During the 5th fight, Bai Wu was fighting against a rank 48 spirit ancestor. He was a speed type fighter and while his power isn't as impressive as the others, he was able to dodge and counter as the last moments.

"ARG! STOP DODGING!" ((╬◣﹏◢)) Bai Wu shouted as she stomped down causing the arena to crack.

"Big sis, if I don't dodge I would lose." The spirit ancestor said as he swung his hammer as a counter.

Bending backwards, Bai Wu dodged the hammer as she tried to attack the spirit ancestor once more.

Bringing up the shaft of the clear sky hammer, the spirit ancestor blocked as he followed with the momentum and dashed to an opening. Bai Wu quickly switched with her doppelganger as she looked at the spirit ancestor with anger. (°ㅂ°╬)

"FINE YOU FORCED ME!" She shouted as she seemed like she was about to activate an ultimate ability. The spirit ancestor went on guard as he waited for the attack.

"Uuu Lei! He's bullying me!!"

๐·°(৹˃﹏˂৹)°·๐ Bai Wu fake cried toward's Rei while the spirit ancestor almost dropped his hammer.

Rei only chuckled as he saw her cry for his help.

"Footwork, you need better footwork to make yourself not as predictable. That or you can increase your speed in sudden bursts to take him off guard. Remember the training I got you to do with spirit energy, now apply that in sudden bursts as you step and that should help." Rei said with a smile.

"Thank you!!" ＼(≧▽≦)／ Bai Wu said and then turned back to the spirit ancestor.

"Alright slippery prick watch out!"

(凸ಠ益ಠ) Bai Wu said as she dashed towards him.

Rei laughed at her sudden change of emotion as he found it cute.

Bai Wu applied spirit energy like what Rei had told her as he speed increased in a burst surprising the spirit ancestor as he didn't expect it to be that fast. Bringing up his hammer, he blocked as he saw Bai Wu flash away from her location and appear behind him. He quickly rolled forward as he dodged her kick.

Although he is still dodging, it looked like panic dodging rather than the structured one he did before.

Bai Wu grinned seeing the method become effective. She and her doppelganger dashed side by side as they both used the method causing their speed to fluctuate confusing the spirit ancestor.

Fluctuating their speed while approaching in zig zag movement, Bai Wu and her doppelganger attacked with different speeds. The first hit being the fastest as the spirit ancestor blocked. Taking this chance, the moment the spirit ancestor blocked Bai Wu had already switch places with her doppelganger and kicked him hard launching him out of the arena and onto the ground making a small crater.

"Hey hey hey! Can't dodge that now can you?" Bai Wu said cheekily as she hopped over to Rei and wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Hehe thank you Lei!" She said giving him a kiss on the cheeks.

"What? Not the lips?" Rei asked with a smile as Bai Wu blush.

Rei chuckled.

"I'm joking, we can do it when we're alone. But the sun's going to set soon let's go to our rooms." Rei said patting her head as she nodded.

"Hold it." A voice called out causing Rei to turn around.

"Tang Lin, rank 68 spirit emperor want's to seek your guidance." A youth said as he summoned out his clear sky hammer and pointed at Rei.

Rei frowned as he examined the youth.

"Not interested." Rei said as he was about to leave once more.

Tang Lin frowned.

"Are you afraid? That you can't prove your soul force is really rank 97? Coward." Tang Lin tried to taunt Rei but Bai Wu frowned instead.

"No, but it's because your not worthy." Rei said.

Tang Lin was infuriated as he dashed towards Rei hoping to teach him a lesson.

Rei only sighed as he swiped his hand.

Tang Lin was sent away as he crashed into a wall breaking it and laid there unconscious.

"See unworthy. Come on Bai Wu." Rei said as the disciples parted to make way for Rei.

Rei only smiled as they walked away from the arena.

"Hey is he gone?" A disciple asked.

"Can't you fucking see? Yeah he's left."

"Oh my god, why did senior Lin attack him?"

"Don't you know? Senior Lin hates it when people are better than him. While he does have the talent today he was unlucky to pick with a monster. I mean didn't senior Lin think about what it meant when it said Rei had a soul force of a rank 97 titled douluo?"

"Yeah, it's not normal to have such a large difference."

The disciples started to chat among themselves as Tang Ming only looked at the distant figures of Rei and Bai Wu.

