However, this first place wasn't as easily won as last time due to the fact that all automated sequences using Sequence Casting and the God series were banned.

In face of this, Rei only laughed before making weakened versions of these sequences that only required the users to manually activate the sequence. However, they didn't need to do the aiming since the sequence would do it for them.

At first the authorities classified this as automated sequence using Sequence Casting and tried to ban it. But Rei held a public lecture explaining the new type of casting he created. 'Visual Thought Conversion' It has two stages with the last one being a big stage. The first stage was to have a sequence recognise the thoughts and visualisation the user had, and the second step would be to act upon the visualisation. The only downside to this was that the user had to make sure that they had a thorough understanding of what they were doing for it to work more effectively and with more diversity.

To work around this, Rei had made specialised CAD's that worked as a second brain after he had inputted the required sequences. Thus, resulting the user having to only activate the sequence.

This allowed Rei to walk around the rules placed and still allow First High School to get first place easily.

The directors had a meeting about this and came to a conclusion.

"Fucking ban Rei Yotsuba from the Nine School Competition!!!"

Hearing the news, Rei laughed harder as it was Tatsuya's turn to shine next year anyways. Having studied under Rei when they were at home, Tatsuya had discovered more of his potential since he was able to build his ideas without the need for countless prototypes.

It was also this year that the government decided to give Rei his own classification. 'Alpha Class Mage'. The stage above strategic class mages. One can only become an Alpha Class Mage when they reach an abnormal point of control over the information plane.

By rights, Tatsuya could also be classed as an Alpha Class Mage due to Rei's teachings.

In addition to this, 'Taurus Silver' announced to the world that he would be working together closely with Rei Yotsuba. This was mostly due to Tatsuya's sequences slowly baring high resemblances with Rei's sequences. Rei was against this at first, but Tatsuya insisted since Rei managed to help him learn more about the information plane.

Faced with the constant pestering, Rei gave up and allowed it.

On a more important note, Rei's ability to cultivate no matter what he was doing allowed him to break through to Divine Rank 6 and 7 consecutively just before the end of the second year.

Whilst Rei was teaching and training, his enemies weren't quiet either.

"Un, if this goes on for longer, the impact he would have on our society would get bigger. The future consequences would be higher as well."

"But you should know that he's an Alpha Ranked Mage. We may have three Artificial Strategic Class mages, but I don't think that's enough."

"Of course it isn't. But he is in the end, just a single person." A person narrowed his eyes.

"Are you saying..."

"We'll have to attack the entire city. He would have two choices. protect the people around him. B- protect himself. If he chooses A, we can kill him with Valkyrie. If he chooses B, we kill the people around him."

"But wouldn't that be against what we're trying to do?!"

"Yeah! Isn't that just mass genocide?! Do you think a person like him, a Yotsuba, would care about people around him?!"

"Then what do you propose? This is a sacrifice we have to make for the future generation to be safe! And also, we don't necessarily have to worry since we got a few patrons to help us fight against Rei Yotsuba."

A few of the members had heavy faces as they knew the pressure that came from fighting against a person like Rei. It's either they win, or they die. There was no grey area for them.

"How many Valkyries do we have available?" A person asked.

"We have all 50 Valkyries. However, the output might not be as expected since we had to push forward with their construction."

"That's fine. Any longer and it wouldn't matter. Is plan Zero ready as well?"

"No, it's roughly 80% done."

The person frowned as plan Zero was their guarantee in killing Rei. They couldn't cut corners in the preparation of this plan.

"Just get it done as fast as possible."

Rei was currently having one vs four against Tatsuya, Miyuki, Yaiba and Harumi. The four of them had to steal his blindfold whilst fighting against him.

This was to train how well they could use their abilities that Rei had given them. Tatsuya with his Nano Series, Miyuki with the Jotunheim Series, Yaiba with the Nine Blades and finally Harumi with the Extremities of the Elements.

