The Extra's Survival Chapter 134

The King looked at the collapsing tower which was about to plunge.

Underneath the tower many citizens were present and the fall of the watchtower would cost so many poor lives.

Even, though he had already hardened his heart for the event still he can't let thousands of his people die like this.

"Whaaaa!"

"Save us!!"

"God, have mercy."

The people screamed in horror seeing the huge tower about to descend on them.

The barrier covering the crowd started to shake as the knights who were maintaining the barrier collapsed and faltered as the ground cracked near the tower.

'I can't let the tower floor,' The king thought and with his, his figure shot like a beam of light toward the watchtower.

He raised his hand, pointing it towards the tower he shouted.

"Freeze!"

With the wave of his hand, a huge chilling pressure erupted and mana from the surroundings condensed around the tower.

A small blizzard of ice blew over the area that making it look as if snowfall was about to happen.

The tower started to freeze starting from the down and in just a matter of seconds, the entire tower froze and stood in a tilted position.

The entire ground surrounding the tower was also frozen serving as a foothold to prevent the tower from falling, and snowfall started to occur.

While the King was busy taking care of the tower.

One of the 9-Star warriors broke free from the assault of the two dukes and dashed towards the crowd.

The Dukes tried to follow his suit and stop him from going near the crowd but they met with its obstruction as the other two remaining 9-Star warriors from the Villain Society attacked them.

The King frowned and was about to dash towards that 9-Star but a huge black sphere dropped on him out of nowhere.

While Duke's attention was diverted for a moment as one of the 9-Star broke free, another 9-Star seized the opportunity and summoned a small black ball and threw it, at the King.

The King frowned as the huge black ball enveloped him and he found himself in an area of nothingness and darkness covered around. He punched with his full might but his punch rebounded back at him.

"This is troublesome, it gonna take some time." He muttered.

On the outside, the 9-Star who broke free shot towards the Plaza of Glory like a beam of light and just a simple punch from him was enough to break the barrier.

BANG!

The barrier formed by the knights which protected the people from the blast and explosion that took place previously shattered like glass and collapsed in front of the might of 9-Star.

The Knights mages who were keeping the formation suffered the backlash and fell onto their knees spurting blood.

The simple attack, made by the 9-Star was packed with so much destructive power that they felt as if a huge mountain descended upon them.

Fredrick looked at the watchtower and spoke with confusion"Aren't there strong imperial knights? So why is the Highness engaging by himself and fighting with Villain Society rather than leaving it to the Imperial Knights."

Ariana patted Fredrick's shoulder and spoke"The King might have a plan. I am not sure but I guess that he is trying to lure the moles who are still hiding and waiting for an opportunity to strike."

Every other noble had already stopped moving. They were able to figure out the King's intention but still, the risk was too large for them.

Unlike strong noble families which have their Knight squad, most of the nobles don't have their squad of knights as most of them mainly focus on business so in this chaotic situation, they were under a huge threat.

Just when they were wondering about all this, they heard a loud bang and the barrier protecting them broke and a figure covered in a cloak appeared on top of them.

He looked around and spoke"What an unfortunate event, No nobles had died till now whereas many commoners have already gone to hell. Isn't this blatant injustice, I should also send some of you to nether land and balance the scale."

"I will uphold the justice." He spoke and laughed madly.

His screeching voice echoed which sent a shiver down the spine of the nobles.

"Let the failure be bygone."The man spoke.

The first Prince roared with bloodshot eyes and shouted" What the hell are you doing? Do you think you will be fine after attempting to commit such a heinous deed?"

The First Prince spoke in anger as he realized that this is not just a terrorist attack that was just planned to create chaos.

The fact that they were aiming at the noble and Royal family lives by detonating so many bombs was an act of declaring war agonist the Cyprus Kingdom.

The Second Prince's face stiffened, he was worried that there was something else as well.

Ellen pulled the First Prince's shoulder and spoke"Brother calm down and don't let your anger consume you."

"Ellen step back and take Julian with you and leave immediately." The First Prince shouted.

"Brother, Calm down."

The First Prince shudders as he heard Julian's cold and chilling tone.

The 9-Star man, from the villain, shouted without caring about the fav that many imperial knights were present and might possess some danger to him.

Moreover, hearing the First Prince's words, he chuckled.

He raised his finger and a three-beam shot forth and among the people who were standing beside some nobles, were pulled out by an unknown force and appeared next to him.

The people who appeared were wearing black robes.

The expression of nobles stiffened as they saw the people standing near them appearing near the 9-Star man.

Julian frowned and thought that these people might be carrying a bomb.

They might belong to the suicide squad and are most likely to be secret members of the Villain Society who will lay their life on the line to archive their deeds.

These were the people whose lives didn't matter and were just cannon fodder who were alive to serve their true purpose.

Lucas had warned Julian about them and under strict measures, they were able to eliminate twelve of these people.

Out of twelve most of them had committed suicide so they weren't able to get information on how many of these people were present.

The three people looked at each other and threw the cloak.

On ther bodies, were scrolls containing various symbols and on which magic circuits were drawn, were wrapped which glowed in various colours.

"Explode."

The man shouted and gave the order.

The man as if controlling the bodies of the three people like a puppet, there them at the group of nobles and as their bodies started to glow.

The man shot three mana balls toward the people wrapped in scrolls.

These were the type of bombs that were guaranteed to explode, once set on.

The mana ball reached the back of the suicide bombers and a luminous glow emerged indicating the bomb was about to detonate.

"Aaaaaahhhh!"

"Runnnnn!!"

"Leave!"

Many nobles shrieked and started to flee turning their backs on the suicide bombers, which was nothing but a grave mistake.

It was too late to dodge as the bombers were quite close to them. Moreover, the range of the bombs was too large and you can't escape simply by running unless you are faster than 6-Star.

Count Seyfried didn't run away like others and took out a small shield and embraced Rose and spoke"Don't worry with daddy here, no one can harm you."

"Father, I understand. I am not a kid anymore." Rose spoke with an embarrassed expression.

Count Seyfried laughed bitterly seeing her daughter's expression.

Many nobles pulled out a shielding artefact while many knights of their house, stood before them trying to fend off the blast.

Ariana's eyeball widened as she pulled back Fredrick and stood before him and create a huge multilayered shield encompassing the entire Knights of Frost Dukedom.

Fredrick smiled bitterly and muttered"Who was I kidding earlier when I stood before mom trying to save her. Because of her childish behaviour, I sometimes forget that she is a 7-Star mage."

"Huh!" The 9- Star man from the Villain Society exclaimed.

Fredrick and others watched with a blank expression as they saw, that the bomber that was headed their way was suddenly covered by a huge bubble.

The bubble shot up in the sky as if trying to protect all the nobles and people in the plaza and the huge mana shaped shield emitted a silver glow as it tried to contain the explosion.

It looked like the bubble was trying to swallow the man and the explosion completely.

The mages noticed the noble and lend a hand as they covered the shield-shaped bubble with various thick barriers and a strong invisible barrier surrounded it.

BOOM!BOOOM!BOOM!

Three thunderous explosions rang again that couldn't be compared to the previous one as the King had sent the previous bombs and balls of explosion too far away north.

Three bombs exploded in a chain inside the mini barrier which illuminated the sky above the Plaza of Glory. Everyone crouched down and covered their heads with their hands off.

Anyone who saw this, felt as if three mini suns have risen above the horizon shining brightly and but no one had expected that under the brilliant shine of the sun, a mountain of corpses gonna be piled up, a river of blood gonna flow through the Plaza which will dye the entire Plaza of Honour in red.