Tang Ming thought as he shook his head and left the arena.

Soon Rei and Bai Wu found the clear sky douluo again and he showed them to the room.

"This'll be where you are staying for now. I hope that even thing is up to standards." The clear sky douluo said with respect.

"Yes it is." Rei said simply as he didn't mind what room. Of course a good room would be a plus.

"Then I hope you and miss Wu have a nice nights rest." The clear sky douluo said as he left the area.

Sitting down on a chair near the window, Rei crossed his legs as he titled his head onto his arm.

"Hey Lei, I've noticed that you always like to look up at the sky. Why's that?" Bai Wu asked.

"Hmm, I suppose it's because I know there is a huge universe outside of here. Higher planes, 7 sins, some with no power's at all and some fill with planet destroying powers." Rei said.

"Have you been to them?" Bai Wu asked clearly curious about it.

"Yes but I'll tell you about that in the future. You should go materialise your fourth ring. Your foundations are good so it's time to go to the next rank." Rei said as Bai Wu nodded and sat in a lotus position.

Rei send down barrier points as it made sure that no one can spy on them.

Rei started to age his own ring while he looked out of the window.

'Hais, do I really want to go to the higher realms?....to find Eve....I feel content with Bai Wu yet.....I want to find out about eve....one or the other....Can I be selfish and ask for both? I love Bai Wu but I know I can't stay in this world forever....I want to take Bai Wu but I don't know how to....I want to find out who eve is but what if it causes me to lose Bai Wu....' Rei thought sadly as he looked at the sky. He was torn between his love and his desire to find out who Eve was. He didn't want to lose Bai Wu but a part of him wanted him to find Eve.

'Who are you Eve....were you that important to make me hesitate between you and Bai Wu who I love....were you family? Lover? Or even just a friend? Why were you important to me? Did I love you? Is that why my love for Bai Wu is conflicted?.....' Rei continued to ponder sadly as he didn't even realise that Bai Wu stopped cultivating and looked over to him.

Bai Wu felt her heart ache seeing his sad expression as she had always saw Rei being happy or displeased. Never sad.

'What's Lei thinking about that's making him sad...' Bai Wu thought as she eventually walked over and sat beside him.

"Bai Wu, is there anything wrong?" Rei asked as he changed his expression to a smile.

"Lei, why are you sad?" Bai Wu asked as she leaned on his shoulder.

"I'm not sad." Rei said as he patted her head gently.

"Do you not trust me enough to tell me?" Bai Wu asked feeling slightly hurt inside.

Rei's heart ached as he could tell that she felt hurt from what he said.

"Hais.... Bai Wu. Do you remember when I told you about the woman named Eve?" Rei asked deciding to tell her since he loved her. She deserved to know the truth.

"Yeah, you said she was important but you didn't know why." Bai Wu said looking up at Rei.

"Yes, but apart of me feels like I love her like I do with you. And in order to find you about her I'll have to leave this world. But I don't want to leave you behind...I...I don't know what to choose..." Rei said with a sigh.

Bai Wu felt warm inside when she heard that he loved her but also felt sadness because he was torn between her and Eve. Bai Wu could tell that this was slowly killing him on the inside and Bai Wu didn't want that.

"I don't care what you choose, but just know I'll always love you. You can look for Eve, but please...just keep me somewhere in your heart." Bai Wu said as she was willing to let go of Rei as long as he was happy, even if it did hurt her in return.

"Bai Wu....." Rei said sadly as he saw her like this.

"If I left one I truly loved I wont be me anymore." Rei said as he hugged her. Bai Wu teared up as she realised that's who Rei is. He can do anything but harm the people he loved.

"But what about Eve?" Bai Wu asked with tears threatening to fall.

"I'll deal with it when the time come, right now I know I love you." Rei said with a shake of his head.

Rei and Bai Wu only sat by the window as they both looked out, they didn't feel like cultivating as they only wanted to sit in peace for a little. Hours passed as Bai Wu fell asleep in Rei's arms.

Rei looked down and saw some tear's still present. Wiping them off, Rei kissed Bai Wu on the lips as he leaned back and closed his eyes.

'I love Bai Wu and I know that. Eve, I don't mind if you hate me, forgive me or even want to kill me...But right here and right now, Bai Wu is my everything.....'
