depart," Frederick commanded.

Nearing the centre of the forest they could hear the sound of fighting going around.

They saw Charles was taking on the beast while three 2 Star around him providing support.

" Fight properly idiot. Have you ever held a sword in your hand?"Charles roared.

Charles was frustrated by his useless underlying. Even if they have reached 2 Star they were fighting as this is their first time.

"Observe from behind the tree. Once it's weakened I will give the finishing blow. If anything bad happens you all be prepared to support ".Fredrick explained his plains.

The fight was raging on. The monster was a 3 Star. Charles was having difficulty putting it down.

Soon both sides seem to be exhausted.

Seizing the opening, Frederick jumped from the tree and using all his power he threw the spear aiming for the head of the beast.

Boom.

The spear directly went into its head and the beast died without it even knowing who killed him.

Seeing the scene that unfolded before him Charles's eyes popped out of his socket.

Even after planning meticulously for so much, he failed. His eye became blood-red seeing Frederick appear from the Forest.

Ting... Ting...

A sound rang indicating the end of the dungeon trial.

" Please wait for your position. The second-year will help you to leave. "

I heaved a sigh of relief.

It was finally over, it may not look like but still, I was under extreme pressure.

I have to think thousand times for every move I make.

I don't like so much planning. One day I will have an absolute presence like the king or an emperor and crush my opponent with sheer strength.

Exiting the dungeon, I looked at the leader board.

2nd Rose Seyfried

3 rd Charles Warren

With my three kills, I was in the top 30s. Even some of the 2-Star have zero kills.

While most of them stayed at two kills. If you have the same kills, the one killed faster will get a higher rank.

My position is neither good nor bad. I wanted to stay in the top ten but my situation doesn't permit it.

If I am somehow able to reach 3- Star middle stage by the end of the year, I may be able to enter the top 100 in the second year.

For that to happen, I need to upgrade my bloodline, the moment I stepped into 2 Star with bronze bloodline I will be stuck there for years.

I need to hunt and earn experience.

Fortunately, luck was in my favour. This weekend, I will be able to join skies and will be going to the dungeon.

I will be able to meet them on Friday and if everything was okay, I will be in the dungeon with them by Saturday.

Maybe Frederick has explained my situation.

"Before I was not able to introduce myself properly."

"I am one and only Parth Simmons."

This guy sure likes to talk a lot.

" You can call me Lucas Bright and can we continue inside."

"Yeah yeah come why are waiting."

Parth was treating this place as if it was his own house.

Frederick greeted and sat on the sofa. We two took our place beside it.

"So I will get straight to the point. I want both of you in my team."

" Wow which team like that in the movie," Parth carried on his usual chatter.

All protagonists sure have confidence in taking people under their wings. You pick any random novel with an action genre. The way protagonists recruit people will always be the same.

You always find one thing in common. One may be strongest of the current arc in a part of the novel but once he comes under the protagonist though he becomes stronger as the story moves as the protagonist takes more people under him he will be cast to the side.

Whether I accept or not I don't know if I will be able to surpass Frederick one day but still no.

I don't want to stay under trouble bringer.

Parth was considering seriously the proposal.

"Will you pay me money if I work under you?"

Frederick was astonished at his thinking. So he looked like offering jobs in the office.

" Hahaha, I was just joking."

Seeing no one was laughing at his joke he stopped"Okay from today we will be partners."

"Sorry I will decline your offer for now I can't be in your team."

"The only thing I can do if anything unexpected situation occurs will back you up."

No, I understand you helped me in giving me the details of the second year who attacked me.

I have informed the teacher about them. I also made sure to keep your name secret.

On the next day, the teachers of the first year took thier place along with the discipline council to give the verdict on the second-year student.

On Frederick's claims, a thorough investigation was made with the location tracker they were able to deduce the second year's wrongdoing.

A boy t who was given the task to call the culprit entered the room with an anxious expression.

"There has been a trouble"."

" When went to bring him. We.. we found him dead."He shuttered.

"He had committed suicide."

Many shook their head with sympathy where many were unfazed not because they had no kindness because this was common.

An old man sitting at the corner of the committee closing his caressed his beard wondering about the situation.

Every year there will be students like that. The truth is they are also victims of someone's plot. Their greed has taken better of them.

Many can know who is behind but without any evidence, they cannot take any action. As if they can fight with the noble house without concrete proof, it will threaten the stability of the entire kingdom.

Does that mean academies turn blind eyes to these people? Certainly not?.

If a student can overcome his greed and ask the teacher for assistance then even if the other party is a prince or even a king no one can harm him unreasonably cause the principal is one of the oldest monsters who is respected by the entire human kingdom.