Miyuki's Jotunheim Series was a set of sequences specifically designed to revolved around her arsenal and innate affinity towards Ice. The series would plunge the target into a world of Darkness and Ice. They would lose both their sigh and senses as the temperature would numb their sensations.

It worked similar to Harumi's Extremities of the Elements but revolved around more crowd control. It was her request as it complimented extremely well with Tatsuya's Nano Series. The time taken for him to create anything was a tad too long for practical use, so Miyuki's Jotunheim Series bought the time he needed.

The spell worked with a mix of both perception blocking and a domain. The domain is where she would be able to control all the Ice available and the perception blocking would confuse the enemy to the actual size of the domain. They would think that they had been teleported to a whole new world. The basic theory was heavily inspired by the reality marble mages have in the fate series which caused Rei to chuckle slightly as he realised just how much he had been basing his sequences on the fate series.

Nano Series was similar to Unlimited Blade Works. The Nine Blades worked as Noble Phantasms. The Extremities of the Elements and Jotunheim Series worked as Reality Marbles.

Following this trend, Rei decided to do something outrageous just to test how far he could go with the information plane. He managed to create a similar concept to the throne of heroes.

Reading the historical Eidos codes of this world, Rei incorporated his Instant Cast which combined different sequences to formulate the effect. The result was outstanding as it was literally the Throne of Heroes of this world.

The only problem was that it only has the information from the past and not the future. In addition to this, all types of mythologies were recreated according to their descriptions. Rei didn't publicise this as it was just too shocking.

Even he didn't expect the theory to work as he had over a few billion 'servants' stored in his version of the Throne of Heroes.

Back to the spar, Rei currently had a smile on his face as he was 'trapped' in Jotunheim.

There was the occasional gun shot as Rei dodged easily. It didn't matter which direction it came from, but it felt like the domain and perception blocking had no effect.

"Miyuki, uncle is able to read the information plane much better than me so anything such as perception blocking doesn't work on him. Try focus on attacking while I try to finish the blueprint of this rail cannon." Tatsuya said as his face was currently dripping with sweat. It was taxing on him to construct the weapon whilst shooting at Rei from as many angles as he could.

"I think sensei has already discovered the cannon. Try mix it up a little. I know sensei taught you some sequences and methods of formulating the sequences so try surprise him. Me, Harumi and Miyuki will keep him occupied while you do this." Yaiba said as Tatsuya nodded.

"Good luck senpai." Tatsuya said whilst Yaiba turned to Harumi and Miyuki before nodded.

Getting a positive response, Yaiba summoned two God Series. The Athena system and the Hermes system.

A shield and spear appeared in his hand as a light gold pair of shoes covered his feet.

Harumi reinforced the spear with her Extremities of the Elements coating it with lightning and fire.

Miyuki, on the other hand, made an ice barrier of sorts that would take a certain amount of damage.

Yaiba charged towards Rei as he kicked up a cloud of dust behind him.

Due to the Hermes System, Yaiba's speed had increased exponentially and could have sudden moments where his speed surpassed sound.

*BOOM!

The impact caused a shock wave to blast around them as Rei pinched the spear tip.

"Ai, not a bad combination. But you should know that even though the shield of Athena has no upper limit, the drain of your psions per attack it defends against grows as the force behind said attack increases." Rei smiled giving the shield a powerful punch causing Yaiba to retreat slightly with gritted teeth.

Taking advantage of his current speed, Yaiba flashed around Rei as he would attack every so often.

Rei was nonchalant as he blocked each spear attack with his fingers.

Flowing into a handstand, Rei kicked towards Yaiba once more who blocked with the shield.

*BANG!

The ground cracked slightly as Yaiba gritted his teeth.

Quickly flipping backwards, Rei avoided the sudden shows of Ice and Lightning.

Yaiba quickly dismissed his two systems as a bow appeared in his hands. Instead of shooting a sun and attacking Rei with multiple shots, Yaiba opted for a single powerful shot.

*BOOM!

The bright arrow shot towards Rei with incredible speeds. The arrow would normally cause even people with sunglasses to close their eyes from the brightness, but Rei only smiled.

