The overwhelming pain he felt was like a torture for him. Lu Yifeng stared at the tombstone infront of him.

He looked so pale and thin. He was sleepless until this day. The day where Xia Meilin died was haunting him over and over again.

Little Melon was now hating him and blaming him for his mother's death.

Because of the grief he felt, Little Melon became weak as he stopped eating. It was until he was brought to hospital by Jing Yue that Little Melon was saved.

The sky was dark and it was raining heavily. Everyone who visited Xia Meilon's burial already left.

Lu Yifeng was the only man there, he was standing alone as the rain poured down on him.

Xia Sinian's eyes were full of fury. He took the knife out and stabbed him this time on his chest. "You bastard! YOU KILLED MY SISTER!!!"

Lu Yifeng stumbled and fell on the ground. But Xia Sinian didn't stop there, he repeatedly stabbed Lu Yifeng on his chest as he kept on shouting, "MY SISTER DIDN'T DESERVE THIS!!! All this time, I was waiting for a chance to kill you but... but... I was too late! YOU KILLED HER! YOU KILLED HER!!!"

Xia Sinian was crying but in the next moment he was laughing. "I killed him, Xiao Mei. I killed him for you... I'm so sorry if big brother came late... I'm sorry, Xiao Mei. I promise you... I will bring down his family too!!!"

"I will help you with it, Sisi..." A faint voice of a woman was heard.

Lu Yifeng suddenly realized where he went wrong as his memories flashed in front of him as if he was watching a movie.

He realized that all this time, he was hurting her. He forced her into things she doesn't want. He destroyed the family she has always loved. He made such a huge sin and her death was the cruelest punishment he can get. Even if he went to jail, it wasn't enough. Even if he died, his sins to her were too much.

He looked at his hands... He's alive?

He went out of the bed and walked towards the mirror that was on the wall. He looked at himself, as usual his face was cold and aloof.

He died. He was killed by Xia Sinian. This wasn't the hell that he was expecting to see.

He looked at the calendar and was surprised to see the date. Wasn't this the day where he...

He snapped out of his thoughts when his phone started ringing. He took it and looked at the caller, it was his brother.

He answered the call before he placed it against his ear.

"Yifeng! You won't believe what I saw! Are you hiding a wife and a son from me?!"

Lu Yifeng was correct... this was the day where Lu Xian Yu told him about Xia Meilin and their son... This was actually three years ago.

He took his phone and called his assistant in the middle of the night. "Su Lei, I need you to make some preparations for this week."
