"What are you making Lei?" She asked seeing his detailed seal.

"Oh this? It's a secret." Rei smiled as he continued making the seal.

"Hmmm, so it's a secret." Bai Wu said as she laid her head against Rei's lap.

Rei only smiled faintly as Bai Wu rested her head.

"Hey Lei?" Bai Wu looking at Rei above her.

"Hm? What is it?" Rei replied as he looked down.

"Do you have any family? Like a father, mother or maybe even a wife and kids." She asked while Rei only smiled in nostalgia.

"Yeah I do, they're far far away. My father was called Meliodas, he was always easy going...." Rei started to talk about the 7 sins while Bai Wu listened carefully.

"What about a wife, does Lei have a wife?" She asked wanting to know.

Rei shook his head causing Bai Wu's face to light up with hope.

"But I feel like it's not far off being a wife. She is called Eve. I don't remember much about her but I know that she is very important." Rei said as he stroked Bai Wu's hair.

Bai Wu felt sad when she heard that Rei had someone simular to a wife.

"So important that you like her even after millions of years?" She asked.

"I don't know about like, but I can tell that she is important even after millions of years." Rei said causing Bai Wu's face to drop slightly in sadness.

'So Lei loves someone else....' She thought before looking back at Rei.

"What about Bai Wu?" She asked.

"Hmm, lazy sister/daughter i suppose." Rei chuckled.

Bai Wu frowned as she hit his torso gently.

"Hmph stop calling me lazy." She said causing Rei to laugh lightly.

"But why is Bai Wu a sister/daughter?" She muttered.

"Because I watched you grow from a lazy bunny to lazy person, I am also much much older than you." Rei said.

"So if Bai Wu met you earlier would Bai Wu be your wife?" She asked while staring at Rei.

"Hais, Bai Wu. It doesn't work like that. But rather who you love becames your wife or for you, your husband." Rei explained.

"Then does Lei not love Bai Wu?" Bai Wu asked as she sat up in fear.

"I do, but it's a different type of love." Rei said patting her head.

"Then how can Bai Wu make that love into make Bai Wu wife love?" She asked leaning closer.

"Silly rabbit, it comes naturally. You can't predict when it will happen." Rei sighed.

"Go on Bai Wu, it's getting pretty late. You should go and rest." Rei said as Bai Wu nodded sadly and curled up next to Rei.

'But Bai Wu already love you....why won't you love Bai Wu....' Bai Wu thought as she fell asleep with tears in her eyes.

"Bai Wu....." Rei muttered seeing the tears. Wiping them off, Rei only sighed before going back to make the seal.

'System, why is it that there are people much younger but higher ranked in power.' Rei asked while making the seal.

[That is because host's power is on a much higher scale than inhabitants of this world. As a spirit grandmaster (rank 21-30) host can fight on par with low spirit saints (rank 71-80). That is with just qi and power without taking into account for reserves.]

Rei continued to make the seal as he dismissed the status board. This seal was harder for Rei as he wasn't as proficient in using qi as he was using mana. While he could easily wave his hand and make the seal with mana, Rei took this chance to increase is control with qi.

After a few hours, Bai Wu woke up with a slight yawn.

"Morning Bai Wu." Rei said as he looked at her.

"Un..." Bai Wu responded but it was devoid of the energy that used to be there.

'Was it because of yesterday...' Rei thought.

"Hais....." Rei sighed as he stood up.

"Lei?" Bai Wu asked seeing Rei stand up.

"Close your eyes. I got a surprise." Rei said as he walked over to the lake. Bai Wu nodded as she closed her eyes.

Clasping his hands together, Rei gathered some mana to decrease the tempreture. Touching the lake, Rei froze it over as he swept his hands and made the area snow. Due to the sun rise, the snow looked like diamonds floating in the air. It didn't take long for the surrounding area to be covered with snow.

"You can open your eyes now Bai Wu." Rei said as he stood looking at her with a smile.

Bai Wu opened her eyes as she was surprised at the scene. She looked around in wonder as her previous energy returned to her.

"Eh? Eh? Whats this?" Bai Wu said as she crouched down and picked up some snow. The snow instantly melted as Bai Wu held it in her palms.

Her eyes sparkled as she played around with the snow.

"Bai Wu." Rei called out to her as he presented his hand.

Bai Wu grabbed it with a wide smile as Rei took her to the lake. Stepping onto the frozen lake, Rei took her skating as she smiled happily.

"Hahahaha!" She laughed cheerfully as she skated.

Rei smiled seeing Bai Wu regained her former energy.

"Lei! Lei! Look!" Bai Wu called for Rei as she skated around the lake at high speeds.

"Careful!" Rei called out she was about to fall. Flashing over to her, Rei carried her in his arms stopping her from falling. Bai Wu looked up at Rei with a smile as he was hugging her.

"Lei." She said causing Rei to look down.

"Yes?" Rei asked as he slowly skated around with Bai Wu in his arms.

"I'm not giving up, I'll make you love Bai Wu like a wife." She said determined.

"Hais." Rei sighed seeing her determined look.

"I won't stop you, but you'll have to try really hard." Rei said truthfully as he poked her nose. Bai Wu frowned as she rubbed her nose.

"Heh heh, just you wait." She muttered as she skated away from Rei.

'Was it really fine for me to say that....' Rei thought before shaking his head.

"Hais, let time decide what will happen." Rei muttered.