Stamping down, Rei caused a wall of void black metal to rise up blocking the arrow.

The sudden wall in front of the arrow caused a giant expanse of shadow to appear behind Rei.

Yaiba appeared behind Rei through the shadows using the Hades System and cut towards Rei with the scythe.

Bending his body back quickly, Rei avoided the blade when he saw another Yaiba about to grab his blind fold.

'Hermes was also known as the god of trickery which is why I incorporated the doppelganger projection sequence into the System. Who knew he would use it like this?' Rei though with a smile a Yaiba used two god systems together simultaneously to bring out the most of their benefits.

Snapping his fingers quickly, Rei caused two shock waves to suddenly appear between him and Yaiba forcing him backwards.

While he was restricted on the spells and sequences he could use, Rei had to admit Yaiba was doing much better than he had anticipated.

"I'll admit, I didn't train you for nothing. You've shown a great deal of improvement." Rei smiled as Yaiba scratched his head bashfully.

"If I didn't get better, I wouldn't be able to call myself your student." Yaiba said as he got into a combat stance again.

"But I have to say, it was a correct decision for Miyuki and Harumi to transfer their psions to you through the sequence so you could handle the constant use of the god systems. With stronger enemies, tactic that involves rushing the enemy with countless weak attacks no longer work and you have to go with quality over quantity." Rei complimented.

"However, it still doesn't hide the fact that you're buying time to Tatsuya over there." Rei continued as he pointed accurately to the Rail Cannon that had just finished being built.

Yaiba only smiled as he quickly used the Hades system to appear besides Miyuki and Harumi.

"Tatsuya fire!" He called out as reinforced spear shot towards Rei. The spear held enough kinetic energy to pierce 1/5th of the way through the mantle of the earth instantly.

Rei smiled as his arm was covered with a black shiny material.

*BOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!

Punching directly against the spear, the floor behind Rei was shattered instantly due to the power released.

Tatsuya suddenly appeared behind Rei as he grabbed towards his blind fold.

'So he managed to figure out teleportation.' Rei thought with a smile.

Manipulating the properties of the spear, Rei caused several tendrils of metal to wrap around Tatsuya and restrain him.

Teleporting away, Tatsuya returned to his spot whilst panting slightly.

The end result was still Rei's victory.

"Haaa.... In the end you're still the most abnormal out of all of us sensei." Yaiba complained as he laid on his back due to fatigue.

"I'm not abnormal, just too strong for your level." Rei smiled as he fixed the field they were sparring in. Right now it looked like a war zone as there were craters littered everywhere.

"Yeah and that's what people call as abnormal." Yaiba retorted as Rei glanced over.

"I can't help but feel like you're growing more of a pair now ah?" Rei said as Yaiba smiled.

"I know you don't mind it." He replied as Rei only shrugged. He wasn't wrong, it did make his life in this world a little bit more interesting.

"Also Tatsuya, good job on teleporting successfully." Rei smiled as Tatsuya only sighed.

"it is still in the theory stages. Right now I had to use regrow on myself twelve times during those two teleports." He replied.

"We can sort out the safety later, but just being able to teleport accurately is commendable." Rei said giving his shoulder a pat.

"You start First High tomorrow so make sure you have everything prepared." Rei reminded as Tatsuya nodded.

"I've already prepared everything last week. You don't need to worry uncle." Tatsuya said as Rei nodded.

"As you guys, this is your last year to don't slack off either." Rei said towards Yaiba and Harumi.

"Don't worry sensei, when have you seen me slack off." Yaiba replied.

"Plenty of times." Harumi said with a giggle.

Rei only smiled at the couple.

"This is also my last year teaching in First High, so I'll try teach you guys as much as possible." Rei said as they looked towards Rei.

"Wait how come? Also it's not like you can't teach us outside of school right?" Yaiba asked confused.

"I'll tell all of you the reason when the time comes." Rei smiled towards the four.
