The man's silhouette glowed and dispersed into countless particles of light.

Lucas while lamenting as he watch his other self slowly disappear, he heard a loud voice from his other-self.

"By the way, I forget to mention. When you wake up, there will be some changes in the system."

"There will be no item and skill tab in the shop anymore. There will be some gifts you will be getting in the future but don't expect more."

The colour on Lucas's face disappeared as he heard the disappearance of the tabs.

'What the hell! Don't the system usually get upgrades? Why the hell the system is degrading in my case.'Lucas cursed inwardly.

As if, Lucas's other self was able to read Lucas's thoughts, he spoke"Do you want the system to babysit you? Why don't you ask the system to give you a shortcut to reach the peak directly? Dumbass."

Lucas's mouth twitched several times.

'You are calling yourself dumb ass by saying it to me.'He muttered inwardly.

"Have you ever wondered why there was that useless pillow in the system?" His other self asked.

Lucas furrowed his brows after all how can he forget about that, he had cursed the system badly for giving useless items.

"It's because without that you would have already gone crazy. The pillow helps you to calm down and relax your mind, without it you would have a mental breakdown from all the stress and trauma."

"The system had already done enough. From here on, you need to forge your own path, your own set of skills and techniques. Farewell!"

With these last words, the voice ceased and Lucas was wondering about how to get out of here.

The place cracked and shattered like a mirror and everything turned into nothingness.

The fragrance of many flowers lingered in the air carrying a sweet and earthy scent.

Lucas inhaled the turbid air as soon as he woke up and took a deep and heavy breath.

Taking a yawn lazily, he looked around with his sleepy and hazy eyes.

He felt as if he had woken up from a long and peaceful slumber and felt quite refreshed and energetic.

Lucas massaged his forehead and looked around. His memories before waking up were quite faint and he didn't how long he was asleep.

Maybe a day or two or perhaps three.

As he observed his surroundings, he found that he was lying in a large double size bed with white bedsheets that looked clean and had a flower design. He turned left to see a table beside the bed on which the flower vase was kept and the flower seems to be changed recently.

Beside it, there was a plate on which peeled apples were kept.

Lucas furrowed his brows as he found that the apples had been peeled recently and it wasn't even half an hour since they had been kept.

He found himself in an unknown room again and pondered where he was.

'Am I in Aler or am I admitted somewhere else after passing out?'Lucas pondered inwardly.

"Haa. I will eventually find out about it."

Lucas took a slice of apple and chewed it while stretching his back which made a cracking sound.

Just as he was about to get up from the bed many notifications flashed in his retina.

[Fire glow has evolved into Blaze glow.]

Allows the user to create the spikes from his mana. The number of spikes depends on the user's mana. The user can manipulate the shape of ice spikes by spending his mana.]

[Lightning Blast: This allows the user to blast his opponents with lightning strikes. At a higher level, the user can summon lightning from the sky and can strike the opponent using the lightning burrowed from the thunderstorms.]

Lucas was about to rejoice, seeing the notifications and was about to dance in happiness when he got a huge blow as new lines of notifications flashed on his retina.

"Okay, no problem, I have already been informed about it. It's all right." Lucas spoke trying to console himself but still, inwardly he was quite disheartened.

Lucas frowned as he saw the notification and rubbed his foreheads. Though he didn't get a huge supply of points from sparing nevertheless at least he had a steady supply exp as he can't always go on hunting and killing.

Lucas sighed and read another set of notifications.

"Whoaa.The system didn't let me down."Lucas exclaimed in joy.

Lucas's face became pale and his eyes shrank in anguish seeing the sudden notifications.

"Nooooo," Lucas screamed as he saw he had earned the experience which was close to a million vanished and became zero.

After all the killing and hard work, he was quite close to upgrading his bloodline to platinum but the system had taken everything

Lucas grieved and felt his heartache to see all his hard-earned experience disappears.

Lucas with a solemn expression opened the system.

He can now see the system with his eyes closed but it feels better to see it in its huge form with his open eyes.

From the moment he had opened his eyes, he had been getting surprises after surprises.

Lucas laughed inwardly.

He remembered the saying in his previous world.

Lucas slapped his cheek and decided to take a look at the system tabs.

Lucas rubbed his chin as he noticed that the tab which was locked before was now replaced by a dimensional plane.

He clicked on the shop tab.

"Sure enough, the other things are gone." Lucas sighed as he looked at the missing items and skills tabs.

He checked the inventory. Its space was bigger than his storage ring and had a current capacity of 50×50 meters dimensional space.

Lucas can feel that the inventory would be quite useful to him in the future. With it, he can pass through the security checks and can carry many secrets things.

"Hehehee." Lucas laughed.

After checking everything. He finally clicked on the dimensional plane.

After clicking on it, he felt a feeble suction force coming from the virtual screen inform of him.

He didn't reject it and inwardly accepted it.

Lucas's image blurred and the suction force pulled Lucas into a small hole that appeared out of thin air, pulling him inside it.

Lucas's image disappeared and he appeared in a dark close place area.

Lucas looking around the space muttered, "Why is it so dark here."

"How to do, I use this space."

As soon as Lucas spoke, the space around him rippled and the ground appeared to follow.

The darkness disappeared and a beautiful night sky appeared.

Lucas looked around and didn't notice much. It was just a primitive typical plot of land under the sky.

The space looked infinite except for the plot of the land on which Lucas stood.

As he was thinking about what was going on, Lucas felt a sudden influx of memories.

He was already gotten used to it and like earlier, he didn't have a headache.

"The system said the space will increase with my increase in the realm. Still this much is enough to store a squad of people if required in the future."

Lucas roamed around a little bit and thought, he could plant flowers and or natural treasures like ginseng and other herbal things and leave them to grow and mature.

As he walked on the land, he arrived at the edge of the land and saw the huge space of nothingness before him.

It looked like the sky without any presence of stars or any celestial bodies.

"It looked much more like the internal space, the cultivators had. Did the system maker take inspiration from them?"

Lucas felt that the dimensional space wasn't that simple. If it was just a simple space for storage of things, just the inventory was enough.

But having a sub dimensional space, he felt that will play a very important role in the future

Lucas concluded.

"Let's leave"

His figure blurred and he appeared on the bed where he was before. Lucas from the influx of information from the system gets to know that he can enter the plane either through his body or by his consciousness.

As Lucas was dazed kn thoughts, he heard a voice.

"Ahem."

Lucas was snapped out of his thoughts as he heard a small cough and looked around to see the Princess leaning against the wall, giving him a menacing look.
