"Aren't you the one courting death right now? Actually telling me I'm annoying," Wei Yi Yi said lightly but Tang Mei only cried strongly.
"Since the empress is going to be punished then this servant can only be bold in order to accompany her majesty."
"I'm not. Really. Alright stop crying Ah Mei," Wei Yi Yi tried to coax. She used her sleeves to wipe Tang Mei's face. The servant was so busy holding back her tears that she didn't notice with what material Wei Yi Yi is rubbing on her.
Suddenly, from her back, Wei Yi Yi felt an unwavering glare like it was trying to penetrate across the bushes. Slowly turning her head to look, her heart almost dropped to the ground after seeing Jiang Yu's eyes on their direction.
In a breath, Wei Yi Yi grabbed Tang Mei and dive to the ground. Her chest slam first and for a first time, Wei Yi Yi becomes thankful at how puny they were.
"Tang Mei, let's get out of here. Let's exit towards the trees and use a longer road. We cannot bump into Boss!"

"What about his majesty?" Ye Ai Ning asked. In her heart, there was confusion and disappointment.
"Zhen's empress went missing without a word. After finding her, I'll take her back to the Luminous Courtyard," Jiang Yu honestly said. He put on the cloak that Xiao Lin Xi brought with him and after securing its tie, he was ready to follow Wei Yi Yi's tracks.
