Shen Nian Zhen was laying in the bed and resting. The emperor didn't demand her to greet him and even dismissed her salutations when she tried to perform them.

When Wei Yi Yi suddenly appear and dash to Jiang Liu, Mao'er got startled and jumped down to the ground. The empress was busy instigating Jiang Liu to join her on schemes that she didn't notice the cat at all.

"Why is this bipolar black ball here?" Wei Yi Yi picked up the cat by the back of its neck.

"Ah! My princess! Big Sister, you cannot be rude to her!" Jiang Liu sharply reacted. His hands reached out below Mao'er in fear that Wei Yi Yi might let go suddenly. "Quick, slowwwlllyyy and carefullllyy bring her down. Be the gentlest as you can, Big Sister."

"So you are indeed a little btch huh?" Wei Yi Yi commented on its gender as she heard Jiang Liu addressing it as princess. Of course, she ignored Jiang Liu's preferential attitude to the cat.

As if reacting to the word 'btch' and not liking it, Mao'er started struggling. And as round and heavy as she is, Wei Yi Yi was not able to hold her firmly.

Knowing how nimble a cat is, Wei Yi Yi didn't give any second thought as she let go of her hold. Only Jiang Liu shouted for its safety.

Mao'er soft belly with furs and fats lay flat on the empress' face and its four paws hug her head.

Tang Mei's jaw almost dropped on the ground while Jiang Liu shouted, "Mao'er!!!" with a fit of rare jealousy in his tone towards his sister-in-law.

"Meooowww," Mao'er said then yawn lazily.

When Wei Yi Yi took a breath, what assaulted her nose are tiny little furs and she almost choked on them too!

The trio heard the empress' reason snapped.

"Holy fudge! Deep shrimps! Let go!"

Wei Yi Yi grabbed the cat by the back and tried to pull her.

Mighty Mao'er also grabbed the empress head in return. The only difference is, Mao'er have claws and her nails are sharps.

"Ouch!" Wei Yi Yi cried in pain.

"Big Sister, let go of Mao'er!" Jiang Liu advice.

"She let go of me first!" Wei Yi Yi remarked as if it was an actual person she's having a conflict with. Her voice was muffled and she almost tastes Mao'er.

The two 'ladies' got feisty with each other and wouldn't let go of each other.

Tang Mei, with shaky hands, tried to remove Mao'er claws in the empress' hair. Jiang Liu also went and stopped Wei Yi Yi from grabbing Mao'er fur.

With both Tang Mei and Jiang Liu's effort, they were able to separate the two.

The human's hair turned to a nest while the animal's fur was disheveled. But unlike Mao'er who just shook her body to tidy herself, Wei Yi Yi cannot.

"Ah Mei!!" Wei Yi Yi cried injustice. She forgot it was her who started the fight.

"Do not cry, your majesty. This servant will comb your hair, alright? Then let us just forget about it. Right, your highness?"

Tang Mei looked for Jiang Liu for support but his attention was already occupied.
