The Divine Anime System 62 Fight against the Divine

"Illya run as fast as you can...." Rei whispered as he crouched down preparing to attack Gaia.

"Eh? why?" Illya asked confused as she's not sure what just happened. This lady appeared and Rei became serious. Illya couldn't feel her Divine pressure as Gaia was so much more stronger than her.

Not willing to explain more, Rei instantly went into 8th gate and used Shojun.

"Shojun : Gekko Karitoriki." His two dark red and black daggers appeared in his hand as he teleported behind Gaia aiming for her neck. A fist of earth suddenly shot out of the ground behind her hitting Rei with tonnes of force applied.

"Tsk!" Rei clicked his tongue as he guarded against the incoming fists. Summoning an array of weapons behind him, Rei send them exploding towards the fists.

"Hahahahaha, with just this and you dare challenge me, Gaia. FOOLISH!!" Gaia shouted as she sent a dragon made from earth and vines shooting towards him.

Focusing tremors onto his twin daggers, Rei also condensed white flames onto them. Cutting horizontally, a white streak of energy appeared from the blade and bisected the dragon easily. But before Rei could even relax slightly, vines shot out of the dragon towards Rei. Pushing out observation haki, Rei cut down each and every single vines within 2 meters of him.

Rei frowned slightly as he could tell that Gaia wasn't taking him seriously.Throwing the two daggers upwards, Rei condensed several layer's of tremors as he smashed downwards.

*Giggle

"My divine law is of earth and forest. Such attacks won't break my defence." She said with confidence as the earth intercepted the earthquake with only a few minor cracks.

"Thousand head nature serpent." Gaia said lightly as wood shot up in large quantities.

It had stopped once it had taken the form of a huge towering serpent bigger than mountains and an uncountable amount of head all looking towards him.

Their eye's glowed slightly as a sudden wave of pressure crashed into him causing the surrounding earth to collapse and compress downwards. Rei struggled to get up as the each of the head's had increased the gravity slightly. Pushing more energy into his body, Rei used haki, reinforcements and strength seals to start to move around in the gravity field.

"Tsk!" Rei clicked his tongue as he summoned out his white flames. The flames raged as it started to shoot towards the wooden construct.

"Just because woods weak against fire doesn't mean I don't have anything to counter it." Gaia said as a giant stone hand shot upwards and caught the fire.

Seeing all of this, Rei's brain began to work out strategies.

'She hasn't used any physical attacks yet so I would class her as a magic summoner type. Though it is unsure if she can use any physical enhancements.'

Earthen spikes shot up around him hoping to skewer him. Due to the gravity, Rei couldn't move his body how he wanted and thus could on teleport around. His body flashed as he dodged the spikes, he then suddenly teleported towards Gaia, who was standing on top of the serpent' and cut down with his dagger.

Rei frowned as he quickly teleported away once more.

"Bankai - Nanatsu no Tengoku." Rei said unfurling 14 wings. Turning them into 7 magic circles, Rei quickly dodged to avoid the suddenly earth spike in his location.

He gathered white flames in his hand as he dodged. The flames rotated into a javelin as Rei also coated some tremors with the basic shape. Rei twisted his body clockwise throwing his javelin with momentum towards Gaia.

"7 Layered Acceleration : Pierce!"

Rei said as the javelin passed the 7 magic circles accelerating towards the construct.

A mixture of earth and wood gathered into a shield attempting to stop the strike. Rei smiled as he saw what happened. Teleporting towards the javelin. Rei grabbed it before twisting his body once more throwing the javelin straight down over the shield and into the thousand headed serpent.

A beacon of intense white flames shot up towards the sky as it reduced everything it touches to ash. All this happened in a second of Rei teleporting the javelin and him above the head of the serpent, leaving Gaia with not chance to reaction.

Teleporting away to a safe distance, Rei looked at the result. The serpent now completely destroyed lay there defeated while a small stone construct could be seen protecting Gaia from the attack which it eventually faded away.

