The CEO's Lovely Wife Chapter 89 - 89 Yun Xixi Was Curious

"Director, is it okay for me to ask you about something? Something personal?" Yun Xixi asked timidly while sneaking quick glances at October who was eating lunch with her. She was really hesitant to ask her boss about it but she could not ignore it and she was so curious about it that she had a hard time getting a good night sleep. Because she was such an avid admirer to her boss, her curipsity was killing her, literally. 

October paused from eating and calmly looked at her wide-eyed secretary anticipatingly and nervously waiting for her answer. She could not help but see her secretary who was like this usually that she was like a cute fluffy dog wagging it's tail while looking at her owner holding a treat. 

Is this kind of thinking bad? But she meant it in a good way, though. With that in mind, she thought for a second before opening her mouth to say in her airy and cold voice, "Well, I don't mind it really." As long as she can answer it.

"Whaaa----?! Really?" Yun Xixi was ecstatic and excited about this. She begun to jump on her seat and laughed out loud as if she just won a lottery. 

October looked at her silently with glimmering eyes and a soft light.

' She really is such a cute thing .' October thought and continued to look at the pinkish face of Yun Xixi.

"Director, if I may be direct with you, this is just a question that I have been wanting to ask. I mean, all of us. Are you together with the CEO of Heaven Company, Lexus Song? That handsome yet dangerous and cold notorious CEO?" Yun Xixi asked nervously as her palms started to sweat in anticipation. She never once look away from her boss' stunning face.

However, Yun Xixi's face was getting flustered when she noticed that slight ripple from October's calm eyes. Her heart immediately dropped and was immediately panicked at the thought that she might have really crossed the line. 'You and your stupid mouth ah!'

"Director, I'm sorry if that was really blunt of me. Please forgive me. If you don't want to answer the question, it's okay. Just ignore it. Don't mind it. Even though I am so sooo curious about it that it is already killing me but I am in no position to ask you about your personal life. Right! Just thinking about it now, I am just an outsider. So who am I to ask you that?! Aaahhhh! I am so sorry. Please, just ignore that question and please don't hate me." Yun Xixi flusteredly said all that in just one breath. After that, she found herself out of breath that she gasped for air.

Yun Xixi couldn't help it for  the last thing she wanted to happen really was to be hated by her boss who she looked up to. If she would be hated, then that would really be the end of her!

October slightly tilted her head and was quite amazed at how fast Yun Xixi was explaining herself all in one breath and jump ino such outrageous conclusion. It was just so amazing that she did not bite her tongue. It was really amusing.

"Well, what do you think?" October said in a lighter tone. Even though she was not smiling at all, her eyes were glimmering with a hint of a smile. 

Yun Xixi profusely blinked her eyes and saw a glimpse of a smile on her gorgeous boss' face. Wait, was she hallucinating? She blinked her eyes again and her boss' face remained calm yet cold. "Ah?" So, was that a yes or a no...?

October put down her chopsticks as she had already finished eating and got up. She then paused with her back facing Yun Xixi and said in a mild and even tone, "You'll know when you see it." 

With that said, October gracefully walked back into her office and worked for the whole afternoon. She left Yun Xixi just like that dropping such words that left her secretary even more confused and curious and a lot more questions popped into her head. 

' Boss ah! Why leave me hanging like this?!'  Yun Xixi wanted to cry as she looked at the closed door of October's office. She just doesn't know anymore! 

Feeling dejected, she finished eating her meal and called for the utility to clean their table and went back to her desk.

October set down the last dish she just finished cooking which was vegatables in honey and black bean glaze. After that, she got the pot of hot and sour soup and placed it on the table. She then went to set the plates and other utensils and placed it accordingly on the table. Her face were coated with small beads of sweat. Despite her being tired from her loads of work, somehow or another, she found it quite relaxing and also fulfilling in cooking for someone else other than her. 

October knew for a fact that her dishes doesn't seem as grand as the dishes served on restaurants but she still wanted to cook for him, her...husband...!

Her pinkish face due to being exposed on the heat from cooking turned even redder at the word 'husband.' She instantly covered her face with both hands in the hopes of hiding her blushing face.

Unfortunately, the kitchen staff have already seen her red face. Just that, they did not say anything and just warmly watched over their clumsy young madam.

After calming herself down for a little, she then started putting the kitchen wares she used into the sink to wash it. However, before she could even touch it and start washing and let her warm hands be touched by water, she was suddenly yanked back and her hands enveloped with huge cold hands. 

Her breathing hitched and heart beating fast. This cold embrace...she was all too familiar with it by now. Considering how big his build was compared to her petite self with only her head barely reaching his neck, he was literally towering over her and enclosed her securely in his tight embrace. 

"Smell's good." 

"...!!!" October's body stiffened for a moment, especially so when his cold and low voice whispered just beside her ear resulting in his hot breath to tingle her bare neck that made her shudder.

"Let go." October said as she tried to make her voice not to shake. "I'm sweaty so let go." 

"Hmm...really? But I don't want to. Sweaty or not, I don't care because you still smell sweetly good to me." Lexus softly said as he took another whiff of his wife's perfume that lingered on her neck with the strong urge of kissing it. 

"No! Stop! Mm.." Before she could continue protesting and squirming in his embrace to try to get herself free, she was spun around and a fierce kiss immediately landed on her petal-like lips. She tried to push his away but her meager strength cannot be on par with his. Slowly, she was drowning in his kisses that came pouring into her like storm. 

Just before October run out of air, Lexus stopped and gazed softly at her. He looked at her with burning eyes and it did not waver in the slightest. He saw her flushed cheeks, her glazed eyes, and her wet swollen lips and could not stop himself from thinking of wanting more. Fortunately, he was able to control himself as he remembered the thing that he must do.

That's right! He must save this for later. What's more important was the matter at hand and he must do it perfectly. The only problem was that, how will he do it?
