Example would be if you had a God grade ability or item without the necessary requirements you wouldn't even bring out 0.1% of its potential. Midoria Izuku is a example of this, while One for all is a high grade quirk even with extreme training Izuku cannot bring out more than a quarter of its power without damaging his body. And even then that is compared to what Toshinori/All might's power as he haven't even touched 30% of its full potential.]

-Adult state: host would be a adult in a forest with provided clothing. Allows customisation of age over 20 to 35, gender and appearance. Quirk is randomised. No ID and no chance of education. Body foundations would be uncommon grade.