"Boy, you actually made me waste a divine level defence item..." Gaia said livid at the fact that some one at mid to peak ascendant made her panic and use a precious item that could block the attack of a peak divine level attack.

Sending out her domain, Gaia stood back up with a majestic landscape behind her composed of forests and mountains decorated with waterfalls.

"I can't believe I'm using my nature domain against a kid." She said with arrogance as Rei looked at her domain.

"Have you forgotten that I also have a domain?

Kneel in awe, weakness revealed.

Power taken, mortal shell unveiled.

Shojun(Ascend) : Tengoku No Fuin(Seal of Heaven)!!"

Rei said as the temples of heaven appeared behind him with countless types of seals etched along every wall.

"No, but can your ascendant ranked domain defeat my divine ranked domain? I think not." Gaia said as he sent vines and stone pillars towards Rei's domain.

Rei quickly applied seals to defend against the attack as then summoned countless noble phantasms in the domain and cut towards the vines.

"Tsk, that system god really did you a favour giving you these abilities at such a low price..." Gaia said annoyed seeing Rei with such abilities.

"Wait you know system god?!?!" Rei said shocked.

"Who doesn't? One of the most heaven defying gods out there. He can manipulate reality and gave birth to this system with shops quests and blood lines from multiple sources for the higher realm to use. But I can't believe the stingy god actually gave you these abilities for cheap." Gaia said in disdain at Rei who knew nothing of this.

"But at least now I can take care of you before you become more of a threat." Gaia said as she summoned multiple stone golems larger than the mountains. Marching towards Rei's domain.

"You really like making god damn golems don't you....Well let me respond in kind. FORGE!!!!" Rei shouted as golden energy erupted outwards in his domain forming the out line of a energised giant. Neon blue sparks appeared as Rei crafted a giant set of armour for the giant. The white, gold and blue plated armour made the giant look just like a paladin. The thousand ft sword materialised in its hands as Rei carved countless seals on its blade increasing its power.

The paladin took large strides over to the golems as it swung the sword at an unrealistic speed due to the fact that Rei had applied a multitude of weight reduction seals, which only the paladin can feel, making it so that the paladin can wield it like nothing while still having the force provided by the original weight of sword.

Some of the golems tried to parry but the sword easily cut through them.

"You know Gaia, seals can do wonders when you do it right." Rei mocked Gaia hoping to make her lose her focus.

"Hmph! You forget who you're talking to boy." Gaia said as seals appeared on the golems bodies and increased their body status.

"So did you." Rei said snapping his fingers and breaking her seals. He could tell that she mostly focused on her nature and earth laws so her seal concept hasn't been reached yet.

As the paladin reached her domain, it suddenly burst out with Enkidu shooting everywhere.

"WHAT!!!" Gaia shouted as the chains tried to bind her. Summoning a golem to block it she retreated backwards, chains then also burst out of the ground as it locked up her legs. Taking the chance of her sudden pause, more chains sprang out as it binded her easily stopping her movements.

Walking towards her, Rei started to make a divinity restraining seal which is what the next stage of Tengoku gave him. The power to turn immortals and divines to mortals so that they can be killed in that moment.

Gaia's eyes widened as she could feel her divinity being absorbed slowly by the seal. She tried to struggle but the chains refused to move.

"It's no use Gaia. You should be quite familiar with these chains. You can't escape." Rei said as he finished making the seal and Gaia was now mortal.

"We can talk about this ok?" Gaia pleaded as she felt her death near.

Rei was silent as he brought out a sword about to kill Gaia when a pressure erupted out behind him.

Quickly jumping back Rei looked at a woman holding a battered Eve. She also had blond hair and pointed ears like Gaia, but she had blue eyes and a blue dress instead.

"I can't have you killing her boya~" The woman spoke relaxed.

"Alaya...." Rei said looking at her.
