'What a waste of a meticulously crafted hairpins,' Wei Yi Yi thought as she reached out to touch the hair ribbon. The moment her fingers came in contact, her mind crashed.

'He knotted it! He knotted it! Can I just cut my hair then?!'

With the way he was touching her, she knew he's inexperience. Wei Yi Yi does not have any high expectation but honestly, this is worse!

After the initial shock, Wei Yi Yi heaved a sigh of relief. She said softly, "I thought I was seeing things but then, boss is still boss."

Earlier, Wei Yi Yi almost had a heart attack. Although this one too is worth fainting over. Thankfully she's one-of-the-boys type of girl and wasn't bothered that long about it.

Wei Yi Yi then hugged Jiang Yu, willingly accepting 'their' failure of a boss, she laid in his embrace for a moment.

"It's alright," she told him, indicating she was not bothered by his secret. Jiang Yu perceived it in another way and was hit with happiness. Thankfully, his empress cannot see so he didn't bother hiding the strange hotness in his cheeks and instead returned her hug. Squeezing her tighter in embrace.

At that moment, Wei Yi Yi decided that other than supporting her Boss, she'll accompany him at times and teach him to relax. That there's nothing wrong with leaves and vacations or even not working on holidays for double pay.

People can't return to being a child. Everyone always wish to grow up quickly but once they saw the harsh reality, they then wish to remain as a child.

For Wei Yi Yi, age will always be just a number. The concept of time is complicated and might as well be an illusion. Even if others told her she failed to grow as her age accumulated, in reality, people all have a child within their selves. The only difference is she acts on it and does not bother about society's standard. As long as one can act mature when needed or stand up when times calls for it, then does it matter if we act on our childish desires when we want to?
